Came in for the all-you-can-eat hot pot and left full and impressed. The ingredient spread is solid. Tons of fresh proteins, vegetables, and noodles. You build your bowl exactly how you want it. The make-your-own sauce bar is the real win. So many options that you can dial in your flavor every round. The dessert area is a nice bonus too. Shoutout to Daniel, our server. He stayed on it the whole time. Checked in without hovering. Took time to explain the menu and how everything works. He actually talked to us, not just dropped things off. Made the whole experience feel welcoming. Fair warning--the soups come out hot. Like actually hot. Take your time. That said, the experience was worth it, and I'd come back again.

Visiting CO from CA and this place did not disappoint! Came around 6 PM on a Saturday and there was a short 20-30 minute wait but there's plenty near by to pass the time. Our server was wondering- she put in our first order for us and walked us through how their system works. She was amazing, checked on us through out the night and remembered our friend's birthday at the end of dinner. She brought him a piece of cheesecake which was nice. Checked on us and refilled our waters through out the night The food itself was so good. I absolutely loved the healthy herb broth that i chose. The rest of my friends had the szechuan and it was a really good spice level. The meat was fresh and they had a good variety of pork and beef. They have lots of veggies and mushroom variety too! I liked the sauce bar/ dessert station too. Lots of fresh fruit- rambutan, lychee, melon, strawberries- which was great to break up the savory and fatty meats. I didn't really enjoy the banchan but it didn't feel like it contributed that negatively to my experience The music was popping too!

Come hungry, leave happy! There's something for everyone here, whether you're craving some BBQ or some Hot Pot. They have plenty of options for protein, a great selection of sides, and alcohol! The restaurant is pretty big and has plenty of stove tops and tables. There's a ton of iconic AYCE blue light (IYKYK) throughout the restaurant. The staff are awesome, this last time Tien helped us and she was an angel! There are multiple options for hot pot flavor, and the best thing about it is...if you don't like it, they'll change it out for you. I got the Tom Yum based broth (it's got everything you need: sweet, savory, sour, spicy). My cousin got the Seafood based broth and he's a big seafood guy and was pretty happy. Cuts of meat are of course to your liking. Personally, I love beef brisket, pork belly, and lamb, but the best part about eating with other people is trying their cuts of choice, so experiment! Dipping sauces too. I liked a mix of the peanut sauce with garlic chili oil and a dash of garlic and green onions. Check out that combo if you're feeling adventurous! Overall, an amazing experience. I think the best bang for your buck is during lunch ($21.99 AYCE). Will def be returning soon!

meat and food options were pretty good but on a Thursday early eve, the server came over initially but was gone most of the early part of the dining so getting a refill took forever. Items that we asked for we didn't get. We order maybe like 10 or 13 items at a time but at least 3 or so items didn't come. I wonder how they operate on a weekend when it's busy. There looks to be maybe 2 server with the whole place full. Honestly, nothing wrong with the food and the options were pretty good. I had to wave down a manager that past thru because the soup for my wife was too spicy. We did ask the server initially but obviously she forgot.

*CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW We came for hotpot! there is one gf broth option (chicken & pork) and it needs some HELP for flavor - but there's only one GF sauce: hot chili. With that said, almost all the meat cuts are GF as are the vegetables, with some seafood and one tofu option marked. The appetizer section in the back is not marked and it's a serve-yourself style so CC is possible. However, the staff are knowledgeable and will help tell you what you can and cannot have. Not the flavorful experience I was hoping for, however, I was thankful for the option and did not get sick!

