I've worked with this company for years and I totally spaced leaving a review. We had work that needed to be done recently and they were quick to respond. Rates were some of the best in the valley (I got about 8 other quotes) and I sincerely appreciate that after all these years they remain very competitive with pricing. As for the work, it's always done quickly and they never make us wait long (especially when it's actually hot outside). The owner is also really good about breaking things down, I'm a bit "inquisitive" and he is always transparent with me when I ask lots of questions. I do not normally write review but I just have to come here to write this review. It is important for you all out there to know what's going on. I used to love the prompt service of the customer service and the courteous and friendly technicians who came out to my house. I bought 2 new 17 seers AC from the previous owner, Bryan, 2.5 years ago. I have them come out twice a year to do a thorough check and tuning to get ready for the summer and fall. Since the company was sold to a new owner last year, it has been hell getting through their phone lines each season. I was told that many technicians have left Airtime Cooling and Heating. Their phone lines ring for 3 seconds and disconnect instantly. All their phone numbers that you can find on the internet are not reachable. I would not use them if my AC wasn't still covered in the warranty by Airtime Cooling and Heating company. read more

They also handled all the paperwork for SRP and manufacturer rebates. Brian allowed us to make this big and expensive decision without constantly pestering us to see if we'd "made a decision yet" and I really appreciate that. The installers showed up right on time and did an excellent job. They kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (I wasn't home.) When they finished, everything looked great and the only indication they had been there, was a comfortable home with new HVAC units. They also cleaned the air ducts and dryer vents. Was well pleased with Air Time. A man came to our home prompt and checked out our old unit. It could be saved but not knowing how long it would last. It was 13 yrs. old so I opted for a new Trane unit. They came the next day and took out the old unit and installed a new unit. The man was very friendly and diligent. wouldn't recommend, way over charged for service rendered. Was supposed to service 2 rooftop units plus check around roof penetrations and repair one thermostat wire. They caulked around roof penetrations, took a tup of roofing tar and a whole 5 minutes, replaced 3' of thermostat wire, again probably $5 worth of wire and again probably 5 minutes to do and changed one capacitor. did not do any regular service like clean coils, lube moving parts or any of the other normal service work. Did not come inside to check if the units were working properly, was there about 1 hour maybe 1 1/2 hours. Charged $777 . The capacitor was $249 to change it so that means they charged $528 for $20 of material and maybe 10 to 15 minutes of work. We have received a few quotes with similar price ranges and equiments. It was Brian's responsiveness, clear communication, none pressure, and professional business ettiques that drove my decision of selecting his company.
