If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I love eating at different places and finding new culinary experiences so when we saw a Mediterranean restaurant with such high reviews we were excited. However the experience was a disappointment . 1) as soon as you walk in you are greeted with an assortment of desserts and baked goods. Nice, but all American sweets. I highly doubt giant chocolate chip cookies are Mediterranean 2) all the clientele and employees where anything but Mediterranean or from Lebanon . If no one visible from that area is working there and no one from that area eats there how is it authentic? 3) the pita bread tasted stale and they brought it out with nothing to accompany it. 4) the shawarma was just a wrapped burger but it had no real taste and the presentation was equivalent to that of a food cart in New York The only positive I have to say was the appetizer was good (tabouli) read more

Had an amazing first experience here! Everything was so good. We ordered falafel with tahini yogurt and the garlic sauce for an appetizer. It was some of the best falafel I have had. Juicy rather than dry and both dipping sauces were great. For my entree I got the Aladdin's Favorite Plate. The rice was really tasty and well-seasoned and the meats were delicious. I also really liked the greens and the house-made Aladdin's dressing (mostly olive oil and herbs) was really fresh tasting and satisfying. Aladdins is killer. Anna, the waitress, coaxed us into some stellar menu choices well worth the fair prices. She dropped a hummus bomb on us that felt like my tongue was playing with every flavor I've ever experienced. The smoovies were just clutch. My absolute FAVORITE!!! This location is so on point and I can't help but get myself an Aladdin's Salad and Aladdins Falafel at least once every other week!!!! My favorite salad in the ENTIRE city! I'll preface my comments with saying I would give 4.5 stars because of the location and decor/ambience. First of all, this was my first time dining here. I was super impressed. I am a server/manager at Seasons 52 so I get service standards. Our server James was awesome! Super professional, efficient, welcoming, and etiquette was on point. The manager (sorry didn't get her name) stopped by and asked us how everything was going and even assisted with bagging up our boxed up food when James was tied down with another table. Every aspect of service was handled with complete excellence. Personal, yet professional. I really appreciate that! I was also blown away with the food! This place def appeals to vegetarians, vegans, and gluten allergens/sensitivity. Everything is fresh and presented beautifully. My mom and I shared everything. We started with the app combo with hummus, baba gounoush, spinach wrapped beef and rice, fatouli, and fried chickpea balls. Everything was great! The sauces they offer are amazing! We then shared the Greek Pitza which was rich with melted feta cheese and tom, cucumber, olives, green pepper, and these amazing fried onions. Like the ones you put on top of green bean casserole, but fresh! We also shared the shis-kabob salad with Alladins dressing. Basically it's a vinaigrette with olive oil, garlic, lemon, and spices. The beef tenderloin was fantastic! My mom likes well done meat while I like mine med rare. They didn't take a temp, so I would suggest asking about that, but I still thought the flavor was awesome. Everything else on the salad was typical Greek salad ingredients. We saw all the desserts when we first walked in and they looked amazing, but it was lunch and we declined on dessert. The only downfall was the setup/ambience. It was plain wooden chairs and a small dining room. It is prob the building or location so I understand. I'm happy they moved here. If my only gripe is that, then they are doing things right! If what you want is good food and great service for a reasonable price, this place is for you. Had lunch, never been here before. Tried the vegetarian chili/lentil combo soup waitress recommended. EXCELLENT. You could try each soup on each side of bowl. Then had the grilled tuna wrap and it was excellent. Also, the waitress and service was very high end for a casual restaurant. This is healthy food and really excellent cooking. We got takeout from Aladdin's while watching Sunday football and I have to say I'm impressed! The flavors are so well developed and both the garlic and yogurt tahini sauces are delicious. We ordered an appetizer of falafel, the Mediterranean lamb plate and the chicken sambusek plate. I loved the rice that came with the lamb and the hint of cinnamon was unlike anything I've tasted before. The chicken came with a pita and a salad. I probably would have rather had rice instead, as takeout salads are never usually my first choice. The menu is huge, so I know we'll be ordering from here again! read more

Disappointing- ordered the tabouleh and hummus to start...that's where it ended...the tabouleh was wilted and not fresh in addition to not having much lemon or olive oil on it. The hummus was mediocre at best- we decided to eat elsewhere since it wasn't a great start- I had high expectations for this place but if the apps were bad, couldn't imagine the rest of the food. Had my first visit to this location tonight. I was glad to see they have a closer location as West Chester is a bit of a drive for me. I got carry out for my first visit but the dining area was very inviting and definitely want to stop back for that. I got the Tabouli and Shishtawook wrap. My to go order was made very quickly. It was great Tabouli but very bummed to find no pita as listed on the menu. Kind of wish I had checked my babe before leaving but was packed up so well. I really enjoy this type of food and have traveled all over the middle east so I enjoy the authentic flavors. The falafel was disappointing. The hummus was OK- however that spicy sauce they serve with it is amazing. We also got a curry chicken pizza- it was kind of hard to eat but the flavors were on point. One of our favorites in the whole Cincy area, it's always in the rotation. It doesn't matter if it's in Hyde Park or West Chester, the food is high quality and fresh, very flavorful, lots of variety, service is always friendly and efficient. Love the hot harissa sauce, fabulous baba ganoush, well-seasoned beef (or chicken) shwarma, best kibbe in town, tabouleh, kofta, etc. Always reliable for a relatively healthy and fabulous meal at a reasonable price. So excited that Aladdin's is now in Hyde Park as well as Westchester! The food here is delicious. It's the best/most authentic Middle Eastern food I've had in Cincinnati. Favorite appetizer is pita and hummus with a side of garlic. Favorite entree is the Arayiss Rolled Pita. The prices are excellent. This is walking distance from my apartment and I'm so glad I now know about it. My boyfriend and I are often eating out but only if we can get something that fits into our meal plan and this did just that. They have excellent healthy and light options but also it taste fantastic and the flavors of the meat really stand out. The bread they give you is out of this word with the hummus. Tried Aladdins for the first time this week. It was also my first time trying Mediterranean food. The atmosphere & ambience there is great. Our waitress was very kind & helpful - I was unfamiliar with many of the words on the menu & she helped explain everything to me as a first time trier. She also was quick & could keep up with me & my goofy wine-loving friends. We got the Hummus to start with a side of pitas & veggies - delicious! The hummus was so smooth & yummy. I ended up trying Beef Shwarma Salad for dinner & it was so good (& pretty large)! I was full, but the desserts my friends got were seriously amazing & they have so many fresh cakes/cheesecakes to choose from. I am excited to go back! :) read more

One of my favorite places to order takeout from! My go to is the Flavor Savor Special - instead of the chicken & the beef, I prefer just double chicken. It's a great mix of meat, chicken, salad and hummus. Get the homemade hot sauce and garlic sauce, so addicting and delicious! Their falafels are amazing as well. Loved this place! V9 is the best vegetable soup I've ever had. Chicken Pitza and flavor saver platter were so good! The hummus and falafel are incredible.
