There is all you can eat sushi - but we didnt order that as we were not that hungry. Hubby ordered a diet coke and I got japanese jasmine tea. Yamamoto yama tea that came in a nice ceramic pot with a ceramic cup. Drinks came promptly. We ordered age tofu, and fried spring rolls for appetisers. Age tofu was crispy and sauce for it was good. But the age tofu that I'm used to had a much lighter batter which i prefer. The spring rolls were a tad cool to touch- and mushy inside ( feels like something frozen then fried and left there - then lightly refried. ) not made fresh to order. We ordered the Kasumi and Nebraska. Sushi was well wrapped- combination of rice to ingredients ratio was good. Sriracha on sushi was a little odd. Both hubby and I agreed we liked the Nebraska roll a little better than the Kasumi. Condition of the restaurant - could be improved. Service - decent Food - oķ but not great. Everything was cooked fresh to order, served piping hot, and was full of flavor. The only downside was the wait. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out, which is probably the longest I've ever waited at a Chinese restaurant.
