I've been a patient at this office since 1968. The practice was taken over twice since. Along with the new practice, each dentist adopted the high standards inherited from the previous dentist. Those principles being, an emphasis on preventive dentistry and to NOT perform unnecessary procedures. When I moved from the Bay Area to a new town, for convenience sake, I sought out a new dentist. After careful screening of several candidates, I chose one and went in for my 6 month check up and cleaning. As soon as the new dentists saw my insurance, he claimed that I urgently needed to have two "cracked" dental crowns replaced. Before I left the office they had my insurance preapproval for new crowns that would cost me a $1900 co-pay. A few days later, the same dental office called me in for a procedure that turned out to be for someone else. They called again confusing my name with another patient's. After getting a DOJ scam alert about unscrupulous dentists maxing out insurance, double billing and performing painful, expensive and unnecessary procedures on unwitting patients, I went back to Dr. Tsang for verification. As it turned out, not only are my teeth, crowns and fillings in great shape, he couldn't find a darn thing wrong with my teeth. Dr Tsang and his amazing staff saved me THOUSANDS in unnecessary dental costs, not to mention my time and pain, but also the cost to my dental insurance. I'm deeply indebted to this honest man. It's a four hour drive from my new town, but worth it for a great smile! read more

Today was my one year olds first time in the office and they made her feel right at home! She didn't want to leave! Dr Tsang and his office staff are very accommodating. From the Christmas cards to the wellness check calls they continue to impress my husband and I with their level of care. I mean what Dentist office calls you when they hear you have a sick child at home? They just continue to surpass our expectations. Dr. Tsang's office is BOMB!! Staff and assistants are all very sweet. They call to check on you after procedures and are always friendly. Dr. Tsang and his assistants are very gentle and want to make sure their patients are comfortable during dental work. I bring my 3 children here and after their first visit (years ago) they are never anxious about going in for visits or check ups, and always come out to the waiting room with a smile and a toy after being worked on. Dr. Tsang, Elsa and the entire staff here have been taking care of all my dental needs since 2013. Before I found this dental office, I am ashamed to admit that I went a long... long time without seeing a dentist due to a previous horrible experience. I remember my fist appointment at Dr. Tsang's office and frankly letting them know why I hesitated even making an appointment. After a horrible/marathon session at another dentist office who just wanted to get as much money out of me as quickly as possible I had many hesitations to say the least, long rant to say. Dr. Tsang and staff are absolutely wonderful. I switched to this dentist about 3 years ago and am very happy that I did. As a matter of fact, he has become our family dentist & many of my co-workers go to him as well. Very clean office, friendly & caring staff, and Dr. Tsang himself is very compassionate. He will work with you to make sure the treatment plan is a joint effort not making you feel pressured or pushed into unecessary treatments (as my experience has been with other dentists). They truly try to work around your budget and for this we're tremendously thankful. OMG! I would avoid this place like the plague! I made an appointmnet on Wednesday for Friday, On Thrusday a lady called to remind me, on Friday I got a reminder text, Now I just made that appointment! Do these people think that we are all Flakes and Morons? I go in and I ask the receptionist if she's the one that texted me and she acts like she know nothing about it. I had to get the phone out to prove to her it was from their office. After two reminders you would think that they would be prompt! But Hey no..25 minutes later, still no doctor. I have to get off work early to come and I have to sit there? Do I get to bill the dentist for my time? Obviosuly they don't care very much about their patience! Already to a bad start and I haven't been met the guy,,,thought it was better to leave than to continue. read more

