From the beginning Steven has provided us with not just customer service, but with heartfelt consideration and kindness. My husband and I purchased a total lemon of a house. One major issue was that we had a significant infestation of cockroaches, spiders and a large variety of ants. Being that we're recent transplants from the North, we aren't familiar with the types of pests that share our environment let alone how to deal with them. We scheduled an appointment with Steven on the recommendation of our Real Estate agent and he wowed us from day one. First of all Steven showed up in a timely manner to our appointment (which I appreciate immensely), he the did a walk through inspection explaining all the ways in which we as home owners can be empowered to help ourselves and help make the most out of our treatments. (This says a lot to me. Most people don't like to give recommendations or share knowledge because they have lack based fear and worry we will try to do it ourselves and they will lose money, but what they don't understand is that it builds a trusting relationship.) Not only did Steven take good care of us on day 1, but he came out 3 more times to support us through the process without charge. Again, this made us feel like he cares about us as people. He cares that he is doing a good through job and that we're doing out part as well. He spoke with us a number of times on the phone addressing issues and assuring us that sometimes cockroaches take a little time to treat and prevent. Now 3 months after move in I can proclaim we are roach free!!! Steven came out for our quarterly visit and was impressed to see how well we took his suggestions and found very few pests still active. Steven is our "Certified Bug Assassin!" He provided us with sanity and made our home feel more like ours and less like a roommate situation! Haha! I'd highly recommend Atlanta Outsourced to anyone! Especially if you want a highly skilled professional who cares about you, you're home and you're sanity like family...Steven is your guy! When Alex called to discuss my appointment, he cut me off as soon as I began describing my situation. Instead of listening, he told me I "needed to see a doctor" and that there was nothing they could do. He did not give me the chance to explain that I had already seen a doctor and been medically cleared. His dismissive attitude was rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. I then called the corporate office and spoke with Bailey, who told me this was not how their company treats clients and that she would look into it and call me back. She seemed to respond, but the next person I spoke to was Johnathan, who made the situation worse. On his first call, he insulted my intelligence by telling me my building had extermination services, even though I was trying to hire my own independent service. On his second call, he flat-out denied service entirely. Despite having an active pest issue, they refused to even come inspect the unit, give guidance, or attempt to help in any way. I was also told their treatments were "watered down" and that I could buy stronger products at Home Depot--so why even hire a professional? This is how they treat someone actively seeking help with an ongoing infestation? Dismissive, unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to provide service. I strongly do not recommend using Lookout Pest Control. Save your time and money--go elsewhere.

Always have to change the appointments, which has been hit or miss on the rescheduling. I often get notifications 24 hrs before they are showing up and not the 3 day notice as advertised. Or you get the notice after hours when the office is closed. The termite guy tried to come two months early and I had to push back. We had a date scheduled for him to come and he tried to change it again claiming we never agreed on a date. Overall not a great experience and I have switched to doing my own pest control.

So, I did some research on Yelp and Google and found Hole-In-One Pest Solutions. I wish I had called earlier as I continue to put this off despite having additional spiders coming through various cracks, corners, doorways, etc. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Super easy to talk to and helped me set up my first pest control appointment. I've always lived in an apartment so I've never had to deal with this before. I appreciated her patience and compassion as I explained my terrifying wolf spider story. Within just a couple days (due to my schedule) I had a tech out at my place. He listened attentively to the issues, and after a walk around the perimeter we agreed to a treatment plan and price. (Side note - a big turn off and red flag for me is when companies try to guilt or scare you into a subscription or additional services. This was NOT the case. Guy was wearing an anti-government group's cap (III Percenter) which, ya know, is pretty damn unprofessional. He inspects the house and the main thing he points out is a rotten 2x4 laying next to the house that was infested. I just did work on the house in this area 2 days before he came and that board was not there, nor did it fall off our wood porch just above it. He offers either a $549 one time treatment or an annual treatment at $99/mo with $250 initial payment. Don't use these guys for certification. They see it only as a sales opportunity and send militiamen out to give the pitch.
