I have always loved the atmosphere and decor here. We are now regulars here and they have reached…read morethat stage of knowing our names, our habits, and most importantly, how to take care of their regulars. If you establish a presence here, they will take care of you. Consistency is another major selling point. Go here 10 times, and your food is going to be on point about 9.5 of those times. Those are pretty good odds. They have just recently started a soft launch of their fall/winter menu, which means they are experimenting with a few new dishes while bringing back some old favorites. One of those returning favorites is the crispy cauliflower. Last time around, it was fantastic. This time, while still tasty, it had apparently filed a formal complaint against the word **"crispy"** because there was very little evidence to support the claim. Even the bartender agreed with me that it was somewhat misrepresented. **Pro tip:** Get the sauce on the side. It will help preserve what level of crisp that is intended for this dish. Now, let us move on to the **star of the evening.** The new chicken parmigiana! **Holy mother of God. Butter my butt and call me a biscuit.** This may genuinely be one of the most beautiful, perfectly textured, and downright delicious chicken parmigianas I have ever had. The chicken was crisped to absolute perfection, and the way they layered the marinara on top was brilliant. Rather than drowning the chicken in a traditional, liquidy sauce, they used more of a bruschetta-style topping, which gave it texture while somehow allowing the breading to remain gloriously crispy. **Hands down, one of the best chicken parmigianas I have ever had.** Now we just need to pray to whatever culinary deity is responsible for consistency that they can replicate this thing every time, because this one was *ridiculously* good. One final recommendation: **split the dish.** Unless you are the kind of person who considers a family-size portion a light snack, there is plenty of food here for two.

But, my wife had fries that I could steal and I appreciate having a salad option. The little side salad had a nice bitterness complemented by the slight sourness of the dressing. The meat was flavorful and sliced perfectly while the bread was toasty enough to stay together long enough to hold in all that juiciness. Our server was attentive and friendly and I'll happily go back to try some menu staples ... unless the next special demands my attention like that Reuben did.

Reading all of the reviews here and maybe I just caught them on an off night, idk…read more.. First things first, it was hot in the restaurant, potentially the A/C was not working as well as it should have been or something, but it was not super comfortable. The service was good, I didn't get her name, a younger woman waited on me and she was very kind and did the best she could. The food came out super slow, I ordered empanadas to start, the waitress said they burned the first order (I appreciated that didn't just serve me overdone empanadas lol) once they finally arrived they were just unfortunately bland, and just kind of lacked authenticity. When she finally brought out my main dish, she even apologized for the wait and said "I had to go yell at them". For a main entree I ordered the French dip with onion rings, another reviewer mentioned they were the best they had had. The meat was kind of tough and dry (which is odd for a French Dip, and everything just lacked flavor. Even the au jus really had no kind of salt or much flavor to it. I really hoped after seeing how everyone else rated this place that I had found that little hole in the wall spot putting out killer food that we all long for, sadly this wasn't it.

We…read morevisit regularly because they make us feel like family - especially Natalie, who Is the bartender there. Natalie never forgets a special occasion and because of that our Saturday lunch crew celebrates each of the regulars birthdays. In a world where we don't always feel seen or welcome, it's rare to find someone like her who makes you feel important and special. And as I said they have great food! I've never had a soup there I didn't love and their breadsticks are to die for. Highly recommend you visit...and if you are in East Mesa - become a regular too.

Update from June 2026: I visited RWB today for Father's Day and we ordered the 18" pizza. Before…read moreordering we asked the waitress if we did half cheese and half 4 topping pizza whether they would charge for half a cheese and half a 4 topping pizza price. She said she would adjust it because their system doesn't price it fairly when doing half and half. When the bill came it was an extra dollar than a 4 item pizza. I paid for the bill but wanted the waitress to know for feedback purposes and she had said she helped me out as normally doing half and half cost $10 more. I was shocked because again, half the pizza was plain cheese and we ended up paying more for this than a 4 item pizza! The pizza without tax and tip was $29.50... keep in mind a 4 topping pizza is $28.50. So be aware when ordering pizza from red white and brew that their ordering system for pizza overcharges and apparently if I hadn't mentioned anything before ordering it would have been over $1! And yes the picture with my review shows the half with cheese was larger and that's how it was in person too. The chicken Florentine was so delicious! I will definitely order this again. The side of sweet potato fries were perfect and delicious. The portion was enough for leftovers, so that's a plus. The complimentary bread is always delicious and so nice to have something to munch on while we wait for food, especially with kids. I normally would rate RWB a 5 star but due to the way they charge pizza, I have to take away a star for this visit.

Okay, so I have two start with my two very favorite things about our visit to George and Gather…read more One, THE ORANGE SCONE. I truly thought I had tasted the best orange scone in my life until this one blew that one out of the water. The texture is so moist yet dense. It doesn't fall apart and the icing to pastry ratio is perfect. Two, the attention to detail in customer comfort/ way to market some product y'all. *clap clap clap* In the women's restroom, there is there market lemon sugar scrub for washing your hands AND a whipped beef tallow hand moisturizer............... say less, right? The bathroom and entire establishment if very modern and sophisticated while maintaining a comfortable casual atmosphere. The service was wonderful, very attentive. I do wish I could remember the name of our server, but she really was great. And the hostess did a wonderful job of seating us with four under four and four adults. The patio seating was surprisingly comfortable for how hot it's been outside. The food was good. A fun and impressive cocktail menu, however since I don't drink I had the privilege of gaining my calories in some great appetizers. (BACON WRAPPED DATES) The kids breakfast was simple, but my kids complained they didn't like the eggs and potatoes because they tasted like nothing, and they were right. So for other kids it's might be just right for them, too, however if your kids have tastebuds, the sweet treats and meatballs do the trick (very garlicky meatballs for me) It was lovely and fun to visit the market afterwards too.
