This place was so easy to work with! We bought our house last year and it still has the original AC. We hear a rattle every so often but it seems to work just fine, but we wanted it checked for peace of mind - everyone hears the horror stories about AC going out in Vegas and taking ages to get fixed or replaced. We didn't want to have that situation. Called We Care Air on a Wednesday and was set up with an appointment for that Friday, 7AM-9AM window. First of all, having such a short window was perfect. I cannot stand when places give you just the day, and you have to take the whole day off work and sit around waiting. Not an issue with WCA! PLUS, they showed up in that window, and on the earlier side. Visit was maybe about a half hour, and our rep didn't mind my guy tagging along to see what he was checking and ask questions. Turns out our rattle was due to putting our filters in wrong (even though we followed how they were when we moved in). Very thankful that it was a minor issue and that they try to upsell or add on unnecessary service or stress us out about anything. PRAISE GOD!!!! Finally a HONEST, CARING and PROFESSIONAL AC company. James came out and diagnosed our problem, our Evaporator System was leaking water into our home underneath the floor. We had a very old AC with the old type Freon which he replaced with a brand new unit. Being severely disabled I was concerned about being without air for a long time. Great communication. Timely. Honest. Fair price. Communication: when we initially called, we got the dispatcher and explained the issue. She said she would reach out to a technician and call us back to see when they can come out. As promised, she called us back within minutes to let us know someone will be out. They were finishing a job and it would take time to get to our place because they're on the other side of town. Arrival: Without hesitation or us having to ask, they put booties on to come into the house. We got the owner and another tech who both were very nice. AC problem: after troubleshooting, they found the issue which took them less than 10 minutes to find the cause and fix it. The control board had a loose wire powering the thermostats. Pricing: The charge was very fair for how quick it took for them to fix the issue, especially on a weekend and after hours Other: James (the owner) mentioned to call any time day or night and they'll get someone to come out. Thanks to recommendations on Nextdoor I found We Care Air. Absolutely great AC service today from them!! I found my new go-to company. I called because neither of my units seemed to be getting as cold as they used to. James came out and assessed both systems, reviewed my air vent settings, tested the different things (whatever they are). Charged both units, changed a faulty capacitor and recommended vent deflectors for one spot to help get air where it needs to go. Air is blowing 8 - 10 degrees colder both upstairs and down.
