Reliance is the perfect adjective to describe this location. The parking can be a bit tight but with the type of service I received, I'm willing to park down the street and walk. The music makes the wait in line a piece of cake. Not sure why this location has a 3 star rating because when I arrived the line was outside (no exaggeration). Customers love the service here. I understood why once I made it to the counter. First of all they make you feel very welcomed. The team members Manny and Gimena are outstanding. They communicate well while moving the line. They listen to exactly what it is that the customer is requesting. They ask plenty of questions to make sure everyone is on the same page. I had three different request going. I had a few pieces that just needed to be cleaned, a piece that just needed the pleats iron back in because I washed it and the pleats completely disappeared and I had a brand new outfit that just needed to be pressed. I had two skirts that I wanted alterations done on but Manny told me that they are referring their customers to the following location for those requests: "KC Cleaners & Alteracion and Repairs 5401 South Figueroa Ave #2". My mouth hit the floor when Manny told me that the pleats could be ironed within a few minutes and it would only cost me $5. The prices are outstanding and mind-blowing and the services incredible. That's why I can't understand for the life of me why this location has a three star rating. They have a couple of standards that most customers need to know before they get there. One, is that they take cash only no credit or debit cards. Also, each order needs to be paid in full on drop off. This is a beautiful location because the owner acknowledges his customers. Well waiting for my order to be processed I noticed postcards and things that were written to Dave. Also the names of customers that are consistent with big orders. I love how the clothes are stored in an orderly fashion so that they're easily found. I was impressed by the pleats that was ironed into my skirt. Honestly with no exaggeration, those pleads looked just the same as when I first bought it. One of my blouses had a mascara stain on it and I forgot to address it. When I got the blouse back it was gone. When it come to their services, I'm sold! I would definitely be back and very soon with my hubby's suits. Regardless of the rating displayed. I'm really disappointed with this dry cleaning service. My clothes came back looking the same as when I dropped them off--stains still there and wrinkles everywhere. The turnaround time was slow, and the staff didn't seem to care when I pointed out the issues. More specifically the girl who attended me, was very rude. I don't know if she had a bad day, but she gave me attitude and looked at me like I was stupid and made me feel dumb. She has very bad customer service, she had black hair was light skinned with big eyebrows and brown eyes. I have been here before and she is always wearing inappropriate clothing for work and my husband is very uncomfortable by her and many of the other workers. They seem to be there to chit chat and talk together instead of work! All of them! Her coworkers called her Gabs. On top of that, the prices are high for such poor quality. Love this cleaners! offer same day service, had to get an outfit cleaned before an event and made it just on time to get it same day. One of my items had a very difficult stain i've tried to remove and Dave fixed my problem! I have been utilizing this cleaning service for 3 years and I came across two (2) bad experiences. The first one is I put a group of clothes in the cleaners and when I picked up my clothes, my black cargo pants were not included. I asked about my shorts and they couldn't find them for 3 weeks so the owner (David) tells this story about him running business for a long time at that location and he decided to give me $50 for my $75 shorts. The second experience was when I put a group of clothes in the cleaners, they messed up two pair of clothing by discoloration. We have been us this cleaners for years, and it has certainly become worse in the technique of quality service. On to many occasions our items have been damaged while in their care, resulting in price negotiations for purchase reimbursement. I understand things happen, but we have recently experienced multiple times of new stains appearing in places that was not there before. Furthermore more how in the world do you discolor new black dress and khaki pants with just a press only request. The girls up front are very nice, but whomever is cleaning the clothes seems to care more about quantity and not quality like it used to be done. I really wanted to like this Cleaner's because they advertise themselves to be convenient (they open early, close late, can drop off and pick up in the same day, alterations on site, etc.), HOWEVER, the quality of customer service and the service in general continues to dwindle. My last service has pushed me to refrain from returning and I will no longer be a customer. I dropped off 2 pair of slacks and a blouse on a Friday morning and requested next day pick up (Saturday). I wasn't able to pick up the next day so I picked up the following Tuesday (3 business days from my drop off). At pick up I was informed that my blouse was not ready because it had to be cleaned again (HUH?) I was pissed because not only did they have extra days to complete the service but it HADN'T been done and they advertise that cleaning is done on-site.They proceed to accept my FULL payment and advised they don't discount orders for any inconvenience. To add to my frustration, I get home and one of the pair of slacks had debris from food I ate (not clean). I'm tired of taking on the inconvenience for a small and easy job! Nice customer service, but I can't say the same thing about their cleaning services. If you have any stain on your clothes (ones you can easily remove) you make sure you wash it yourself because they will not clean it. They do everything in bulk and do not pay attention to your little details. But will charge you heavily for every piece of garment. read more

I am very disappointed in this business. I live around the corner from it & have multiple people recommend this cleaners so i finally decided to give it a try. Took my dress in for alterations on a Thursday. The girl who was working there told me that she wasn't sure if they'd be able to shorten the length & that I'd have to wait til her manager came in the next day and if they were able to fix it i would have to wait until Monday to hear back from them. Monday is here & no one has called me with an update. I tried calling the number on the receipt they gave me and it does not work. Tried calling the number on google and it did not work either. Now, they went above and beyond when I really needed it. I came very late. For same day service you bring it in by 11 and it will be ready by 4. I got there at 12:30. It was Saturday and I needed the clothes for work on Sunday when they are closed. We tried to figure out ways to do it and the main guy, I think the owner said, I understand you need it so I will make sure your clothes are ready today at 4.
