I actually saw their truck at a gas station. Recalled my procrastination after getting sales jobbed by another company (the one who installed my $24,000 high velocity system in 2004 and I had only had back once in 15 years) With my mother in law coming up from FL and my system not being serviced for about 5 to 8 years. ( I do inspect and clean it lovingly at least twice a year) I decided what the heck. The nice clean truck and the big logo......I struck up a conversation with the guy! We got scheduled up. VERY flexible and accommodating. i was NOT an emergency so we pushed (mutually agreed) the appointment a few times because others were having big problems. (figured when that time comes for me, maybe i get a time-slice!! :-) Thorough service, great craftsmanship and knowledge. Up to the attic and down in the dungeon, out by the two units. GOT it all done!! Pricing was LESS then the service contract the "other guys" were trying to soak me for OR about HALF what the other guys service call hit the curb price!!!! Very reasonable and personable. Explained everything very well without being insulting and trying to baffle me with BS.
