This buisness regularly blocks public sidewalk access, breaking Long Beach municipal city code. They leave their merchandise (fridges, washers, dryers) on the street. It makes it difficult for for mothers with strollers and elderly people to cross the street near the Atlantic Intersection. Employees are rude and verbally aggressive, and their business vehicles have political stickers advertising pro Tr*mp views. Unsure how trustworthy this business is....would not recommend. read more

I made the mistake of paying friends to move my whirlpool fridge and the door was not put back on right. It wouldn't stay closed, crooked and not working.. I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe's. Three months later the compressor died. Paradise repair said they would replace it within 2 weeks. They didn't, couldn't find a compressor. Neither could Lowe's. But other than sales floor personnel, no one was available to discuss the problem with me. After 1 1/2 months, I finally called Valenzuela. They found and installed the compressor. It cost me $700 but it was well worth it. Now, 3 months after the refrigerator died, I finally get a call from Paradise with an appt. available in another 2 weeks. Valenzuela just got the job done. So here's the situation. You live in an apartment and your washing machine takes a dump. You have a few options. 1) Fix it yourself: I tried that, and I'm a pretty technical guy but it was not the easy obvious fix (ie the door switch) so that's a no go. 2) Call the landlord and have them fix it: sure, if you want to have to wait around for them to send out their handyman who will probably just do what you did already and then call a professional whom you will have to wait around for who may or may not fix it and they may end up having to purchase a new one which you can damn well bet will be added on to your next months rent and/or your rent will be subsequently increased to make up for the difference.... no thanks. I need it fixed right damn now, I don't have 1 minute of my precious time to waste. 3) Go find a comparable used one and just replace it: Bingo! I strolled into Valenzeula's Appliance on a Friday at around 5pm (they close at 6). Spoke some of my broken Spanish to the dude who was working there and saw an optimal replacement machine. We set up a delivery for the next day. Within one day they came and delivered it to my upper floor apartment, made sure that it was connected and functioning and also took the old machine away. Wanted to update one year later, my fridge is still working great. I have not had a single issue with the product.

So far the service has been not good at all they take your money and set appointments that they don't show or cancel at 15 minutes till the appointment time then when they delivered the refrigerator the freezer at the bottom is over Frosty everything is Frosty set up an appointment claim that they came which they did not call Monday morning this morning and now I have to wait until tomorrow after 5:30 for them to come out and fix the problem it's been paid in full I don't understand this kind of service from people they take your money and leave you alone that's not right I don't recommend this place they might be nice and all in Ware Mass but so what where's the customer service read more

HORRIBLE! After 5 months the refrigerator stopped working. It not freeze and according to the repair person it needs a new $300 compressor! The worst part is I saw my old refrigerator for sale and it still wasn't working! They are clearly doing patch up work to keep the machines working until the warranty is over. Also the SERVICE WAS BAD. I stood in front of the store waiting for some chick to finish eating and talking before she decided to come assist me!! I was surprised that this shop was not yet reviewed! If you are looking for quality appliances, this is the place. Last year, when we moved and got tired of lugging everything to the laundromat, I decided to get us a washer, as we finally had the space in our new digs. Landlord mentioned this place. As they have a 90 day warranty and the machines looked to be in great shape, I got us a Maytag for only $250. They delivered and installed it the next day without any extra fee. This week, I finally had saved up enough for a dryer and again, found another Maytag for $200! The people who work there are not pushy and the delivery is free and quick.
