I forgot to take a picture before we started eating but we were so hungry! This has been one of my go to hot pot spot for many years and every time I go it really hits the spot. They put something in their sauce and broth because it is super addicting and I always want to come back. They have a lot of items to choose from and we always get the beef, pork belly, a variety of veggies, and noodles. The servers here are always so much fun and they know exactly what we want because we come here so often. The times I have came in they have always been busy and we usually wait around 10-15 minutes for a table. It's a huge restaurant with lots of space and I also really like how much space there is on the table because always end up ordering a lot.

This hot pot place has you order everything off a menu, the broth, meat, and veggies. The sauce bar is self serve. There were several options here. I definitely appreciated the garlic sauce and fish sauce. I tend to lean more savory. They have several options meats and veggies. The kids usually get the beef broth and the adults get the spicy one. My only complaint is that I wish there were more than 2 raw beef options. They had several meat and seafood balls, but I would have wanted more of the raw beef that can dipped in the soup. Service was great. They're quick with your orders and friendly. The drinks are in fridge and you just get whatever you want. It's an all you can eat place and for the price, I think it's great for what you get. At the end, everyone does get ice cream. Overall, a great place for a family dinner. I would return.

Decent all you can eat hotpot. We came here on Saturday around 5:40pm and the restaurant wasn't too busy. We got table right away. Order was easy. Food took a bit of time to get ready as we ordered for 4 people at once. Almost everything was good. The squid was too chewy than normal fresh squid, so I was unsure of its quality. The soup base flavor was simple and didn't stand out much. There is a sauce bar at the end that you can mix up some stuff as you go. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant was clean. Good price for all you can eat.

Our friends took us to Aki Asian Hot Pot for lunch. Admittedly, I am not a fan of restaurants where I have to work for my food. Basically at Hot Pot restaurants, you choose what kind of broth that you want. The broth you choose is placed in a pot in front of you. While the broth is simmering, you add the ingredients into the broth. Then you take it out when it is done cooking. To me that is work. I like it when the food is already fully cooked, and placed in front of me. Then I just dig in and enjoy. I was the only one in our group who is not a fan of Hot Pot restaurants. All the food that our group ordered appeared fresh. The various meats, seafoods, and veggies all tasted fine. The staff was very attentive and polite. Overall, it was a good experience. Although I am not a fan of these Hot Pot restaurants, everyone else in our group was. They were all happy and satisfied which was nice to see.

What's a better treat than enjoying a hotpot in arctic weather like yesterday. Went to Aki Asian Hotpot right by the Mississippi Great Wall Supermarket, as Old Town was closed on Wednesdays. Haven't been here for a while since the opening other more convenient hotpot spots, but was pleasantly surprised by Aki's service, speed and selection. Besides fewer soups and the absence of seafood pancake, crab and fresh oysters, the selection was comparable and more than enough for my appetite. Certainly will come back here more often.

The best thing about this place is probs the price. $23.99 for weekend dinner is pretty much unmatched in any city. BUT that being said, orders that came out was only like 80% accurate. For example we got meatballs which we didn't order and never got 2 other orders that we did put in. On top of that the spicy broth tasted like all it had was peppers. Spice but no depth or seasoning/savory-ness to it. My friend also thought the pork and beef bone broth wasn't that flavorful and a bit watery. The sauce bar didn't have a ton of options or fruit. And the fatty beef meats were cut kinda small making it hard to cook and grab back out. You also would have to keep ordering the beef more often. Some of the veggies weren't that fresh and the beef tripe... don't get me started on it. Just don't get it. And if you order clams. They're huge and take forever to cook just a heads up. Staff was nice and food came out quickly. There was decent variety in the menu. I think if they stepped up their broth game and freshness of some dishes it would be a lot better.

This was my first hot pot experience and I was not disappointed. The price was great ($23.99 for adults) at any time of day for all you can eat with a wide range of options of proteins including meat, seafood and tofu, veggies and noodles to choose from and even an ice cream for dessert. You mark you order on a paper and they will bring your entire order within minutes. They have a few different base broths and a sauce bar with diverse toppings/sauces. If you don't want the spicy broth but do want some spice, you can ask for a side of spicy sauce so you can add as much or as little spice as you like. You boil your food at your table with your individual burner. There are some 4 person benches and some long tables. They are quick to refill water as well as your broths. The only issue we ran into a few times was the burner turning off on it own but staff were quick to fix it for us each time. Parking is not an issue as it is in a large strip mall with lots of parking. We went at 3pm on a Saturday and we're able to get a booth but by 5pm it was filling up so reservations likely recommended for peak times.

    Do they serve beer?

Yup! They have bottles of beer.

Is there a limit for the all you can eat cause i know some restaurants advertise it as all you can eat but there is actually a limit?

No, no limit. I always eat till I'm stuffed or almost stuffed. Sometimes I have stuff left overs after ordering more than I can eat and it's never been a problem.

Is the spicy beef broth an extra charge?

It's not an extra charge. It's one of the choices. Enjoy!

Are there round tables for larger groups or just the long tables?

It is just the long tables unfortunately.

How much do kids cost? Is it the same?

Each age range has its own price. Age 4-6 is $6.99, 7-9 is $10.99, and 10-12 is &12.99. Kids 3 and under are free. Adults $19.99 All you can eat. Seniors $17.99

Yes, they are able to accommodate vegetarians.

The food lacked flavor overall, and the appetizer selection was very basic--consisting of unseasoned fries, dry chicken nuggets, and cheese sticks that were also quite dry--which was very disappointing given the price of the meal. Service was mixed. Our first server politely let us know, saying "sorry, no English," which created communication challenges when ordering. As a result, several items, including rice and other dishes, were initially forgotten, and we had to find another staff member to receive them. Additionally, it took nearly 30 minutes to have our grill changed, which meant we were cooking on a burned surface for a significant portion of the meal. The broths we selected were also not very flavorful. The atmosphere and lighting were visually interesting at first, but the bright blue lights made it difficult to clearly see the food while grilling and became uncomfortable over time. Overall, I would rate the service around 5/10 and the food closer to 3/10. I hope the restaurant considers improving seasoning, service efficiency, and lighting to enhance the dining experience.
