We recently hired Quality Town Car for a cross-country trip from Seattle to Vancouver, BC, and…read moreback. We were so impressed by the service that we felt compelled to write this long review. Here are four specific reasons: 1. Predictability: From the moment I emailed them for a quote, the response was almost immediate, unlike other companies that take days. They provided detailed information addressing all my questions. We received multiple reminder emails and texts at various stages. This makes us aware that they have everything in order, and we can expect to see them appear at the right time and location. 2. Professional Driving: The ride was smooth with no surprises or sudden moves. After chatting with Dave and Dawn, I learned they had been trained on advanced competitive driving, including skills for handling aggressive drivers, low visibility and slippery roads. 3. Outstanding Service: On our return trip, we accidentally left a baby toy in the vehicle. I was prepared to pay for shipping it back, but Dave delivered it to our home the next morning. This gesture was above and beyond my expectations. 4. Reasonable Pricing: Compared to other companies offering similar services, their prices are very reasonable. Overall, I was really impressed by the quality of car service, especially the predictability. That's the most important factor. I often opted for driving by myself rather than hiring a transportation service because it would introduce another failing point, but they really nailed it with no surprises during and beyond the entire trip. That kind of peace of mind is rare to see and very valuable.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable…read more I had a terrible experience trying to book transportation with this company. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

I won't go into detail…read more I just want to share that it was literal MOMENTS after I sent my message in to this company when I got a call from the company. The guy on the phone was extremely nice, I could tell he genuinely cared and I felt bad for my mistake but the customer server was so gracious the whole time. I rarely see such quick and genuine service these days. It really stands out, not like a sore thumb, more like a diamond in the stone. We need more companies like this, personable and human and professional.

**Four Rides, One Luggage Tetris Disaster, and a Wheelbase Lecture**…read more We used this company four times between June 11 and June 21. The first three rides were good. The fourth ride, followed by the company's defensive and condescending response, earned the two stars. For our final transfer from the Seattle Marriott Waterfront to SEA, there were two passengers returning from an eight day cruise. The company had already transported us from the airport, to the cruise pier, and back from the pier. Our luggage needs were therefore not exactly a mystery. Before the reservation was confirmed, I requested Navneet, who had driven us previously in a larger and more comfortable vehicle. That request was never acknowledged. Instead, the company sent a BMW i5. They later provided a detailed explanation that it qualifies as a standard sedan because its 118 inch wheelbase exceeds Washington's minimum requirement by four inches. Congratulations on the wheelbase. Unfortunately, those extra four inches did not provide enough luggage capacity. The driver placed bags in the front passenger seat, obstructing the passenger side window and potentially limiting visibility of the mirror. She then complained about the luggage during the ride, as though two people returning from an eight day cruise had committed some shocking act by bringing suitcases. The company repeatedly states that safety is its highest priority. It was not the highest priority during our ride. Once it became clear that the luggage did not fit safely, the appropriate response would have been to stop, arrange a more suitable vehicle, or find another safe solution. Instead, the luggage was stacked in the front seat and the trip continued. The company continues to focus on the fact that we reserved a sedan for two passengers. Apparently, confirming the number of passengers also confirms that they will be traveling without luggage. Their response stated that "facts matter," so here are the facts they continue to avoid: The vehicle did not have enough room for the luggage. The bags were placed where they obstructed the passenger side window and may have limited visibility of the mirror. The driver complained about the luggage. The trip continued anyway. They also wrote that "expectations and requirements do not always walk the same path." That may sound impressive in a management seminar, but it does not explain why luggage was stacked where it could interfere with the driver's visibility. This was never about demanding a complimentary upgrade or expecting a specific chauffeur. It was about sending a vehicle capable of safely carrying two passengers and their known luggage. Instead, the company's position appears to be that because the vehicle technically met the definition of a sedan, everything that happened afterward was acceptable. Minimum compliance is not the same as safe, thoughtful, or professional service. The first three rides were good. The final ride was poorly planned, uncomfortable, and potentially unsafe. The response afterward was a master class in defending technical compliance while avoiding the actual problem. Their priority seems to be winning an argument rather than understanding why a customer felt unsafe. Two stars remain generous. One for the first three rides and one for the four inch wheelbase surplus that apparently mattered more than unobstructed visibility.

I plan ahead, confirm details, and try to make sure every part of their trip is handled before they ever leave home. That is why I was extremely disappointed with my clients' experience with Seattle Express. I booked and paid for their cruise transportation 9 days in advance. Unfortunately, an error was made by Seattle Express when the reservation was scheduled, which resulted in my clients waiting for hours and ultimately having to find another way to get to the cruise port. Seattle Express did apologize and refund the transportation cost, and I appreciate that. However, a refund simply returned money for a service that was never properly provided. It did not address the inconvenience, stress, time lost, or the additional effort my clients and I spent trying to arrange last-minute transportation for something that had already been booked and paid for. As a business owner and travel professional, I understand that mistakes can happen. When I make a mistake, I believe an apology is only the beginning. I do everything possible to correct the situation, rebuild my client's trust, and reassure them that their business matters. Unfortunately, I did not feel that same level of accountability or concern from Seattle Express. The response felt more like, "You received your refund, so the matter is resolved." For travel professionals, our reputation depends heavily on the companies we trust with our clients. I expected better follow-through and customer service after an error that caused such a major disruption on cruise embarkation day. I hope Seattle Express reviews how situations like this are handled in the future. A refund may correct the financial portion of a mistake, but good customer service should also address the experience and inconvenience caused. Towana S Davis Travel Advisor

I was lucky to be at the right one, but I was 2 minutes from walking to the next address when I did not see the bus. 2. We left at 415pm from Crystal. We waited for other passengers. I don't mind waiting, but I thought it was unfair for those who returned to the bus on time. I recommend just changing the departure time to 430pm. Crystal closes at 415pm. Not to mention that we had to sit in traffic for an additional hour in the morning, so that was a total of 75 minutes that I missed on the snow. The bus is still very convenient if you don't have a car and it is only you for the day.

None of the outlets nor USB ports worked, nor did the fan controls overhead. The slight draft through the vent and the broken seal around the windows sufficed. Our bus carried only five passengers, we spaced ourselves apart, and fortunately nobody nuked a big one. Most of the window gaskets squeaked, annoyingly, and one showed a visible gap. I did think, a window could fall out, and thus would not reach Vancouver on schedule. They couldn't even properly adjust the large LED clock, still set on Standard Time and a few minutes late. Litter left and scattered from the previous trip tells me either nobody cleaned the bus in Seattle, where we originated, or they were given so little time or otherwise cleaned it poorly. I wouldn't have known about MTRWestern had Flixbus not contracted them for the codeshare to Vancouver. Nor would i have otherwise chosen them. They ran the worst, dirtiest, and least maintained bus i've ever ridden.
