Since Thanksgiving was the very next day, I figured I was out of luck and started mentally preparing to find a different dress to wear. I called the store anyway and somehow managed to get in touch with the owner. He explained that they had closed early because of Thanksgiving, which I completely understood. But when I told him my situation, he did something I absolutely did not expect. He said he was about 40 minutes away, but insisted on turning around and coming back to the store just so I could get my dress. He drove all the way back, opened the shop for me, and then had to drive another 40 minutes again afterward. I honestly couldn't believe it. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He went so far out of his way to help me, especially right before a major holiday. Truly 10/10 service. I'm so grateful and will absolutely continue coming here. Highly recommend!

I asked them to hem, and do "work on my bridesmaid dress" to cover my cleavage and shorten the straps. The expert seamstresses came up with an idea to reuse the hemmed fabric to add a much needed inch to the draping of the bodice to cover my over exposed cleavage. They were able to do a rush job turnaround in a week, and the results were stunning.
