Someone broke into my home by jumping the fence and breaking my sliding glass door. I was shocked when I came home and saw all the glass broken. I was shaking as I called 10 companies. Mostly, I left a message. Within 2 hours Charlie came and cleaned out the glass everywhere. He then put my tiles in the back together. He did a great job cleaning so much glass inside my house and outside. He even took my greeting cards and put them in a pile that were scotched taped to the sliding glass door! How nice! Then, he boarded it up! Perfect job. I recommend using this company. Charlie did an outstanding job. I really chose the right company to take care of this. What is the best part is they are 24/7 and came in less than 2 hours. I was shaking still because of the break in, but this made it better knowing it was boarded up. Called to have someone come out for an estimate, I was informed that there would be a $45.00 fee. I did question their fee and the seemingly nice lady explained that if we did go with them the $45.00 would be counted as credit towards their service. I'm not a fan of a what If's scenarios. I busted my window at about 245pm on a Friday. After searching the Internet, calling around and hearing "you want that done today?" As well as getting outrageous prices I found Hal's. The lady who answered the phone was super polite, and I knew she wanted to help. By the time I reached her it was 315, and they closed at 5. She told me that she had a technician that just returned from his last job of the day, but since I needed the window replaced that day she would send him back out. She said he would arrive in about 30-45 minutes, and he did. The technician was very professional and his work showed he took a lot of pride in what he does. This place is an absolute joke! I've been waiting three weeks for a door quote for my store front that has a giant piece of plywood on it! It looks horrible and is not secure! Took them 48 hours to give me a quote for a small job and the price was high but that was okay.
