They proceeded to say the mandatory "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" line and without my consent they shared my contact information with other businesses prior to the cancellation. So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

During the cleaning while I was out of the house, I got professional communication from Gabriela on Team 25 with a question. Hearing directly from the person in my home was more helpful than a central office, so I appreciated that. It built trust and I felt at ease. Now, here's where things get really exciting... When I came home, and opened the door, I was smacked in the face with a lovely, non-toxic scent and my tiny but cute-as-a-button place was gleaming. Superficially, the house looked amazing - cobwebs from ceiling to floor? Vanished. Dust bunnies in between my giant plant collection? Outta there. Every surface perfectly polished? Of course. But what unfolded over the next several hours felt like I was a little kid on Christmas morning...as my partner and I went about our day, we'd yell to each other, "Oh my gosh, they cleaned there!?" "Wait - they did THAT!?" "I didn't expect them to do THAT!" "I didn't realize that could even BE cleaned!" It happened about 10 times that afternoon and even a few times the next day. My total happiness score (which is already really high) skyrocketed up about 10 points. Needless to say, this is a decision we wish we had made sooner. My studio apartment is 650 sq ft and I've never had a professional cleaning done, so 4 hours was the perfect duration for one cleaner. I got the standard cleaning. If your space is less messy than mine then 3 hours should be enough. They even vacuumed and shampooed/steam cleaned + fluffed up the rugs and carpets I have, a great touch. I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. You don't need to be home during the cleaning - just make sure they have access to enter your unit/home and they will send you the bill (and photo proof of the cleaning done) after, very efficient and convenient.

He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. I had honestly been reaching out for them to hear and acknowledge my concern regarding expectations around the deep clean service and how that was communicated. Again, cleaners were good.
