I had to interrupt the owner playing with his cell phone to do his job. Then I had to wipe down the top because he left it all wet. As for my lunch, I had their TBA for $14. It turned out to be 2 oz of turkey with two thin strips of bacon & a miserly piece of avocado with mayo on toasted bread (not really a panini). Still wondering where the mozzarella was. To add value the owner gives you a $0.50 bag of chips with the sandwich. The mayo was excellent! While tasty I was expecting it to be on a roll as the menu described. Bummer. They must have cooked the breakfast first because it was ice cold the home fries were burnt and tasted like they had sat around all day, and my over medium egg was over hard and toast was barely toasted and cold. I definitely won't be getting the breakfast again and I can see why you are looking for a cook.
