This is my go-to grocery store! The aisles are very clean and organized. The layout of the store is nice. Very easy to find everything I need. Look out for their promos! Some things may be a little pricier than a few other stores but it's worth the trip here. Lots of good fresh choices in the deli department and ready to eat meals. They are pretty good at implementing their "3's a crowd" policy. So there is usually multiple registers open. Nice store with friendly employees. Seriously, not sure if I caught this store on a bad day or what... I havent been here in a long time, but it was one of the most frustrating experiences shopping this morning! I got the few things I needed, and headed to the back wall where the toilet paper is. I got to that aisle and the smell of disgusting fish smacked me in the face. It literally made me feel sick. Im not sure if the seafood counter had some bad fish (Its right at the end of this aisle) or if thats normal for this store, but WOW. Headed to check out, and I got into Karims lane. He was chatting with the checkers in the self help lanes and the woman in front of me. For ten minutes. And she had maybe 15 items. It was painful. The woman was checking out the ads... oh, maybe I should go get some sausage. Oh, I need a $4.99 bundle of wood added. Oh. My. Gosh. Please just move on and let me buy my toilet paper and three other items. He was extremely slow checking her out, and when he finally got to me, he was on the phone at the checkstand, then asking the women at the self checkout lines if they needed help... S U P E R Rude customer service. I went to Albertsons to buy quick gifts (flowers, baked goods, etc.) for someone's birthday. I then went to the quick check out line -- and an older, caucasian woman with glasses (probably around her 50's), scanned my items and just proceeded to stare at me. She wouldn't even tell me the damn total price of my items or offer me bags. I just stood there waiting for my total, and she kept giving me this dirty look. To top it off, she wasn't even wearing her mask properly because her nose & mouth were hanging out the whole time! Because of this, I felt super uneasy when she was touching all my groceries, not being properly covered up -- especially during this pandemic. Super horrible... do better Albertsons. I came in today around 830am because I needed to get a money order before heading to pay for my new apartment. The cashier mentioned to me that the station wasn't going to open until 11am. As I was running other ideas in my mind to get one as soon as possible she asked me if I was in a hurry because she would be able to help me if I could wait. Luckily, she was able to finish some errands around the store in 5 mins and assist me on my money order! I know this may seem small to some people but I truly appreciate this gesture. The cashier "Alison" took off her mask to make a call. I'm pretty sure you can hear through masks, I've talked on the phone plenty with a mask on. I bought a watermelon and came back during an hour to return it cause we cut it in half's and it was white, not ripe, impossible to eat. So I brought it back and after I heard this crazy thing from a cashier that I had to know before buying if it's ripe or not‍ I've demanded my money back cause it costed 7$ not a matter of 1-2$, so they 'made a return', and I didn't even thought that I need to check it cause it's Albertsons a big serious company! It's sad, really, when your neighborhood grocery store is so bad. I go to this Albertsons all the time because it's so close to where I live, but I've had so many bad experiences that I try to avoid this place when possible. There's nothing wrong with the products and food they sell, that's all fine. It's just the workers here. There was that time when the cashier was eating while ringing up my groceries, yuck! Or that time when the manager "Q" lost his temper at the checkout when I asked about the price of some grapes. Dude, they're just grapes, I don't really want them that bad, no need to be rude. I guess I shouldn't be surprised with the workers if the manager "Q" is like that. But, alas, I can only hope that the customer service improves here, so I don't dread having to pick up some grapes, lol. read more

