Told me he would be at my house on Tuesday at 10:00 am. He arrived at 1:30 pm. Quickly checked to see the parts that were needed for both heater and air conditioner. Told me my heater was a two stage and the first stage had been bypassed and my thermostat was only 1 stage programmable. So we agreed to a 2 stage thermostat. He called me Wednesday am and said he had the parts and could come at 11:00 am. He did not show up at all but sent his apprentice and he did not arrive until 1:00 pm. Eric installed a non programmable thermostat which was totally unexceptionable. Because he was having so many problems figuring out how to fix heater, it took him a long time and the parts store was closed. Mr Tanori pleaded with me to pay (although I prefer to pay after job is complete) so I did. He did back out thermostat cost but promised he would be back Friday at 9:00 am to install 2 stage programmable thermostat. He did not show up, would not answer my phone calls or respond to my text message.

Our AC unit finally bit the dust, and of course it was while we were entering a triple digit…read moreweekend. The team at Cool Tech was responsive and prompt to try to get this sorted for us. We left town for the weekend, and on our return Cool Tech facilitated the drop off of a portable unit to help keep us cool in the meantime. Within a week, they were here ripping out all the old equipment, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to get the new equipment here as well. Two days of working on it, and they got everything installed. We're just trying to get some final details like the inspection wrapped up at this point. I should also note that of their pricing has been extremely reasonable compared to some of the larger companies. They've installed Bryant equipment. Jose and the team have been very respectful in our interactions and seemingly do good work. We're grateful they're getting things taken care of for us!
