They've got snacks, a well kept restroom, charging stations for your phone, and plenty of rest areas too! He was telling me about when he opened up the place and how he plans on opening up more locations. You can tell he reeeeally cares about his customers. Then later when he showed me my name on the screen it really made my day. I feel like family already. I had to drive about 20 minutes to get here, but it's so worth it. The owner honored the quoted price. UNFORTUNATELY, a week after actually unzipping the suit out from the garment bag, The buttons from my custom suit were chipped. I have not addressed this issue with the owner, but at this point, I'm not sure there is anything they can or will do. It would have been a different issue if I looked at it and scanned the suit before leaving the dry cleaner.
