I had my car serviced recently (for the 1st time) with Albert's Garage for a wheel bearing and hub assembly....and they also gave me a (free) quote for related work which I will have done with them in the near future. I had the genuine pleasure of meeting Amy and Robert. I am a better person for having met them. They were both so amazing on every level and could not have been any more courteous in how they treated me. Robert, who is very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail (so I could understand it, in as I know little about such things) before and after my work was completed. Amy assisted me with coordinating literally everything else with my process...they are the best. Albert and his team are professional, timely, detailed, and communicative. By far one of the best auto mechanic shops out there! My boyfriend and I take our Ford Ranger and Ford Explorer to his shop for all repairs and routine maintenance. My parents take their vehicles to him as well. As we all know, auto repairs are pricey, but their pricing is very reasonable and they never try to up-sell you on anything you dont need. They check out what you ask them to, and make appropriate recommendations based on what they see. They are super honest and give it to you straight with no hassle. They call, text, and or email you with updates depending on how you like to correspond which is super helpful for people like me working all day that may not be able to take calls on the spot. I have not personally used this shop for service as my husband is a tech, but wanted to post on the integrity of the owner! One of his employees was in a motorcycle accident. During the accident the gentleman's phone was broken and couldn't remember any phone numbers. We didn't want him to be alone at the hospital, so after finding out where he worked I contacted the shop through FB messenger. The owner responded immediately, thanked me for contacting him and for helping his employee in a emergency. He contacted a family member than rushed to the hospital to check on his employee. He then proceeded to tell me he would take care of any car needs I had! Most employers only care about their business and the bottom dollar. If the owner cares this much than I can only imagine the people he employs! The gentleman that was in the accident was in great pain but still managed to be polite and thankful. If my husband were not a technician than I would most definitely use Alberts Garage based of integrity alone! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Albert's garage, for a few years now. I recently had to buy a newly used vehicle and brought it in for an inspection, just for peace of mind. Albert is always willing to squeeze me in for an appointment(s) and never makes me feel like my requesting or anything less than important. On the day of my appointment, Albert got my vehicle in looks it over tapped off any fluids I needed. He is definitely a gem, he did all this and when I tried to pay for his services, He said no charge!! The whole process was about 20 mins, I truly appreciated this gesture for a mechanic. Albert's Garage is awesome! We recently purchased a car, and the 3 year 36000 mile warranty is almost up, so we wanted to get it checked out before it ran out. We took it to Albert's because of the great reviews and they didn't disappoint! They were very thorough and very quick. The employees were all extremely friendly. When we returned after they were finished, I had a few questions and Albert got in the car with me and rode around answering my questions. The shop is a little small and there doesn't seem to be a waiting room, so make sure to have someone else pick you up. Albert is very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions very well. It is a small mom and pop shop and the quality is extremely high. I high recommend them and will be using them again in the future for all of my needs. read more

One of the good guys. I've brought my clunker '96 Grand Marquis in twice to Alberts. First time was to fix a complicated cooling system repair. With the car being as old as it is, it literally blew a cooling hose that runs between the engine banks. Not easy to get to. Once that was fixed a few months later I returned to have him work on my AC. After not having AC in AZ for a few years it was time to get it fixed. Another fast turnaround. The car was fixed and the AC works perfectly. This was not an easy job as anyone can tell you that understands, the whole dash is taken out. After being threatened by my wife that she was going to divorce me or I get the AC fixed. Alberts saved my marriage. Recommended to everyone. read more

If I could give more stars I would!!!!!!!!!!! Albert saved me over $2500 bucks. I had taken my car into Big O Tires and for A/C repair and then they basically wanted to replace my engine with everything they said was wrong. I took my car to Albert feeling I was being screwed and within 5 minutes of him looking at my car he had found the problem. They blew a main fuse. He replaced the fuse for $5 and my car is working perfectly!!! These guys absolutely went above and beyond for me today! I went in there to get a simple oil change, but they also gave me a complimentary break and rotor check. NOT ONLY did they check my brakes and rotors, but they also swapped out my turn light that was going out for no extra charge! They also checked my tires and noticed that my belt was cracked. Their prices are reasonable and they show you what they're talking about so that you can learn. These guys are amazing and I will most definitely be coming back! I couldn't recommend them more. Completely 5 stars for this auto repair garage! I was referred to them by a local parts house when I needed an alternator. He ordered the part we arranged service time, good to go. Then as I am waiting he said ma'am you don't need an alternator. It tests fine. So honest, he said he couldn't put a new one in with a good conscience. Few months later my car catches fire in the cooling fan motor assembly. They worked with my car insurance got me up and running in two days. It was seamless. I highly recommend them. I had a close encounter with a concrete pole in the parking lot as I was dropping my car off at Albert's Garage for an oil change in the rain this morning. Totally my bad. Cracked and dented the front bumper and left a big red swatch of paint. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick up my car. Not only had they done the requested oil change, but they put the bumper back in place, knocked out the dent and cleaned up the paint swipe. AT NO CHARGE. Now I won't look like I'm driving rent-a-wreck until I can get it fixed. That's service above and beyond!!! read more

Albert was very friendly, professional, and flexible when it came to me trying to get my fuel pump replaced for my Kia Forte. I called for a quote on the part and he got it for me in about an hour, while a few of the other name-brand shops would take all day. I had to get it towed to the shop and he was very accommodating for making sure it was worked on as soon as it got there. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was driving and a belt snapped. I pulled in at 6:30 and found out they closed at 7:00. Not only did they stay open late to work on my van they had me back and on the road that night. The service is top notch and the owner Albert is the best in the business. Really great experience. The ball bearing in my front wheel went out in my Ram 1500. Everyone priced the job at about $500-700 and they would need the truck for he entire day. Alberts Garage was able to get it done within 3 hours and at $240 (I brought my own part). They were fast, friendly, and reliable which is hard to find at mechanic shops. So glad I found these guys and I will definitely be going back for future repairs if need be. read more

I was stranded at an auto store after battery replacement went south. Store called Albert on a Sunday and he was able to diagnose problem, have car towed to his garage and gave me a ride home!
