I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so exceptional that I genuinely feel…read moreobligated to document it properly. I had a high-end Canali suit made from 100 percent wool with a 100 percent cupro lining (elite Italian brand). If you understand fabrics, you already know how delicate and unforgiving that combination can be. This isn't something you can just replace. It's structured, tailored, and expensive. Unfortunately, the suit ended up in what I thought was an unrecoverable condition. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. That alone already told me something was different about this place. When I brought the suit in, they didn't panic or brush me off, and they didn't make unrealistic promises. They assessed it like professionals. You could tell they actually understood fabric composition, construction, and stain treatment at a technical level. Here's where it gets crazy. They had it ready by the very next day. When I picked it up, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at. The suit didn't just look clean. It looked better than when I originally got it. The fabric texture was fully restored. There was no visible staining or discoloration. The wool integrity was intact. The cupro lining looked smooth and untouched. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. If you understand how sensitive wool and cupro are, especially after heavy contamination, you'll understand how impressive this result really is. This was a high-risk job that multiple other cleaners would not even attempt, and they handled it flawlessly. The customer service was just as impressive. They stayed open past closing just for me. They communicated clearly and honestly. They delivered a fast turnaround without sacrificing quality. They treated the garment with real care. I was so satisfied I tipped over 100 percent, which I have never done before. At this point there is no question. They are officially my go-to dry cleaners. If you have a high-end garment, a difficult stain, or something you think is done, take it here before you give up. They do not just clean clothes. They restore them. They are the definition of excellence. Valor Extraordinaire

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the alteration done on my dress was done…read moregood. I get the sense that the owner is very skilled in his work HOWEVER, the owner is really, really, rude. First impressions are always important, and we only went to this place out of recommendation from the dry cleaners nearby. We came in, he didn't address us, so we politely greeted him. He was busy, which I understand, so we waited until he asked us what we needed, which was just a small alteration to a dress (just making it a little shorter). He told me to go put it on first, which I did, and then came out. We told him how short we wanted it, and he made me turn and turn, until he made me look at him and said " Stop. Please. Every time you look down it moves the dress".... I didn't know... this was my first time getting an alteration. Furthermore, I kept stepping on my dress which is why I looked Down for only a second. But the way he said it sounded like he was yelling, and mad. It felt like he was talking down on me. There is a kinder way of saying what you need me to do. You don't need to sound so rude. It seems like he has no respect for other people and he seems very strong headed and demanding. You can say it's how you were raised, it's your culture, or whatever, but you are running a business so you need to know that not a lot of people will like your attitude. You need to learn how to treat all of your customers. I was crying in the dressing room afterwards because it really sounded like he was mad at me for not knowing better. Also there was a guy who came after me and was waiting patiently, he didn't hear the owner the first time, and the owner threw his hand up, basically like a "come on, seriously?" way. I get it can be annoying sometimes but he was clearly on his phone and didn't hear you. You didn't have to do the hand motion, it was unnecessary. If you want the job done, you can be sure he'll do it, however you'll have to deal with the attitude

Also, it seems like he can't be bothered when he's on lunch because he eats inside the place and doesn't have a sign that says he's on break lol He comes off strong...I get that he's an older fella but he was a bit standoff-ish. We were really polite coming in and were excited to get some alterations done on a blouse and I even told him we are new to the area but he didn't seem to care. He made my mom try on the blouse so he can measure...I say "made" because he didn't ask politely and he asked for the payment upfront. There's a reason his shop has been open for years and I'm sure he's great at alterations but he should treat customers a little nicer because it's a bit off putting I would say it's fine to come in here if you're in need of alterations, but don't expect a friendly / respectful conversation.
