This is my go-to spot when I am hungry and not in the mood to wait! I've only dined in once, so my review will be about the delivery service/quality. From the time I place the order, I receive my food within 15-20 minutes which is a huge plus for me! The prices are fair and the selection is pretty large. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the quality is not the best when it comes to the sushi. Don't get me wrong, it's still good! I order from here once a week. The sushi is always great, and I always tend to switch up my order and they've yet to disappoint. I had the California hand-roll for my app & chicken teriyaki for the dinner entree, the roll was like any other California roll but it was good BUT the chicken teriyaki....oh my god!! it was to die for, for real. They give a very good portion of the chicken & they fry it just a lil for that crunchiness. We then had fried ice cream for dessert & honestly it was okay. This was my local go-to spot for Sushi. The food is good and everything was seamless. I recently ordered food from them over the phone and the man who answered was very unprofessional. I was asking him some questions about the entree and he was very snippy. I don't understand why people think they can be rude to customers. It's not like they're the only Sushi restaurant and even if they were, that still doesn't excuse the unprofessional behavior. I was a long-time customer and now I have no interest in returning. This review is based on Dinner on Saturday 1/7- I'd like to preference this by saying that this past Saturday is snowed and a lot of people were not out and about. On here it says that they are open until 11:30 on Saturday. Went for dinner around 9:30 as they were open although no one was inside. I saw them taking delivery orders. We were treated SO POORLY I wanted to walk out. this by far was once of the worst experiences I had in a long time. They sat us down and immediately demanded our order, we placed it quickly. All food came out within 5 minutes- gyoza was undercooked and greasy bc they were not fried for long enough. The sushi rolls came over literally 2 minutes after we ordered which was suspect. As soon as the food was placed on the table they started to put all the chairs up on the tables next to us for closing.They started just basically shutting down and cleaning the whole restaurant up around while shooting us dirty looks. I understand that it was a slow night and they wanted to go home/ close early but then they should have said that to us and we would have went back another time. Instead they took us in for dinner and treated us like shit. About half way done they kept asking if we were done and trying to take plates! It was so incredibly rude. They were nasty to us and when we said we weren't' done yet they just came over and shoved the bill at us. We had ordered apps, sushi entrees and drinks so its not like we were being cheap either. I've had plenty of Thai food, being my favorite cuisine. This place is two blocks away from Wyckoff hospital and craving Thai food. I wasn't impressed with their flavor or tofu. I know I should have gotten sushi at this place but I went with the chicken teriyaki with the vegetable fried rice. It came out to 22 dollars and change. I thought it was a bit pricey but figured that sounds about right. What I got was awful, a thin Peice of chicken breast that wasn't fully cooked, I could have gotten better quality from a Chinese take out place. At 22 dollars I was expecting nice cube sized chicken not a chicken cutlet smothered in teriyaki sauce. I wouldn't be complaining if I had only paid 10 dollars for the meal but I didn't. If their chicken was this poor I can only imagine the quality of their sushi. It's safe to say after throwing out my meal half eaten I won't be coming back. I recommend anyone thinking about eating hear to reconsider another resturant. To put it in prospective I thought the food was so bad I re downloaded yelp just to warn others so they don't waste their money like I did.
