If you don't look closely, you can totally miss the small entryway(store front). Limited parking off the street. Our server was nice. I honestly didn't know what to expect bcs my friend picked the spot. She doesn't like eggs much and I love breakfast foods. I got the chilaquiles, green sauce beef machaca and ordered a side of beans and I wanted to try their handmade corn tortillas that were perfect. I asked for light green sauce bcs I don't do spicy and my Chilaquiles were drenched in the sauce and my eggs that I ordered over easy to medium came over hard. I still tried to enjoy my food, beans with yummy grated cheese and freshly made corn tortillas made it better. Although I had to ask for a side of sour cream to brave through the green sauce, I left most on the chips with sauce on plate. The machaca was interesting, well cooked which I liked but it wasn't mixed with eggs which was a first for me, twas tasty. My coffee that I started with was good and appreciated the 2 cookies that came with it. My friend said her chicken and waffles was 7/10, she said the syrup was lacking... The flan at the end was delicious, loved the caramel touch on there. I understand their under the ownership. It was not all bad for me, I would like to come back and try something different.

This place is a great gem to come across! The atmosphere is great and well decorated, they also have some valentine's day decorations up currently and it was super cute. They have a wonderful brunch menu that I got a chance to order from. The chilaquiles was amazing and the portion was huge I had to take the rest home lol! Also the drinks are very tasty and a bit strong hahah! The owner is a really nice guy and we had a wonderful waitress help us out, shout out Maria! I'll definitely be back, this place is totally worth checking out if you haven't yet.

OMG tried this shrimp cocktail and it was definitely the best I've had. The service was good. Food took a little while to get to us but they do have a slogan that says good things take time to make. I will be back. Lidia was our waitress

Cocktails are refreshing, tasty and perfect amount of alcohol. Also the chilaquiles were both good but I like the Sheila chilaquiles more. They have tender beef inside every cut. This is a great brunch place with some good cocktails. If you're in the area check them out. Rate them on their food, service, and ambiance. Don't be a jerk off and be like the majority entitled of pricks on Yelp and rate them on something stupid like the parking.

My partner and I wanted Mexican food today and we found this place and man!! We are obsessed! Really delicious, fresh, and flavorful food! The chilaquiles were so good. We got micheladas and they were amazing! We can't wait to come back. Fun atmosphere and good vibes!

Food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Wet Burrito with Green Sauce and a hot coffee that had two little Maria cookies on the side. This place was so relaxing and the playlist was immaculate. The servers were so welcoming and constantly made sure you weren't missing salsa or coffee. It's such a cute location and they definitely bring a taste of Mexico to Paramount. I will definitely be coming back soon for a mimosa brunch.

This is a very nice little restaurant. Parking is a little difficult, but there is plenty of street parking just around the corner. The shrimp cocktail was a little plain, but good. Adding in the salsa Negra and a lime did the trick for me. it was very tasty. The Alas taco was absolutely delicious. with a little bit of chipotle sauce. Super good. The fresh tortilla chips and housemaid salsa were fantastic. Overall a very enjoyable lunch. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Definitely would come again and try some of the other items.

Just a couple of weeks ago, my friends and I were considering our options for where to have brunch to celebrate one of our friend's retirement. Toast was one of the names I dropped in the metaphorical hat, and it won the vote of a few. My friends were surprised that I had named a spot I hadn't yet tried since I'm usually the "foodie" of the group. However, another girl in the group who had been here before vouched for it. I'm glad I finally got to try this place this past weekend, and I cannot wait to return! There were so many things on their menu that I wanted to try. A couple of the ladies ordered green chilaquiles, the friend we were celebrating ordered the Spanish Omelet, another woman I'd met that day had the bacon and eggs, another one ordered the Biscuits and grave with a side of bacon that looked perfectly crispy. I wish I had taken pictures of the plates as it all looked so lovely! I didn't even take a picture of my own food haha. I had my eyes on an omelet, one of the Benedicts or the Chicken n Waffle. In the end, the chicken and waffle won. It comes served with a little container of maple syrup with bacon pieces. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waffle was delicious, though I did request for some extra syrup on the side. To drink, a few ladies ordered mimosas, one ordered an iced caramel coffee, and I ordered the Carajillo. I fell in love with this drink last summer in Mexico and do not often see it on the menu. I love the subtle citrus notes the Licor 43 adds to this espresso drink. It is very similar to an espresso martini, and theirs comes topped with a toasted marshmallow. I honestly wanted to try almost every item in their Tipsy Barista section of their drinks. I'll just have to come back that many more times :) Plenty of parking in the mall lot. It does get pretty packed during peak hours. Fortunately I had called ahead to put our group of 6 down. We went in on Saturday around 11:30. It slowed down a bit while we were eating, but started to get busy again after 1. Otherwise, we might have been forced to honor their 90-minute rule. All in all, a great experience from everyone in our group. No complaints on the wait, service or food. That certainly deserves a toast. Great job, Toast!