I have been going here recently as it's on my way home from work and super convenient. Today is the last time I will step foot in this store. First of all the produce section was literally empty. Not stocked at all. I have never seen anything like it. I should have taken pictures. Some lady told me they only stock it on Tues. How is that even possible? Then when I go to talk to someone she says "I'm the only manager here I'm sorry you are gonna have to wait" with a line in front of her that stretched at least 15 people. Today's Albertson was short of checkout staff probably because of the unbearable heatwave and the wildfire smoke overhead. The store was filled with shoppers and I'm sure everyone inside the store did so because one good thing is the AC. Arctic coolness inside the store while it is scorching hot outside. So two checkout lanes were open each with about 6 shoppers loaded with carts. Well, my cart only had a couple cantaloupes, a watermelon, and a twelve pack of Modelos beer. So I avoided waiting in line by using the self checkout lane. I even asked if it was alright to get the cantaloupes scanned. Guess what, when she saw my twelve pack of beer the proverbial s..t hit the fan. In no uncertain terms was I allowed to scan the ALCOHOL , cause the state says so and "didn't you see the sign??"... Was having another one of my horrible (pain and no brain) days but pushed myself into the store for last day of the ad deals. I could have just died when I found the check I had deposited at Chase that day hadn't cleared yet Resulting in transaction being declined. After making phone calls to Chase in the store in an attempt to not leave the store empty-handed and wasting hours of time I ended up having to make several smaller transactions. With my nonexistent brain unpacking the cart and making piles all over the checkstand Prioritizing "DANIEL" couldn't have been more kind, patient and truly genuine with me. How amazing it is to find someone, especially in customer service/retail, these days to take someone else's feelings into account instead of their own. Customer service is horrible. I live right across the street from this Albertsons but I chose to drive down to Ralph's instead.

I've been shopping here for almost 15 years. It has recently gone way down hill. There are not enough workers and there is always huge lines with 1 or 2 registers open. The staff is super friendly and they are working but you can only push people so much. I can never go there and expect to run in and out. Never. I now go another mile or so away and go to Ralph's. It's a better experience, more updated and the variety of products is way better. I feel bad for the people that work at this Albertsons. They are not happy. They look like prisoners. They are wonderful people but they're getting beat up. It's bad. Corproate needs to step in here and hire more people. Invest some money in this store. They took out the self check lines. If people were stealing then have someone there to watch. Like ever other store in this day and age have. Again...this is NOT about the workers. This place needs a management change or some sort of revamp. It is very noticeable over the last 3 months. Take the 3s a Crowd signs down. Your workers can only do so much. read more

We live about 3 minutes from this Albertson's and have shopped there weekly for more than 11 years, spending at least $1500 every month. The other day, my husband was checking out, and the cashier told the bagger that he didn't have to bag the groceries of the "anti masker." I cannot express how much I absolutely hate going to this store. Everyone from cashiers to managers are rude, I've encountered mislabeled/incorrectly stocked items on many occasions, and everything is over priced compared to their competitors. This store is about a 5 minute drive from my house, I've given up that convenience and started doing a 15-20 minute trek to Ralph's instead. I've been looking for these mushroom vases that Albertson had for their spring collection. I had to call several Albertson's since they sold out. Luckily this location had two left. This Albertsons had been my go to grocery store for years because they always seem to have better fruit quality than any other stores, But as of lately I've noticed the quality has been bad, In particular with bananas and onions they always look pretty beat up.. Also, customer service at the service deli is HORRIBLE, the girl with all the tattoos and an older lady just don't give a dam when you tell them how you want your ham sliced. Every time I go I order CARVED turkey and if I walk away to look at other stuff they will cut it how ever they want I've had a small verbal encounter with an older lady because she gave me the worst attitude ever when I told her how I wanted my turkey sliced. Sometimes they see me standing waiting for them and they will look at me and continue doing other things without saying anything or helping me. Last week was the last time I'll ever go to this particular location.! I get better customer service at big Hispanic grocery stores! read more

I normally like shopping at this Albertsons, however there was a concern when I was there today. As I was paying, the bagger in the next aisle over told my bagger that they were sick and and shouldn't be there, but was called in anyway. He looked like he was in pretty bad shape! At the same time this was going on, an employee called and spoke with my cashier and said he has tested positive for COVID and wouldn't be coming in. I called the manager when I got home with this concern with the intention of possibly saving a lot of people from getting sick, but he seemed upset, denied all of this and said they have a screening process and nobody has tested positive, and that he would reprimand these employees. Sounds to me like they have an outbreak going on within their store at this time and are continuing to have sick employees come to work. Sketchy! Stay away. read more

