Amazing! I honestly figured that AirWorks would be good as the reviews are great but had no idea that they would be amazing. Hector (my technician) arrived on time, was super nice and walked me through what he was doing. I had requested that we get an AC/Heater service. He also discussed ways to improve our air flow in our house. By discussed I mean he literally talked to me about 5 different solutions that could help make a difference in our kitchen area which heats up late in the afternoon due to the direction we face plus add making dinner and the high heat that we have been having and it gets hot! Just called this place to get a quote for service since my AC seems to be blowing hot air now... Wasn't expecting it to be over $120 for a representative to come out and let me know what's wrong without fixing anything. At least that's how person on other line answered. Person on the phone was helpful in a very minor way. Took 7 rings to answer the line. Generally answered questions with yes or no answers. Wasn't very helpful but still gave them 3/5 cause I'm nice like that. As a business owner myself, I expect courteousness and to be helpful on the other line especially if the possible customer doesn't know how to explain the exact problem. All aspects of our experience with AirWorks were fantastic and professional. We are still asking guests to wear masks in our house and Edwyn was totally down with that, which we really appreciate. He was not able to do the full duct cleaning because our old-ass rental has some really old and fragile fiberglass ducting, but he still gave every part of our system that he could otherwise access a thorough cleaning and was super accommodating and forthright at every step. Wouldn't it be great if you could call up a company, describe your problem, get a quote, have someone answer your questions, and then they'd do the work with dedication and competence just as you agreed. It's not a dream, it's just the way Airworks does business. At every step of the way and with each employee I was treated with friendly professionalism and thoroughness. I needed asbestos abatement, new ducting and a new HVAC system to update my condo's unit which dated back to the seventies. The price was great compared to the other quotes I received, the process was easy, and I'm thrilled with my new AC. When the abatement company (subcontracted by Airworks) showed up to remove my ductwork, they accidentally also took out some of the venting from my neighbor's attached unit. My neighbors showed up at my door that evening worried. No problem. The next morning, Airworks completed not only my job but replaced the ducting which had be inadvertently removed from my neighbor's attic. No arguments and no stalling. It was amazing! Now I know that if problems or questions come up, Airworks' staff will be there to help me. I'm looking forward to regular maintenance with their company and I strongly recommend them. read more

We just had AirWorks Solutions come by and save us from this heat, and the guy who came was wonderful. We set up an appointment on Monday for them to come today because our AC wasn't cooling the house (blowing warm air). We were given a 3-hour window of 12-3 and the guy came around 1:45pm, checked things out, added some freon (apparently, we were a little low and that was our problem), hung around a little bit to be sure he had fixed our problem, charged what felt like a fair amount, and left. And now our house is not an uncomfortable 85 degrees, but a comfortable 73! My dog is especially pretty stoked, haha. Based on our experience today, I'd highly recommend using them if you need to be saved from the heat by an HVAC company. :) read more

