I didn't want to spend a lot of money to do a full remodel of my bathrooms, so I decided to simply refresh and upgrade them with new frameless shower enclosures. National Renovation was the only glass company that I contacted that insisted on doing a full estimate of the job in person within a day. All the others did their estimated quotes online based on pictures and measurements provided. National Renovation indicated that their high quality glass is custom cut to order so any size enclosure would be acceptable. Others had more of a maximum height restriction, for example, that limited their quote estimate. In the end, National Renovation came out very cost competitive and more interested to eventually earn my job. We came across a few issues during installation, but I was glad to see that National Renovation took ownership and responded quickly to resolve them. Their installers would come out from Anaheim on the next day to take care of issues that would take less time than their commute. National Renovation demonstrated that they were very customer-oriented and made sure the completed job met my complete satisfaction. It is not unusual to come across unforeseen issues during a job. What is critical is how the hired contractor responds and resolves them that really matters. National Renovation and their customer service support infrastructure get extremely high marks. read more

One of the joys of being an absentee landlord is finding a place of business that's able to work with you from afar. Based on my experience with Renovation Glass I'm betting they'lI work just as professionally and promptly if you're nearby. For untold reasons, a sliding glass shower door shattered in my tenant's condo. Were I on-site I probably could have gone to Home Depot and replaced the whole mechanism by hiring a handyman but my tenants were freaked out that this even occurred and that, I felt, called for me to ensure professionalism in hiring someone to install a replacement. Yelp helped by allowing me to get quotes from numerous places (one thing learned: photos and measurements are needed when requesting this particular fix). I chose Renovation Glass not because they were the cheapest (they weren't) but because their quotation was so thorough, with photos and options for what I could expect. Their price quote showed a professionalism that carried through all of my subsequent interactions. After talking with Renovation Glass I paid a deposit and they worked with my tenant directly to arrange times to measure and times to install the new shower door that they'd fabricated. The service ran $725 which included a $75 charge to remove the existing, damaged frame and parts. Each time I called or emailed Renovation Glass I spoke to an actual person and/or received a prompt response. The new shower door looks lovely enough that it makes the rest of the shower look shabby. That's not the fault of Renovation Glass. I hope that I don't have to, but I'd hire this firm again without hesitation. read more

Unfortunately they never showed up. I confirmed an appointment 5 days prior, yet the technician never showed up and never contacted me (see screenshot of our emails). I called their number after 1 hour of waiting and left a VM. I also emailed back asking when they were showing up. Also messaged them on Yelp. Despite the many attempts there was no response till the morning after. I admit that I did not provide a phone number for them to reach me directly, however they had my email, as well as my yelp messages to try to reach out to me. It is very unprofessional to waste people's time. If this happens to one (potential) customer, it can be considered a fluke. But when it happens to multiple customers, there is a pattern. The price quoted wasn't even the best when I compared them to 5 other competitors. Asaias arrived for the initial appointment on time and answered all of our questions and made us comfortable with the sales and installation process so much so that we cancelled our appointment with a competing vendor scheduled for later in the day. Briana and Preston kept us informed of scheduling and when our order was ready for installation. On the day of installation, Kris and Cornelius arrived on time. My only minor issues were that they did not call us 30 minutes prior to arrival as requested and they did not put on shoe coverings when entering our home since we don't wear outdoor shoes in the house, however their friendliness, efficiency and ability to communicate what was being done easily allowed us to overlook those minor issues. I needed a frameless glass shower door for my bathroom that my boyfriend and I are renovating. I was concerned about the space but these guys actually designed it and showed me how it would look like before it was all installed. It took about 10 minutes to get the quote. After that they sent 2 techs to my house to install. I was worried about the glass breaking but I was actually informed that the glass they use is tempered glass made here. I contacted this company for my remodel two month in advance, they provided an estimate. which was reasonable. Isasis manager then comes out to my home to measure. After a few days I was sent a quote that was higher, I was ok with it but reminded them that I forgot to apply the 10% discount, I was told by Christian another rep that would be applied. Then I receive a third estimate, which is identical to the second estimate but higher. I asked Isasis why did you raise the bid and he said my job is complicated. YES, THAT WHAY HE SAID!