She didn't acknowledge her 2. Once she decides to even look at my mothers way she yells as she is walking away "can i help you" with a nasty attitude. Then my mother asks is there bread? I'm the latest incident they of course don't have enough cashiers for the morning. There are 5 people in line and we are waiting for at least 5 mins while the cashier slow rings the customers produce. She is calling for "3's a crowd" but she gets no relief until about 5 mins later. Then the new cashier, very quietly and kind-of sneaky like takes the customer behind me in line. WTF. So I'm just assed out. I thought about it for a minute and realized I do not want to shop here anymore. I but my items down and processed to walk out. She says to me, when she sees me upset and leaving "I can take you right here" I replied "you already took the person behind me". Im pretty offended at their actions and won't be back. Good quality produce but generally more pricey than other supermarkets in the area. Isles are well organized. Signs are large for ease of reading from afar. More checkout stands should be open at night to provide faster checkout service. (I do not like to use the self-checkout kiosks because I hope more people will be able to keep their cashier jobs and also because I find the groceries shopping experience more enjoyable when there is some human contact with a store worker, at least at checkout). read more

Your Cashier April need to be trained on customer service I stood in front of her line for 5 min while she stocked some protein bar in her lane she pretended not to see me and when she did she didn't even apologize for ignoring us then she scanned my two items and threw them on the counter, didn't ask me if I would like to buy a bag, I couldn't put in my phone number in the machine so I told her usually they will offer to put it in for you but she choose to ignore that to . I said thank you have a good day and she ignored me to that instead she turned around and asked her co worker what time was the next person coming in. This is the Albertson's I use when I need to make a grocery run during work, as well as a coffee and bank run. The 2 big pluses: 1. A Starbucks inside. There's also a Starbucks right outside, but if you want to consolidate trips, this one would be a better choice. 2. A US Bank branch located inside. I so happen to utilize US Bank, and for them to have a branch in-store is a wonderful convenience. This US Bank is very quiet, especially when compared to the former Downey Savings on Magnolia and Warner nearby. This Albertson's is also pretty darn clean and organized. However, the outside is pretty bland and the asphalt is terrible to walk on or drag a cart through. This needs to be changed. I can't help but think about my car's tires every time I pull into a parking slot here and how they're probably going to be worn out sooner. There is never really a lot of people who go here, so you can be in and out in a few minutes. This is a big plus. I just hope the Albertson's stays in business, as there doesn't seem to be very many of these stores left. read more

The cash register younger girl was very helpful and sweet but this other man just had to end it rudely. I was picking out my flowers and I had paid for it already , while picking and trying to place it in a water bag, he's says to me " did you pay for those ?!" My local Albertsons. I'm really surprised no one has reviewed it before. Oh, well, seems like I'm on a kick of Yelping as of late, so here goes. This shopping center is undergoing a transformation. What was once a dilapidated shopping center is being revamped and brought up to the 21st century. I am bummed however, that they took out PetCo right next door. Anyway, this Albertsons is usually pretty quick to get in and out of. Plus, they do have a Starbucks inside in case you need a cup of Joe to get you through your shopping. I like to get their rotisserie chickens for quick week night meals when I'm too lazy to cook and they stamp their chicken so you know when it came out of the rotisserie. It's always moist and good. The seafood selections are lacking, but they do however, have some great deals on meats every once and while. I do try not to buy them though because I prefer to get the organic, grain fed variety of meats. Produce is ok, as is their wine and alcohol selections. I also like the fact that prices have dropped as of late and on top of your savings card, I usually walk out saving some serious dough. read more