Props to Kevin and Stephanie. Kevin came out and fixed our Air Conditioner in 30 minutes (it was only acting as a heater...) He was super friendly and clean. We just had new carpet put in, and he cleaned and checked his feet and equipment every time before he came in. Also fixed a rattle we had in the unit since day one. Stephanie was nice enough to answer my call at 11pm on a Saturday! Try to find another company that will do that and come out on a Sunday afternoon. I would give them 4.5 if I could but only because Kevin was a little late. But given the demand from the weather and the fact it was a Sunday I couldn't go less than 5 stars. Our cental heat and A/C system gave up the ghost on December 23rd during near record low temps (low 30's) and a whopping winter rain storm. Murphy's Law at its best! I called AirWorks and Kevin took the time to come out on Christmas Eve to explain various options and give us a quote. Kevin then astonished us by working late to find and assemble all the new equipment needed for the job and make arrangements to get a crew to our home on 12/27. The crew (Billy & Jose) were nothing short of AWESOME. They showed up all three days right on time with great attitudes. They adhered to all standard COVID protocols and their work was outstanding, particularly given the extremely tight space Billy had to deal with when installing the new furnace. Billy never shyed away from answering any of my many questions. He always took the time to fully answer my questions and show me how the system was being installed. I went with airworks after seen a post on social Media about how helpful and honest they are....well I couldn't be any happier! My parents A/C went down, and we couldn't have a hot house. Especially since my mother works from home. Gave airworks a call, fast easy appointment, and the tech was on time! Steve I believe was his name, truly enjoyed the fact that he quickly accessed the damage and knew what he had to do. I just have to say this company is as good as it gets. I am amazed at the level of service these guys give. If you're looking for an honest, fair heating and air company you found it. In the middle of our last heat wave our AC was making the most un godly noises. I have two small children so before it stopped blowing cold air I want it to get serviced. Air Works did a great job and were very competitive...with their pricing after estimates with other companies ...too in installing new cental ac unit and new ducting and the workers here did a great job so a shout out to the whole crew for sure in sales rep and supervision ...I advise in not waiting too as I am guessing prices will go up with the cost of materials going way up in 2023 but this is a guess the way it looks now.and the new minimum in 2023 will be a seer 16 by govt regulations in California so I got the 14 seer for a smaller house and ..in the past doing this off season (but there are off and on hot periods anyway year round in Southern California ... would save money but doubt it will save much at all if your house is hot now and you can do it do not wait....also I got a positive recommendation from a handy man that is a policeman full time and does handy work on the side that has done a great job for me.that this is one of the best companies in this county...Also the owner was very kind as I was nervous about making this investment...and took the time to talk to me in explaining the challenge with this work...which I appreciated alot... read more

We have always gotten great service with AirWorks. Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and AirWorks squeezed us in and sent Sam out same day. He walked us through what was wrong with the unit and recommended a couple options. When we opted to repair what we had he was super knowledgeable and explained what would need to be done. Our HVAC system was over 10 years old. We had a power surge over a year ago which fried our heater and some other electrical appliances. We called out a local company and due to the cost opted to just fix instead of replace the heater. Unfortunately, back in March during the heat wave the AC was acting up and would not cool down the house. We called the same company back and again it was suggested that we replace the complete system. I hesitated due to the fact that we had just spent a lot of money earlier to fix the heater. Our neighbor suggested we contact AirWorks just to see if they could do any better on the price. He said they had just replaced his system and he felt that they had done a great job and that they were very well priced. Mike was able to come out the next day to look at our system . It was so nice working with him, he was friendly, helpful and was not pushy at all. He made a couple suggestions and answered all my questions and spent a little extra time just chatting. We had a very competitive quote the next day to replace the entire system so, we decided to move forward. Thankfully we were able to get on the schedule very quickly. Our team was Billy and Rolando . Both are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very polite. After the 2nd day Billy told us that his part was done and that he had to move on to another job but that he was leaving us in Rolando's capable hands to finish up but that they would reach out to him if they needed him. At the end of the 3rd day Rolando asked if he could come back again the next day that they had some additional work to finish, I asked what was left. That was when Rolando told me that they had to install a catwalk which took extra time that they were not expecting and that the existing air duct layout was not up to par. He said he tried to fix it but that it was a mess and that it all needed to be replaced. He said he had called the office to let them know and that they told him to do what he needed to complete the job. I was concerned at what the extra cost would be because our previous quote from a competitor was for another 3 thousand to replace the air duct and no mention of the catwalk.. When I asked how much that would cost. Rolando said that AirWorks was not going to charge me for the catwalk or to replace the air ducts. He said the new system would not work right and that AirWorks could not do that to us. I was shocked to say the least and extremely grateful. It took another 2 days for Rolando to complete all the work. I was so happy to see what a great job they did. I am so thankful to AirWorks for the excellent work and for going above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. I cannot say enough about Mike, Billy, Rolando and the their team.
