We used to come here often. Thought we would give it another chance. Manager lady wouldn't stop eating behind me. So gross and uncomfortable.

Came in for the all-you-can-eat hot pot and left full and impressed. The ingredient spread is solid. Tons of fresh proteins, vegetables, and noodles. You build your bowl exactly how you want it. The make-your-own sauce bar is the real win. So many options that you can dial in your flavor every round. The dessert area is a nice bonus too. Shoutout to Daniel, our server. He stayed on it the whole time. Checked in without hovering. Took time to explain the menu and how everything works. He actually talked to us, not just dropped things off. Made the whole experience feel welcoming. Fair warning--the soups come out hot. Like actually hot. Take your time. That said, the experience was worth it, and I'd come back again.

Burnt grill after waiting for a new one for 30 mins

While I try to keep an open mind when dining out, this was unfortunately one of the more disappointing Korean BBQ/Hot Pot experiences my wife and I have had. The food lacked flavor overall, and the appetizer selection was very basic--consisting of unseasoned fries, dry chicken nuggets, and cheese sticks that were also quite dry--which was very disappointing given the price of the meal. Service was mixed. Our first server politely let us know, saying "sorry, no English," which created communication challenges when ordering. As a result, several items, including rice and other dishes, were initially forgotten, and we had to find another staff member to receive them. Additionally, it took nearly 30 minutes to have our grill changed, which meant we were cooking on a burned surface for a significant portion of the meal. The broths we selected were also not very flavorful. The atmosphere and lighting were visually interesting at first, but the bright blue lights made it difficult to clearly see the food while grilling and became uncomfortable over time. Overall, I would rate the service around 5/10 and the food closer to 3/10. I hope the restaurant considers improving seasoning, service efficiency, and lighting to enhance the dining experience.

Y'all, I love me some Kbbq!!! This was my first kpot visit but definitely not my first kbbq experience. I love kbbq and was excited to try this location for a 12-year-old's birthday. They do not take reservations so you have to take a chance on arriving at a time suitable for a larger party. We had four adults and five littles, We arrived at 6:00 and luckily, we were seated immediately. This is an all you can eat setting. It comes with all you can eat kbbq And if anyone wants hot pot at the table, everyone has to order hot pot and it's an additional $5 per person. We stuck with kbbq only. I was a little shocked that they did not bring banchan to the table. I was also concerned when I asked my server if the banchan was coming out and she didn't know what I was talking about. How do you work at a Korean BBQ restaurant and not know what banchan is! She let me know that there is a small "appetizer buffet" In the very back of the restaurant. It had many sauces, kimchi, pickled radishes, fruit, a couple of desserts and some fries and chicken nuggets. I was very disappointed that they did not have banchan. That's my favorite. I survived with the kimchi and pickled radishes. Anywho, They have you order all of the meat you want, It's not limited, And you have 2 hours to eat everything you order. There was a great selection of meats and vegetables for the grill. So that was good. Overall, Our server was not the most attentive or knowledgeable and sadly she was witnessed not washing her hands after using the restroom. That's just not okay with me. The food was good, Just missing banchan. The kimchi and pickled radishes and sauces were good as well. Would I return, probably not. Only because it's not the kbbq experience that I enjoy.

Visiting CO from CA and this place did not disappoint! Came around 6 PM on a Saturday and there was a short 20-30 minute wait but there's plenty near by to pass the time. Our server was wondering- she put in our first order for us and walked us through how their system works. She was amazing, checked on us through out the night and remembered our friend's birthday at the end of dinner. She brought him a piece of cheesecake which was nice. Checked on us and refilled our waters through out the night The food itself was so good. I absolutely loved the healthy herb broth that i chose. The rest of my friends had the szechuan and it was a really good spice level. The meat was fresh and they had a good variety of pork and beef. They have lots of veggies and mushroom variety too! I liked the sauce bar/ dessert station too. Lots of fresh fruit- rambutan, lychee, melon, strawberries- which was great to break up the savory and fatty meats. I didn't really enjoy the banchan but it didn't feel like it contributed that negatively to my experience The music was popping too!