I'd just about given up my search for a local dentist. I just wanted a dentist whose dental practice didn't scream "Well, I wasn't the absolute WORSE student who graduated from that online dental school" One dentist in the area kept trying to pound someone else's crown into my mouth and had been looking at someone else's set of x-rays the whole time. And at each appointment I was treated as though I'd never been there before and had just wondered in off the streets hoping to piss all over their private restroom. Another dentist elsewhere cursed and promptly left me sitting in the dental chair after she discovered I no longer had dental insurance even though I could more than afford to pay her for her services. Another dentist office had an assistant who kept coughing and hacking into his hands. He started to assist the doctor without washing his hands. I told the doctor I didn't think it was a good idea for someone in that condition to be working around a bunch of open mouths, then I left. I should have had a clue at the initial visit when I was told to sign a consent form that was a super faded, totally off the margin copy of a copy of a copy (ad infinitum) that begun to take on the appearance of middle eastern script. I don't sign what I can't read. The receptionist told me to sign it anyway "because everyone does". I didn't sign it. I'm glad to have finally found a gentle, kind, courteous dentist whom I trust. Dr. Tsang makes me feel as though I'm the most important patient he has. His prices are reasonable and I found the quality of his work outstanding. With that being said, I do wish the Doctor would transform his waiting room from dark 1985 to a bright 2012, and I wish his back office assistant stopped talking to me as though I was hard of hearing and had a severe learning disability. I have been a patient for the last couple years and its by far the best dental office I have been to. Every one is very welcoming in the office. Everyone is so nice the wait time is very short. The assistants are all so lovely and take excellent care every time I come in. They are also great at explaining any questions you have. The office looks very clean and organized. Dr Tsang is a great dentist he is very calm and patient. He takes the time to talk to explain situations and will ultimately find the best approach to the solution. Dr. Tsang, the hygienists and the rest of the staff are amazing. They take great care in making sure you are comfortable and on time. Elsa is always very helpful in setting and changing (if needed) convenient appointment dates. The office is in a convenient location, not too far from the freeway, as I live outside the area. The trip is worth it though. In addition to the thorough regular cleanings, Dr. Tsang and the hygienist provide really helpful tips and recommended tools/habits. Let me start by saying I tell people all the time I love going to the dentist!! I think this because of my wonderful dentist Dr. Tsang and his great staff. My whole family has been going to this practice for years. I first had the pleasure of having Dr. Au as my dentist (he was fantastic) but upon his retirement Dr. Tsang took over his practice and I cannot not be happier that I stayed. Dr. Tsang is a wonderful dentist and his all his staff are like family. They always greet me with a smile and ask about my family and work. Best dentist I ever had. I've had traumatizing experiences from other dentists and this place is hands down the greatest! I had to get deep cleaning and it didn't hurt as much as I was expecting. Staff is friendly and super nice. Loved how Dr. Tsang has advanced equipment. TV and music are available while they work on your teeth. Only wish they had wifi so I could stream online music from my iPhone but that's a small thing. Location is very convenient and plenty of parking. read more

So I admit I tried to go cheap and used the whitening strips. After a few uses, my teeth actually turned BROWN! I went to see Dr. Tsang and he was able to remove the terrible stains. My first experience at Dr. Tsang was eye opening. Could I have finally found a Dentist who could do a crown in a way that felt not just tolerable but actually comfortable? I have being coming to see them ever since and my check ups are not just comfortable but actually pleasant. I get to listen to music of my choice and not the drill. He is gentle and responsive to the patient in every small way. He has high expectations for himself and his staff in terms of quality from the receptionist to the assistants and hygienist. Elsa is like family and takes time to make you feel welcomed. The proof is having had better and better dental health since I started seeing him. Was referred by a friend so I made an appointment for my husband who really dislikes the dentist and has not been happy or comfortable with the last 3 we have been too so I thought I would give Dr. Tsang a try. My husband had nothing but compliments and finally felt comfortable and at ease in that chair instead of worried and uncomfortable! I had my first appointment with them yesterday, just an exam and cleaning- hands down- best dentist I've ever been too. Very thorough and up-to-date. I felt very comfortable. Dr Tsang is awesome!! I went in for deep cleaning and he thoroughly explained the procedure before starting on anything. I was previously at Reach Dental and since my insurance changed, I decided to try the office of Dr Tsang. I made an excellent choice and I am so glad I switched dentists to him!! The staff is also awesome and super sweet!! I haven't ever been to a dentist office where they take care of you and show that they care as I have here. Dr. Tsang and his team are amazing! My husband recommended me to his office, and I have never regretted it. From the front of the office you are taken care of by a wonderful receptionist- Elsa- who goes out of her way to make sure she schedules an appointment that works for you (she always keeps my son's school schedule in mind when scheduling my appointments), and takes care of insurance transactions promptly. The service only gets better from there with fun and friendly dental assists who make it a point to ensure you are comfortable. But, by far, the best part of being a client for this dental office is that you get to be seen by Dr. Tsang. He is an incredible dentist. Unlike other dental office experiences, he doesn't do work that isn't necessarily needed right away. My first time going to Dr.Tsang's office was extremely welcoming and comfortable. The lady at the front desk named, Elsa, was considerate and even accommodated me for an urgent appointment. I jumped from dentist to dentist for a while because I couldn't find a dentist that I trusted to do the procedure. Luckily, on my first appointment Dr. Tsang explained the complicated procedure I needed to get done very thoroughly and clearly. Dr.Tsang is a true professional, generous, and knowledgeable. Even though my procedure was long and difficult, it was painless for me. After I got the procedure done, Dr.Tsang called me to follow up to know how I was doing and that showed that he really cares for his clients. I have been a patient for about a year now, however, I keep returning to get dental check ups and cleaning, and each time the dental office continues to be as welcoming and caring as if it was my first time going. Dr. Tsang's Dental Assistants Laura and Catherine are always helpful and very efficient, the Hygienist Rossana is great and friendly. I can go on and on how awesome this dental team is from helping you with your dental insurance, appointment reminders, and of course amazing dental care!
