It was surprisingly quiet even though it was graduation weekend, maybe due to renovation. Front desk concierge was very kind and got us checked in quickly. I didn't have any noise or cleaning issues while we were there. The location is GREAT for walking around Atascadero downtown, and a short drive to San Luis Obispo. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants, and keep our car right across the street from the hotel. There is also a little bakery right next door to the hotel with lots of food and drink options. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a good amount of ham tucked between the eggs and toasted English muffin bottom. The Loaded Avocado Toast had applewood smoked bacon, tomato, arugula, and a sunny side up egg on top. The bacon was extremely overdone, the avocado was elusive under the arugula and not plentiful. Parking can be a challenge as the parking lot is rather small.
