Loooove this place. First off, let me tell you: you don't get what you pay for. YOU GET MORE. $30 for an hour of full body massage. The key is to let your masseuse know if you want them to be gentle or firm. I always like my massages firm and I let them know where I need it the most. I went here twice when I was pregnant (no fun because I couldn't lay on my belly), but lord when I came back after my baby.... I can't even. 3 out of the 3 times I went here, I fell asleep (and snored lol). The environment is so tranquil and relaxing. One time I actually tried to stay away, but that didn't happen. Anyways, I always come with 3+ people, so I call in advance and they are always prepared. This is probably the only reflexology place I'll go to. read more

I'm getting more upset just thinking about how I feel this morning! Like shit! I've given this place 4 try's my mistake. First massage was great, Went back to the same person the next time and it was not the same at all. Tipped her well $30 tip. 3rd time I get some one who ends up giving me a painful massage nothing relaxed feeling or feeling of I got a good massage and stress relief. When somebody asks for deep pressure or someone strong that doesn't mean hurt them or dig into their back. I got into a car accident two weeks ago so a nice massage last night should've been relaxing and soothing instead I'm dealing with somebody that doesn't understand a word that I'm saying! Every time I said please do not dig your elbows into my back or your knuckles as fists into my neck the person kept proceeding to do exactly what I'm telling them not to do. I felt bad and still tipped well but I will not be coming back to this place ever again sorry. I asked for a regular Swedish massage, hoping for relaxation. Nobody asked me what pressure I wanted and the therapist never asked if the pressure was okay. After a few minutes, I asked him to lighten up, saying 'softer' and ' 'less firm'. Each of the three times I asked, he laughed. I didn't know why, but I think he doesn't understand English! Those are necessary words in that business. I should've just ended it, but sadly I didn't. Now my back HURTS and I am incredibly sore! I stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation or calling. The owner Angela was kind enough to treat me to a $42 Deluxe message immediately. I've had many of these style messages and this one was great. It included cucumbers on my eyes, lavender heating pad under my neck and other extras. I love the extra attention I got here. I will absolutely come back here and may make this a mommy monthly treat. My son quietly sat in their lobby on his iPad while I enjoyed my treatment. Plus it is right next to Wal-Mart. It felt like he was smearing lotion around with no pressure, slightly awkward. I said he could put more pressure if he wanted, then he dug his elbows directly on my spine. I was very disappointed today with this place. I use to love it, but today changed my opinion. I called in couple hours early for an appointment with 3 FEMALE masseuse, the owner and I were in an agreement. She even repeated back to me to be sure. When I got there for my appointment she now wants to tell me there is only 2 females and someone will have to be with a male. I understand that things happen and i would've appreciate it much more if she called and informed me before getting there. Just so-so. I mean the price is right don't get me wrong you can't beat a massage for $30... BUT When we arrived we weren't asked to fill out any paperwork or if we had areas we wanted them to work on, I like that about other places. We were asked what kind of pressure: to which i replied: medium. My massage was basically a rub down. Now I realize I was the first appointment of the day and it was only 10 AM... When my daughter and I needed a girls day and couldn't get in to our usual reflexology place, I called AJ's. She got us in right away, and what's nice about reflexology is that you keep your clothes on (more comfortable for my teenage daughter). We opted for sports bras and shorts and asked for deep massage. They have a double bed room, which I love, especially going in with my 14 year old, and the therapists were great. There were a few snags; the massage is supposed to be an hour, but they tell you ahead of time how much time they spend on each body part. Down to the minute- like 10 min on back, 15 on legs, etc. If you want more time spent on your aching back than your legs, for example, you have to pay more. They did a good job of using the amount of pressure I had asked for, which was nice. But it kinda sucked I couldn't tell them my problem areas and have them concentrate on those. Then they kept leaving the room.... five times for a few minutes each. My daughter kept asking, "Wait, it hasn't been an hour?" So it wasn't really an hour, more like 35-40 minutes of actual reflexology. I felt like I left a great tip (I tipped 30%) but as I was paying one of the therapists came out shouting in Chinese waving the cash I'd left. The owner told me that was not the customary tip, and that it's usually 40-50% tip per therapist. The price is really great if you actually get an hour's worth of massage, so I think my tip was pretty nice. Anyways, It was so awkward I added it to my card charge and left. I don't think we'll go back, unless it's seriously a muscle emergency. read more

Ileen was my massage therapist. It was very poor, felt like she was going through the motions. I tried to communicate I wanted her to focus on my low back, she couldn't understand English. I was still going to give a $10 tip for hour and half massage and receptionist told me 15% ($12)was mandatory. I paid it and said I wouldn't be back. read more

My husband and I came in for massages. We have gone to reflexology before. This is the first one with beds instead of chairs which was different but it was comfortable. They started by placing our legs in a water bucket but the water was lukewarm. But I get it, I'm sure people complain about the water being too hot. I had a male do the massage and his hands smelled so strong of cigarette smoke. I am sure he did not wash his hands after smoking and came right in and got to work rubbing his dirty hands ALL over my face. I almost asked him to stop right there. Add in his smokey breath and I almost lost it but I didn't want to complain and ruin the experience for my date. Other than that the massage was good. When he moved away from my face, the smell didn't bother me as much. My skin smells of cigarettes after arriving home. I called afterward to complain, and was told "sorry, next time ask for the female." Not sure there will be a next time. read more

Do not waste your money on a massage here. Just went today to try it out as I just moved to the area. The person who massaged me had no idea what reflexology is and really did not know what giving a massage is. He just rubbed me back and forth, back and forth then the slapping of the area came. I heard this same slapping coming from another room so obviously this is a big deal there. I just kept thinking what the hell is happening?? Then came time to pay, the woman at the front said the cc machine was not working but she would write down my cc # and charge it for me, like no way was I going to give this fraud my info, so gave cash with a tip(only because I am a nice person) and she let me know that i did not give the minimum tip amount which is more than 20%. I basically said she is nuts and left(without giving the minimum tip btw)! I do not know how this place stays in business. Stay away!!!! read more
