The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. From my initial call with Nick LaGrotta to working with Eric Chandler, I was pleasantly surprised at how they tackled what I feared would be an expensive and time involved repair. To explain further, the inside, driver's side handle that I need to open the door had snapped off completely so I couldn't open my door from the inside. It's a 2006 Acura MDX so needless to say it would be very hard to find a new, manufacturer replacement part. Undeterred, Eric called around and found a replacement part that looked brand new even though it came from an older car taken apart for its parts. This ended up being a huge cost savings as well - manufactured new would have been about $400. The part Eric found was $50. Also, they set me up with a temporary fix while they got the part so I could open my car from the inside without having to roll down the window to open it from the outside (yikes!). Who knew that what I feared would be a costly and time consuming fix, ended up taking less than 30 minutes total to address, and cost me less than $150 (including the initial inspection to determine what was the problem). I wasn't referred by an insurance company this time, but, came with it being covered out of my own pocket, because 6 years earlier I had been so impressed by this place. I'm happy to say nothing has changed over time. Ventura Collision Center and everyone that works there (including Ashley - billing and reception) is so professional and a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Carlos throughout this whole process and I'm glad I did because he knows his stuff and the details when it comes to suspension systems. His customer service work ethics are 10/10. I needed a rebuild of Icon 2.5 coilovers and some new all terrain tires. After the rebuild, the shock itself started leaking and Carlos told me to bring it back asap so they can fix it at no charge and make it right. At that time I decided I needed some new tires and they set me up with the new Falken AT4s. After the installation of new tires, alignment, and rebuilt shocks, i started having tire rubbing issues from the increased tire size. Carlos offered a re-alignment to increase the caster even more from what it was originally set at to try and minimize the rubbing at no charge. The alignment was done and the rubbing came back when driving on certain roads so Carlos said to come back again. At this time, he offered to realign again at no charge, but also recommended a cab mount chop to alleviate the problem for my suspension system and tire size specifications. I decided to take his recommendation and went with the chop. I'm glad I decided to go with the chop because it made the most sense and they did a great job with the welds and paint job. I appreciate Go Big's work and shout out to Carlos for his dedication to making the job done right and offering solutions when things don't always go as planned. The solutions Carlos offered were cost efficient but also the right solutions for my driving style and set up. 10/10 customer service and 100% I'm a returning customer. Thanks Go Big!

The moment I arrived, he jumped right in to help, taking the time to carefully diagnose the issue and explore every possible solution to fix the cover without replacing it. Ben spent nearly an hour with me, patiently troubleshooting and testing different approaches. What really stood out was his honesty and genuine desire to help.
