Here's an update. I'm changing my review from a 5 to a 1. My system started to experience problems a few months ago (delayed start). I decided to contact the installer because the time from on to AC blower actually working exceeded 5 mins. I contacted KW on Aug 4th and they slow rolled me until finally showing up to look at the unit on Aug 19. The technician left saying he contacted the manufacture (Rheem) and he would get back to me. Well today, Aug 20 my system is completely down. I called KW again and they said they would order an electrical board and fan motor. Overall service response time has been POOR and now I'm out of AC for who knows how many days until the parts arrive. If they would have simply responded to my request for service at the beginning of the month I would not be without AC. read more

Once we got the ball rolling after Tyler's walkthrough, everything happened within a week's time: replace a broken split for the kitchen/dining area, and install a new split in the office/primary bedroom. I was looking to have an ac unit replaced and was referred to KW ac by a friend. I called on a Sunday and was expecting to just leave a message and get a call back during normal business hours, but Kawika answered and we discussed what I was looking to get done and schedule for a technician to come out and take a look. Exceptional Service. I live in a high-rise building, and after two years from purchasing my condo unit, my existing split ACs stopped working. Without knowing exactly when the original ACs were purchased (I do know the outside AC unit which was the culprit, was out of warranty), I decided to save me future headaches, I'll go ahead and replace the whole system. Tyler did a great job with the installation and replacement of all ac units. A couple months after the installation, I noticed there were more condensation built up and dripping - I reached out to Kawika and he was quick to respond that it could be weather related. Which leads me to my latest concern. Due to the cooler weather and not using the ACs much, I noticed that there was little to no condensation when in use. Being fearful that maybe there was a leak and maybe it was dripping to the unit below me...I reached out to Kawika again. This time, he sent Tyler to take a look. Tyler tested everything and explained what to look for if there was a leak. Very grateful to both Kawika and Tyler for their patience and quick follow ups. I was referred to Kawika by an a/c distributor company for A/C cleaning for Daikin air conditioner, which we have. I called and talked to Kawika, and set up an appointment for cleaning of my A/C units for Tueday at 1pm. I get a cal from him on Tuesday morning that he needs to reschedule, and asks if in a few days, Friday, at 11 am is ok. I tell him that would be fine....then about 10 minutes later, he texted me saying what about 12pm instead? Once again, i agree. Friday comes , and at 11:45, right before our appointment time, i thought I'd better text to reconfirm after the previous time changes. Guess what? No response....at 12:00 I then call him, and he says he need to talk to his main worker to see when they can come, then he will call me back. Well, he texted me, saying can't come today, how about the next day, which is Saturday on the Labor Day weekend. I tell him what time because my wife and I have plans, but first thing in the morning would be ok. And once again, no response, no call , no text, no nothing. I call him twice later that day , left messages, and no response. This guy is so disorganized and unprofessional! Do Not Use him or this company!
