They partner with a local bakery for their rolls and it's something that can't be beat. It's always a rush when you go in and they do great to get through the line as efficiently as possible. With only one deli counter to work with you'll expect to have a little wait time if there's a few people or large group in from of you. My big brother: Home fries, extra crispy please; cover them with your sausage gravy, I'll take care of the salt & pepper. Bacon, corn-beef hash, OJ, and a cup-o-Joe. His wife: Two by two-this is a coupla flapjacks (pancakes), two over easies and for the meat lemme get your world famous homemade sausage patty, and coffee. My Honey ordered their huge western (cowboy size) omelette and a pretty cup of hot tea. Me? Well I got the extra crispy home fries, dried beef gravy over toasted rye, oh, and joe. ( "joe"is just a cool way of saying coffee) - In case anyone asks. All but one finished our plates. The following morning I nuked the home fries and gravy combo cause they were calling my name. I picked up the tab as an expression of my gratitude for putting us up for the four days. We made the trip to celebrate Mom's Ninetieth. The plan is to return to Sam's for an early morning breakfast visit for the return home fuel we'll need.
