Simple way to order by marking what you'd like to order. Cheat key is that you can also order spice cube (they serve to you on side) for any broth if you'd want your broth spicy. Ok this was a pleasant surprise. I think this used to be a house maybe that was turned into a restaurant. It looks deceiving upon first view. It's small and quaint. We were greeted as soon as we came in and got lucky we arrived right before the rush. We were seated and a server took our order. The orders of meat are pretty large so make sure to come hungry! Food: well you sure can't beat all you can eat for $27! At first I got the hot and spicy broth and after one sip, I knew I couldn't handle the spice. I switched to the pork bone broth and it was perfect. I added a bunch of add-ins to spice it up. I added garlic, cilantro, green onion, sriracha, and hoisin. They have many more options too! There's sooo many things to choose from to put in the hot pot. I picked the beef and pork belly. Both delicious. I also added fried tofu, edamame, udon noodles and rice noodles. All was phenomenal. The only thing I didn't care for was the sweet potato. I think the way it's cut makes it loose all the flavor. Service was great and quick. There was a line when I got there but it went quickly. Perfect meal with friends on a freezing cold day. There were 5 of us cozily seated in the corner of Yummy Hot Pot. It was packed! Customer service was great as we ordered our individual soup base and checked off the meats and veggies we wanted. I wasn't feeling the condiments or dessert stations, since my spicy soup base was flavorful enough. I liked the selection of meats, seafoods, veggies, and more. So many choices! My favorite items were the filled fish balls and brisket. Rice cakes and imitation crab are always staples. We never knew if we received everything we ordered, but it wasn't an issue. Don't miss out on this place! Parking is easy to pass, so watch out for the Yummy Hot Pot lit sign on the building. We went on a Tuesday and there were several tables already dining at about 5:15pm. I felt lucky to go at this time to beat the crowd that eventually came. It's AYCE, you tick box everything you want and there are so many veggie options. I also went to try the clams since it was limited 3 per order so I was curious. The only hot appetizer available were gyoza, which we did not try this time around. White rice is self serve but different types of noodles are also available for other base options. I got the mushroom base broth, my boyfriend got the pork broth. Then the menu was taken away. We received the most beautiful basket of ingredients and two plates of meat we ordered. Both the pork belly and the beef were very thinly sliced and there was a lot of it on the plates. We dove right in and right away I loved everything. The most outstanding were the meats. They were tasty in the broth only without the sauces but also just great quality and thawed properly. The clams were HUGE, heavy, but the meats inside were much smaller than you'd think. I think it was a great experience to have. I've never had clam shells that big before. The mushroom broth was definitely saltier than the pork broth. Both were still clean tasting and complimented the ingredients. Sauce bar was legit and they had anything you could imagine there. The highlight was the cilantro and the peanut sauce. You can order as you go, but unfortunately without the menu I had to go off my memory of what we originally ordered. If you're in the Denver area, highly recommend this hot pot restaurant. It's good to call ahead and reserve a table if you're in a large group. We were there for the Christmas Eve lunch. It's was too crowded initially (around 11:30 am), but people started to come around 1 pm. I am a huge hot pot fan. Often go to the one close to our house in DC. However, my husband's family had never been to hot pot. They were excited to try this cuisine. I gave them step by step instructions on how they can make their own sauce, order broth and anything from the menu. It's all you can eat. We ordered at our own pace. Some hot pots have time restrictions. This one fortunately did not have time restrictions. I absolutely loved it. They seemed to have enjoyed it as well. Service was great. It was hot and steamy when we got inside and was filled with customers. Its fairly inexpensive at $27/adult and $15/kids so that's pretty cheap to me. You order off a mark off list and they bring unlimited items to your table for all you can eat. The only thing you grab yourself is the sauce bar which I loved and it had so many different varieties. Their meat and veggies quality were pretty good! We ordered the tom yum and spicy broth which we all loved. I enjoy it not being salty especially since after awhile your broth starts to get salty. My first time trying hot pot and I loved it. Lots of veggie and gf options from fried tofu to rice noodles. Their sauce bar was great so I could make a custom dipping sauce and I was appreciative they included gf soy sauce as an option as that is a common source of hidden gluten. I would appreciate if they labeled what was in the other sauces though for allergens as I included hoisin sauce in mine which I later found out usually contains flour when I had a reaction to gluten after the meal. It is my fault for not knowing or asking the staff but it would be helpful if the allergens were labeled too. They utilize the Yelp waitlist feature and ask that you wait in your car until you receive a text that your table is ready. There is almost always a short wait, but they turn over tables quickly. When you sit down, choose a broth, a few meats, some noodles and veg and hand your selections to the staff. They will quickly bring out your broth that you'll bring to a boil. Then, the all you can eat fun begins! As you're eating, they will bring around refills of broth so you can hot pot to your heart's content. Once seated they asked if I've been there before or tried hotpot before and proceeded to explain how it worked when I told them it was my first time. I got the bone broth which they brought out. I didn't realize it was spicy but it was really good either way. I ordered both meat and seafood and the quality of both was excellent. I specially liked the meats. I had 4 servings of the beef and lamb by myself on top of everything else. They also had rice, a dessert area, and sauce making station. Everybody gets their own pot and it's AYCE for about $20 pp. I loved the huge variety of veggies and seafood at this place - definitely get the giant clams, they are so good and I rarely see these anywhere so we got lots. Everything is incredibly fresh and the broth tasted very clean. They have plenty of sauces to choose from to dip your meats and veggies in - I like a combination of sesame sauce, garlic, green onion, cilantro, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chili oil. Price wise, it is exceptionally fair especially for an all-you-can-eat spot where your meal will come out to $27 and change pre-tax. The veggie, meat, seafood, noodle, broth, sauce bar options are on par with the really good hot pot places on the east/west coast. That's a win for Denver! I do believe the only option is their all-you-can-eat option, so come hungry and get your moneys worth. You order by checking off how many servings of a certain food you want on a piece of paper and someone comes by to collect your "order" and deliver it to your table. This is the second hot pot place we have tried in denver and we really enjoyed it! The meats are excellent. They do serve all of the tables veggies/fish in the same basket which we wished were in separate smaller containers (as the fish thawed onto our veggies). The waiting space is small so if you put your name in the waitlist online before you head to the restaurant. We had the pork bone broth and didn't notice a ton of flavor.
