He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of immediately recommending an expensive replacement. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. He replaced a failed capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, cleaned the condenser coils, and had my AC cooling again the same day. After receiving a very different opinion from another HVAC company, it was refreshing to work with someone who focused on diagnosing and fixing the actual problem. Marco mentioned they're a small family business, and it really showed in the level of care, honesty, and customer service he provided. I highly recommend MAC Tech to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy HVAC company. Thank you again, Marco!

But before we decided on Mach Tech, Marco got our 27 year old AC unit up and running ( temporary fix ) and offered to leave his own parts regardless of whether we go with his company or another one so that we can at least have some cold air in the house . Because of that , we chose Mach Tech . Marco was very informative , took pictures ( old equipment in the attic ) and answered all our questions / concerns . I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

I had already received two quotes to replace the ductwork in my home when Ranier came out. From the beginning, the level of customer service was above and beyond -- he even offered to grab me a coffee on his way to my house! He gave me an incredibly thorough and honest assessment, took tons of photos, and showed me exactly what was going on in my attic. He also told me that my insulation level was great, which I really appreciated because both of the other companies had tried to sell me additional insulation. On top of that, Super Service's quote was about $2,000 LESS than my lowest estimate. Between the price, Ranier's honesty, and the great customer service I'd already received just scheduling the appointment, I was sold. The installation team was fantastic as well. The job ended up taking two days, and on the second day, with my permission, they stayed until 10 PM to make sure everything was completely finished rather than leaving it for another day. They did have to cut a hole in one of my walls during the installation, and Super Service arranged for another company to come repair it. I fully expected them to patch the wall and leave me to figure out the painting afterward. Nope! They repaired it, matched both the paint color AND texture perfectly, and even left me the extra paint. You genuinely cannot tell there was ever a hole there. Super Service also included an AC and plumbing maintenance membership at no charge. They cleaned and tested my AC system and showed me photos and video of everything they checked. They even told me they'll come back before we turn our heater on for the season and service that too. Huge shoutout to Lorenzo for the excellent service! Today, Luis came out for the plumbing tune-up and was just as great. He drained and inspected my 7-year-old water heater and told me it still looks great. Another company had previously told me they couldn't service it and that I needed to replace it, so once again I really appreciated Super Service's honesty and the fact that I never felt pressured into replacing something that didn't need replacing. Luis also showed me some optional upgrades, including an automatic water shutoff system that I didn't even know existed. Every person I've dealt with at Super Service has been professional, thorough, friendly, and honest. They've consistently taken the time to explain things, show me photos and videos, and give me options without making me feel pressured to buy something I don't need. After dealing with several other HVAC and plumbing companies, that kind of honesty is incredibly refreshing. I'm extremely happy with the work and service I've received and would absolutely recommend Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing to anyone looking for an HVAC or plumbing company. They've earned a long-term customer from me!

Well, I wasn't going to roast in my house all night (luckily no pets or kids live here). So I got on Yelp and found this company, now called Lee's. They had a technician (shout out Diego!) out before 7pm to diagnose the problem. In an hour, he realized that I either had a huge repair or a complete HVAC replacement on my hands. He called his supervisor, who came over within 30 mins. Mind you, it's now 8:30pm on a Saturday. Ray gave me all of my options and did not try to upsell me at all. In fact, he told me I did not need to even consider the two most expensive options, based on my house size and system. He explained everything very carefully and let me ask all the questions I could think of. And he told me that he could have a team at my house at 8am on Sunday (the next day!) to replace my entire HVAC system and it would be done by dinner time. They showed up at 8:04am and were done at 4:20pm. And the most unexpected thing was that Ray lent me his personal portable AC unit so that I could sleep in my house Saturday night and then have a cool room to hang out in while the team did their work. (I don't remember the names of the two men who did that hard work all day Sunday, but massive thank you to them. They put tarps down to protect my floors and they cleaned up everything after they were done.) The warranty comes with a 1-year warranty on labor, 10-years warranty on all of the parts, and for the first year, three complementary inspections. After that first year, for only $140/yr I can continue those three annual inspections (which I will obviously be doing). I now have ice cold AC and I could not be happier with this experience (even though a new HVAC is very expensive but obviously required to live in Vegas). You need HVAC work? These are the people you call.

Robbie and his team is amazing, and good people. Robbie is our go to HVAC professional. He cares. If he doesn't know, he'll let you know or give him to time to figure feasible solutions. Finding someone to not rip you off, who can be diligent and care, who's work actually is correct (many ppl think they are doing it "correctly") is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Vegas is wild wild West, and word of mouth referral seems to be the thing. Robbie's company did blow up....super busy. But I'm happy to share. Because I know Robbie at this point will continue to hire more (treat his employees with respect), and continue helping people. It just sucks that they are constantly fixing other company's costly mistakes. You can read my previous review on Robbie's background. But overall, he got into starting his own company because he couldn't find anyone decent and trustworthy for his HVAC. He got really really busy with commercial work for a bit. So we had to just find a different least worse company for our residential place. That company (Summit, aka Semperfi) messed up so badly installation :( It was a nightmare. We found out too late that Robbie hired more to his team and back at working residential. His new hire Andrew was great on our tuneup and caught more mistakes from Summit. Great at explaining things, and telling us the issues. No selling, no pushing. Aisha is great to work with over the phone snd email too. The repair team (Andrew was busy) did a great job and made us feel secure about their work. So yes, I can finally update my review with them. New team is great!! They definitely share the same helpful, patient, kind energy that Robbie has. Again, this is a mom pop business. So we are flexible, and I do the following up on things in case I don't get an answer fast enough. Credit card payments: There is a percentage charge. They can take zelle too. Tks for continuously taking care of us Robbie and Team!!
