We came in around noon on a Saturday. Waited about 30 minutes for our crepes and a latte. The crepes were good but I asked for bacon & got ham. I would recommend this business but they should have your coffee ready about 5 minutes after ordering. Also we got a chicken bacon ranch crepe but there was no ranch in it or in the side. I had a go-to crepe spot before I moved to Anchorage and I so badly wanted to love this place and make it my new go-to. Unfortunately I've tried it twice and was pretty disappointed both times. The crepe is so thick and rubbery, it's more like a pizza or a flatbread/wrap. Flavor is pretty subtle so doesn't really compensate for the thickness/texture. The filling ingredients are average. The dessert crepes are really sweet without much flavor and the fruit has been soggy/partially fermented in the four that I tried. I was by myself downtown cruising for breakfast grub waiting for mom to finish 2 Drs. appointments. I said 'Yes Perfect a Breakfast Crepe!' Pulled around the block and parked. They have meters 9 AM-6 PM on the street. A few folks ahead of me were waiting on their order, one of the 2 girls asked have you been here before? 'First time' ... She said 'Welcome' and 'our most popular crepe is the Reindeer Crepe and we have a special Cubano Crepe'. I kept reading the Savory Crepe menu and I kept coming back to trying the Milanese. Milanese is pesto, Prosciutto, smoked Gouda, sliced Roma tomato and Parmesan cheese. Mouth watering, I waited for my order and so worth it! The tangy pesto and tomato just worked so nicely with the cheeses, the melted smoked Gouda and salty Parmesan made it sing along with the Prosciutto. Crepe Batter was perfect too. It was so good, after picking up mom from the appointments, I called ahead and ordered 3 more to bring home! When within an hour you order another crepe craving that taste again, that's a good crepe! Still catching up on reviews of the *many* places I got to try all up and down the coast of Alaska, on a cruise over the summer. I'd built up quite a bit of expectation, too, since it was *originally* supposed to have been in 2020 (thanks, covid!), so I'd had this place on my "should try" list since late 2019... not sure anything could live up to *quite* that level of expectation, but that doesn't mean it wasn't excellent (it was, indeed, excellent.) Granted, this is a review from a couple months ago at this point, but I would imagine they haven't changed much - but if you like ordering reviews chronologically like I do, pretend this was posted in June. We ordered 3 crepes for the two of us - the reindeer sausage and king salmon crepes cause they were the most interesting, and the 4 cheese cause it's the most traditional. Had them in our possession just a few minutes later - nice that crepes don't take long to make, but that doesn't stop some crepe places from being slow with orders sometimes. Not here! (At least not the afternoon we were there.) All three crepes were perfectly cooked, great crepes - they don't *look* that big, but they were also quite stuffed with their respective ingredients (sharing 3 for two hungry people was a perfectly reasonable amount - though I wouldn't have *minded* if we'd ordered a dessert crepe too, mostly just cause I'm sad I didn't try one). Salmon was full of great, slightly smoked shredded salmon (*completely* reasonably priced, given how expensive good salmon is getting!). The sausage, for good and bad, didn't taste particularly different from a more traditional (i.e. not reindeer) sausage, but it was still great sausage, and tons of it. But funny enough, I thought the best of the three was the just-cheese one, which unsurprisingly, was just piles of gooey, delicious cheese. You really can't go wrong with that! Honestly, probably the second-best cheese crepe I've had in my life - and given the *first* best was from a little stand on a random street in Paris that I still remember vividly from like 16 years ago... that's pretty decent praise, I'd think? Can't speak to the quality of their fresh coffee drinks - they had a totally legit-looking can of pre-canned craft cold brew, so I went with that. (It was, indeed, a totally legit can of craft cold brew.) read more

I mentioned this and the server said they were dogs friendly which is a huge plus. Mama Mia latte was delicious and French toast crepe tasty. The king salmon crepe was okay. I am not always a fan of savory crepe. Restaurant was spacious with plenty of space between seats; decor was nice. Chairs were big and comfortable. This place is DE-LICIOUS!!! Thanks to yelp, I was able to find this little gem located downtown across from the 5th Avenue mall. Parking is $1.50/hour before noon and about $6.00/hour afterwards in their parking area. It's best to find street parking and pay by minutes. Just make sure you have quarters handy!! I'm visiting from the lower 48 and I've had this fascination with reindeer meat since I realized they really do exist! It's not 100% reindeer meat as it makes it too gamey so it's mixed with other fatty meats like pork or beef. Anyways, you can watch the staff make them fresh before your eyes. It takes about 5 minutes to create. I tried their savory crepes: reindeer sausage and smoked salmon. They unfortunately do not smoke their own salmon but they get it elsewhere. Both are delicious, but the smoked salmon takes the win on this crepes battle. There's also these cute floating half shelled egg chairs that everyone needs to sit in! We had a great first experience for breakfast here about 2 weeks ago. I was about to write a 4 or 5-star review when we decided to pop in for a quick dinner on Friday (Bike to Work Day) -- We arrived at about 5:25pm, about 35 minutes before closing time. The employees let us know that they were trying to wrap up early and we just made it in under the wire. We ordered two crepes and received them in about 10 minutes. THey were unfortunately well undercooked. They were not crisp at all and just folded under the weight of the fillings. They were not nearly as tightly constructed as our first visit either. These disappointed us a bit and we wonder if the crepes were rushed. Hopefully our third visit will be the charm! We'll be sure to update this review when we do. read more

The salmon was some of the best I have had even beating 5 star restaurants I have been to. My son said the crepe was excellent with a ton of strawberries. Wow, where have ya'll been all my life? This is a hip building with big windows. I think it used to be a salon? Then it was unused and for rent/sale for a while? Anyway, it's in a primo location downtown. I'm glad a place like this has taken up shop. Decor is both cozy and modern, space is very large. Much larger than it looks from the outside. They do two main things, and they do them insanely well: Turkish Coffee: with a beautiful presentation and also something you rarely see with this style of coffee: free refills! It was our last day in Anchorage, Alaska Crepery was only a few blocks walk from our Captain Cook hotel. It's a mom and pop shop so service can be a bit slow, but the wait is definitely worth it. There was a guy whom I assumed is the owner who takes the order, answer the phone and prepare your crepes. He has a young assistant that helps with the cooking and serving food to the customers. We ordered the smoked salmon crepe and the tomato basil crepe with cheese. We waited maybe for about 15 minutes for our food. What stands out the most for me was the warm and CRUNCHY crepe skin! Omg so goooood! I have to admit I wish there was more filing inside, I can easily eat two of these! But I'm sure size wise it was just right because my eyes are always hungrier.