Come hungry, leave happy! There's something for everyone here, whether you're craving some BBQ or some Hot Pot. They have plenty of options for protein, a great selection of sides, and alcohol! The restaurant is pretty big and has plenty of stove tops and tables. There's a ton of iconic AYCE blue light (IYKYK) throughout the restaurant. The staff are awesome, this last time Tien helped us and she was an angel! There are multiple options for hot pot flavor, and the best thing about it is...if you don't like it, they'll change it out for you. I got the Tom Yum based broth (it's got everything you need: sweet, savory, sour, spicy). My cousin got the Seafood based broth and he's a big seafood guy and was pretty happy. Cuts of meat are of course to your liking. Personally, I love beef brisket, pork belly, and lamb, but the best part about eating with other people is trying their cuts of choice, so experiment! Dipping sauces too. I liked a mix of the peanut sauce with garlic chili oil and a dash of garlic and green onions. Check out that combo if you're feeling adventurous! Overall, an amazing experience. I think the best bang for your buck is during lunch ($21.99 AYCE). Will def be returning soon!

GF broth with LOTS of hot chili oil

*CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW We came for hotpot! there is one gf broth option (chicken & pork) and it needs some HELP for flavor - but there's only one GF sauce: hot chili. With that said, almost all the meat cuts are GF as are the vegetables, with some seafood and one tofu option marked. The appetizer section in the back is not marked and it's a serve-yourself style so CC is possible. However, the staff are knowledgeable and will help tell you what you can and cannot have. Not the flavorful experience I was hoping for, however, I was thankful for the option and did not get sick!

This is easily one of my favorite spots for Korean BBQ, and I find myself coming back here more often than I should. The quality of the BBQ is consistently great, and it's just such a fun experience every time. The main thing that keeps me returning again and again is their beef bulgogi, it's always seasoned to perfection. That perfect balance of sweet and savory flavor is absolutely to die for, and it's one of those dishes I crave long after leaving. While I didn't love their hotpot the first time I tried it, I'm definitely open to giving it another shot. My only real gripe with it is their policy: if one person at your table orders the hotpot, everyone else at the table is also required to pay for the hotpot option, even if you don't plan to eat it. It feels a bit unfair, especially when you just want to stick to BBQ. That said, the BBQ experience itself more than makes up for it. There's something really fun about being able to cook everything yourself at your own pace, it's interactive, relaxed, and you can keep eating as long as you like without feeling rushed. The atmosphere inside is also super cute; the LED lights give it a modern, cozy vibe that makes it great for a casual night out with friends or even a date. As for the service, the staff is great. They don't have to do too much since you're cooking your own food, but they're always attentive when you need something, refilling drinks, bringing out more meat or sides quickly, and making sure you have everything you need without hovering. Overall, despite my minor issue with the hotpot policy, this place remains one of my go-to spots. The beef bulgogi alone is worth the visit, and paired with the atmosphere and overall experience, it's hard not to love coming here.

meat and food options were pretty good but on a Thursday early eve, the server came over initially but was gone most of the early part of the dining so getting a refill took forever. Items that we asked for we didn't get. We order maybe like 10 or 13 items at a time but at least 3 or so items didn't come. I wonder how they operate on a weekend when it's busy. There looks to be maybe 2 server with the whole place full. Honestly, nothing wrong with the food and the options were pretty good. I had to wave down a manager that past thru because the soup for my wife was too spicy. We did ask the server initially but obviously she forgot.

That's a pretty strong endorsement. Also the interior of the restaurant was fairly modern and clean. For anyone unfamiliar with it, soondae (순대) is a traditional Korean blood sausage made by stuffing pork or beef intestines with a mixture of blood, glass noodles, rice or starch, and seasonings. It's one of Korea's most popular street foods and is typically enjoyed with salt or a dipping sauce. One thing to know before you go: this restaurant specializes in soup-based dishes. Every entrée revolves around soup, including the bulgogi. I had never seen bulgogi served in a broth before, so it was a pleasant surprise for both my boyfriend and me. Most of the soups also included clear glass noodles and came in a wide variety of combinations, so there were plenty of options to choose from. One detail I really appreciated was their takeout packaging. If you have leftovers, they use a professional heat-sealing machine that applies a thin plastic seal over the container before the lid goes on. It's a thoughtful touch that keeps the soup leak-proof and makes transporting leftovers much easier. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food--especially soondae soup--this place is definitely worth a visit.

The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) We each got our own side dish with 4 side dishes. There was cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and a soy braised potato with fish cakes. I love a good hot stone bibimbap because of the crispy rice and this was CRISPY. I loved it. The side dishes were the perfect compliment to the dishes too. I will say my only complaint is the beef wasn't as flavorful as some other places but with how much food they're cranking out with only 2 people, they're doing a pretty great job. Despite all the people coming in and the people eating, the lady in the front was still happy and let people know there would be at least a 30 min wait to get seated.
