Hookah Me! I must admit I'm a fan of the Shisha!! Popped in here on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty! There was one other table occupied while I was there. We came in, weren't greeted and sat ourselves. After sitting for a few an employee came over and took our order. Silly me not realizing this was an alcohol free establishment. When we placed our mojito offers my BF asked for a virgin and the employee stated they don't serve alcohol. I was shocked and disappointed. Moving on to the guava mojito it was way too sweet. As for my hookah I went with Love 66. At first it was way too harsh so I had the employee adjust it a few times until it was tolerable. The ambiance is cute.... First and foremost, it's a Hookah Lounge, so Hookah needs to be on point, and although at times it has been a miss but they make up for it right away but adjusting to your liking, which I love however mostly Hookah i have tried here are of good quality and smooth flavors! 2nd for me is food and everytime we have went , the food has been pretty good. Everyone loved their Mango Harbarnero Wings, Shrimp dishes were delicious and people loved the Mango Bubble Tea and their Mojitos Last but not least for me is Customer Service and for that I would say if you come along and have Chris as your Server , your all set. I came to this establishment a couple weeks ago and I cannot wait to go back already! I came on a Thursday night it was pretty empty and we were quickly seated. Not so long of a way before a waiter approached us and we placed our order. We ordered some sweet chili wings, nachos and mocktails (liquor isn't served here). Everything was top-tier definitely 10 out of 10! My favorites definitely was the guava Mojito and the sweet chili wings. The music and sound was awesome, not too loud and not too dim. Bathrooms were also clean. Food: We ordered 1 hookah, with an appetizer and an entree. For the hookah we had Rose, pan and mint flavor which came out strong and smooth (smooth towards the end, strong at First). For food: had their appetizer sampler, which included wings, fries, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. The wings we ordered Buffalo and mango habanero, the sauces were perfect but the wings were a wee bit on the cold side. I also ordered a Monster Burger and as the name suggests it was huge, with a double pattie, cheese, turkey bacon and all the other ingredients lol. It filled me up and was deliciously well presented. Customer service: No stone left unturned, everyone was very friendly and active. Prices: were very reasonable $17.99 during happy hour for a hookah and an appetizer and then $12 for the Monster Burger which also included fries. The ambiance is pretty nice and they have some of the best fries I've ever had (no joke) , I even finished them before my wings came out. It's almost impossible to tell that the lounge is open at times especially at night because they don't have a neon or illuminated sign outside . THEY DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL. And another thing, when I went the 2nd time, it was two days before Christmas so I wanted to call to make sure they were open. I called about 10 times before someone finally answered the phone on the 10th call. I've heard nothing but good things about this lounge, so I walked in with high expectations. Unfortunately this place was a total let down. When we walked in, we were greeted by a server who brought us our menu and sat us down. From here on after it was so difficult for us to track any server down. It took a long time for us to place our initial order, and then if we wanted anything else, we had to wait even longer. There were some guys sitting down a few seats away from us who seemed to be friends with the servers, these people got exceptional service and had their coals changed frequently, which was even more frustrating. We got the Mango Paan Hookah and boneless wings for $18.99 (which is the happy hour price), and we also got an order of chicken quesadillas. The food was amazing, and the hookah was only good for 20 minutes. It had a thick and smooth pull and tasted good for only a short amount of time. We were left with bad hookah, and absolutely no one to complain about it to. Lastly when we became sick of the tasteless hookah and horrible service we asked for the bill. Miraculously, the service was on point when it came time for us to pay. The server who brought us the bill stood on top of us while we gave him the credit card AND when we were signing the receipts. Let's be honest there's no better hookah session unless you have chai. I'd point one person out to go to in the lounge, but to be honest their entire staff is awesome & very kind.
