They had really great reviews to begin with for dealing with wedding dresses so I decided to give them a try. I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. First impressions are always important, and we only went to this place out of recommendation from the dry cleaners nearby. We came in, he didn't address us, so we politely greeted him. He was busy, which I understand, so we waited until he asked us what we needed, which was just a small alteration to a dress (just making it a little shorter). He told me to go put it on first, which I did, and then came out. We told him how short we wanted it, and he made me turn and turn, until he made me look at him and said " Stop. Please. Every time you look down it moves the dress".... I didn't know... this was my first time getting an alteration. Furthermore, I kept stepping on my dress which is why I looked Down for only a second. But the way he said it sounded like he was yelling, and mad. It felt like he was talking down on me. There is a kinder way of saying what you need me to do. You don't need to sound so rude. It seems like he has no respect for other people and he seems very strong headed and demanding. You can say it's how you were raised, it's your culture, or whatever, but you are running a business so you need to know that not a lot of people will like your attitude. You need to learn how to treat all of your customers. I was crying in the dressing room afterwards because it really sounded like he was mad at me for not knowing better.
