Placed a order and took them one hour to deliver, they messed up my order , and payed 15 dollars over what my bill was supposed to be. Called back to get the situation fixed and person on the phone was very disrespectful and couldn't handle the situation. He then sent the delivery man who then called the place back and was cursing about the situation. My sandwich was fine. Could of should of had more meat. The fountain drink cups are small and according to the menu they only allow one refill. Not sure if they enforce this but come on, pretty dang cheap. My friends sandwich wasn't what he ordered so he wasn't a happy camper but ate it anyway. Way way better than fast food. These guys work hard and the quality is consistent. Chicken sub, deli subs are all good add curly fries and you're going to enjoy your meal. Never tried their burgers so can't day what this are like but as far as subs you should give then a try. read more

I'm pretty sure this place used to be a Quiznos, based on the decor and the proliferation of chairs emblazoned with the Quiznos Q. I'm actually curious if this eatery's former identity as a Quiznos location influenced the owner's decision to include subs. I wouldn't doubt it, given that their second location, located on the campus of Wayne State University, features a giant salad bar and is housed in a storefront that was formerly a salad bar. I am a fan of their Al Basha sub which is grilled chicken, pickles and fries on a toasted bun. The meat is always juicy and well seasoned when I get it. The staff is friendly. And I have gotten several friends hooked on their signature sub. read more

Horrible is a under statement for this place. I placed an order and when I picked it up I got home and realized it was the wrong order and not mine. Well after an hour of back and forth with them not answering or answering machine picking up I finally got my order and hour later and cold. This place is run by kids and they have no help. They have 3 guys answering phone making orders and ringing ppl up all on a weekend. They were so busy and overwhelmed I'm not surprised this all happened. But of course what does the owner care? less workers means more money for him while he sits back and does nothing I'm sure. Owners like this don't deserve a busy thriving business bc a owner like this could care less about the customers he's serving. This place is poorly run and we will not be back. read more

They deserve one star. I found bones in my chicken sub. YES BONES! and when i went back up to the counter the worker just apologized and said its probably a small hard chicken. Then after the 4th bite my tooth again hit another BONE and then i took the 2 bones and picked them out the chicken sub and showed him and then he said ok i will tell them to make you another one. I then told them no refund me I'm leaving i could have broke my teeth or choked on a bone and died. I got my money back and left. They got really upset when i demanded my money back. This by far is my best sub shop around here.. Awesome subs, I order the chicken fajita and the seafood subs. They always make it the way I ask for it and extra toasted. They also have a variety of other subs,sandwiches and burgers. They also have diffrent kinds of French fries,regular, curly and spicy. My husband and I went here for the first time today and will not be back. The subs here had been recommended to us by a few people (one being our cashier at the Kroger across the street, the other being a woman I work with), so we decided to try it instead of Subway. I tried to order 2 different items and were told they were out of it, so I asked the guy to recommend the best sub he does have. He recommended the Italian sub, so we ordered 2. We were the only customers in the store, and it still took 25 minutes for them to make 2 subs and some fries. There were at least 5 young guys working, and we could hear them in the back laughing and talking instead of making our food. The guy who took our order wrote down what we wanted, but we were asked 2 more times what we wanted on our subs, and they still managed to get it wrong. My husband asked for no mayonnaise and no lettuce, but his sandwich was still swimming in mayo when we got home and looked at it. I asked for no tomato, but there was still tomato on it. I picked it off and ate my sub anyway, but my husband couldn't eat his. The sub itself was average, nothing special. Next time I'll save my $15 and go to Subway or Tubby's instead. read more

GAAAARBAGE!! Went to the Wayne State location and ordered a TURKEY BURGER. When the order came up something told me to check it and grab a fry because I was hungry. Upon opening the sandwich it was a TURKEY SANDWICH! with bacon! I went back to the counter and he told me yes that is a turkey burger. I told him no this is a turkey sandwich(did I mention I specifically asked was it a frozen patty or fresh ground turykey when I ordered), he goes on and says "no no no this is a turkey burger, try it you're gonna love it".
