I went with Taurus, we agreed on a time and he confirmed the appointment. Steve arrived right on time. He asked if wearing his shoes in the house was ok? He went right to work. He explained what happened and what needed to be replaced. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and I even asked if one of the other outlets that he didn't replace needed it and he said no. He was in and out in 45 minutes. He was efficient, respectful and professional. I will definitely be using him for any future electrical needs.

The capacitor is roughly $30. They charged me roughly $430 IN LABOR FOR A JOB THAT TOOK LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Plus they did not have the correct part and wired together TWO capacitors. I don't know if this is safe or even recommended for long term use. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! UPDATE: I received a call from the general manager and we were able to reach a compromise that we were both happy with - and an appointment to get the correct capacitor installed next week!

They were professional and hardly any of the clients knew they were there until they walked out after finishing. Having Wulff Electric come to my home was a similar great experience. I had them install two ceiling fans in rooms that previously didn't have any and disconnect the room's light switch from the outlet (apparently a common practice when they built the house in the 50's) and run it to the newly installed ceiling fans. Once the two electricians got there in the morning, I clarified what was going on and was able to go off to work confident that things would get done the way they should. When I came home from lunch, the two fans were installed and I was finally free of my light switch being attached to my wall outlet. Thank you to everyone at Wulff!