This is easily one of my favorite spots for Korean BBQ, and I find myself coming back here more often than I should. The quality of the BBQ is consistently great, and it's just such a fun experience every time. The main thing that keeps me returning again and again is their beef bulgogi, it's always seasoned to perfection. That perfect balance of sweet and savory flavor is absolutely to die for, and it's one of those dishes I crave long after leaving. While I didn't love their hotpot the first time I tried it, I'm definitely open to giving it another shot. My only real gripe with it is their policy: if one person at your table orders the hotpot, everyone else at the table is also required to pay for the hotpot option, even if you don't plan to eat it. It feels a bit unfair, especially when you just want to stick to BBQ. That said, the BBQ experience itself more than makes up for it. There's something really fun about being able to cook everything yourself at your own pace, it's interactive, relaxed, and you can keep eating as long as you like without feeling rushed. The atmosphere inside is also super cute; the LED lights give it a modern, cozy vibe that makes it great for a casual night out with friends or even a date. As for the service, the staff is great. They don't have to do too much since you're cooking your own food, but they're always attentive when you need something, refilling drinks, bringing out more meat or sides quickly, and making sure you have everything you need without hovering. Overall, despite my minor issue with the hotpot policy, this place remains one of my go-to spots. The beef bulgogi alone is worth the visit, and paired with the atmosphere and overall experience, it's hard not to love coming here.

Our table of 6 all decided to do BBQ, but you can add hot pot options first an extra $5 per person. There is a buffet sauces, apps, fruit, and desserts included with the price. Our server was friendly, but you could tell he was tired of giving the same speech on how BBQ works. He was attentive for the most part, but there were times where he forgot refills or didn't bring requested items and kindly reminded. We also celebrated a friend's birthday while there and they had a small slice of cheesecake and sang. If you go in with 6+ they do add an automatic 18% gratuity to the tab. There is a lot of parking because it is located in a strip mall and is kid-friendly, just keep littles away from the cooling areas. Overall, a good experience and will share with others to try.

Thursday night, 10 of us, and one hot (pot) date--KPOT delivered on every front. Forget "dinner and a show"; this was dinner as the show. We went with hot pot over KBBQ and had zero regrets. From the moment we were seated (which was immediately but then again we came on a Thursday), the service was snappy, the food arrived faster than my emails during peak work hours, and the experience was an absolute vibe. Each of us had our own little bubbling cauldron of joy (individual pots, complete with our choice of broth). I took a gamble on the Healthy Herbs soup, which sounds like something an Asian mom would recommend when you're sick, but this was truly the MVP of the night. Creamy white broth, chicken and pork bone goodness--it was so good I woke up the next day wanting to drink it for breakfast. Am I fine? Probably not, but that soup is. The iPad ordering system was absolutely genius. AYCE places, take notes--no awkward flagging down servers here. We summoned meats, veggies, and noodles like pros, and just like with an actual genie our wishes came true. The sauce bar at the back of the restaurant was a mini science lab where you get to mix your own dipping masterpiece. I had a mix of green onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame sauce, and I think it was the KPOT sauce(?) and all night I was running it back to grab more. TL;DR: Amazing service, addictively delicious broth, and an iPad that makes you feel like a hot pot wizard. KPOT, we're coming back for round two. Healthy Herbs soup, you won't be seeing the last of me

Leaving a review after 2nd visits during lunch time. I personally think this Korean restaurant…read moreshows "sincerity" into their food. At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

It's def a more modern Korean restaurant from the interior alone. But food was delicious. I was interested in a lot of items on the menu u so it was hard to choose from. The dakgalbi lunch special was an actual full on lunch with sides and soup. The galbi tang was pretty good. The meat is some of the best I've had in CO. It was very tender and fell off the bone very easily. The La galbi was so good and flavorful. When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt. We saw a different one come out and it was also burnt. Otherwise, eat around because it's quite flavorful.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the warmth of the owner! We walked in Thursday night at 11pm. It was one of the only Asian restaurants in the area still open after our flight landed. As expected, the customers were sparse save for 2-3 tables of diners. The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) I always drink the brand with the fox on it and squeeze a bit of lemon into the shot. We were served by the owner and the service was efficient. He didn't seem to speak the best English so we had to have one of our friends translate when we asked questions, but he was really nice and welcoming. K Pocha seems to be pretty new, so I will hopefully be back soon to support his business! I definitely want to try the army stew and the tofu soups.
