He is always very attentive and makes the best Frapps and shaken espressos! He makes our drinks perfect every time and is very consistent ! He takes pride in making the best drinks! Awesome store. It's nice to have an albertsons close to home. I can walk here and get all the things I need and not have to drive my car. Quality of food has always been good. The checkout service is fast for the most part. They keep the store clean which is always good. read more

Albertsons needs to check their night manager Jordan. She was extremely rude and gave the impression she hated her job. Only one cashier open which is normal for being 8pm, I had 3 items including alcohol.. asked for help and she responded " I guess" on top of that added she wishes she got paid more.. this was within a less than 5 minute conversation. I also work retail and this is sad. Not to mention while this happened a second customer walked up and pointed JORDAN out as to why she hadn't be in that store in a while... this is why I felt the need to even comment.. this means she gives this terrible customer service on the regular. I'm usually in Albertsons at least 2-3 times a week. I have been in the process of thinking about going somewhere else. I was very unhappy with My last visit. Only self check was open. $200 and a toddler later. It was not pleasant. So we will see. read more

Grocery store experience is as expected. Don't really like that the deodorant is locked up now and you have to wait for someone to unlock the cabinet, but these are the days we are in now. Prices are comparable and appropriate. This location is in Lakewood so the bums and solicitation is minimal. One or two will be there on occasion. I feel safe going here when it's a little dark outside. Lots of self check out were available and working today so I was in and out read more

I love coming here for fruits. Buy 2 get 1 freee!! I can save alot here since a buy 1 get 1 labels are everywhere. Today got 2 lobster tails for $6 each. The butcher at the counter was friendly. Everyone I encountered there were friendly. Ended my trip with my fav greentea frap at starbuck. read more

I was at the Starbucks - Albertsons this morning and I was the first in line. The barista told me that I can order online so it would be easier for her. I ordered online and she proceeded to take orders of people coming into the store after me. She confirmed my online order around 9:02 am and started to do the orders of customers behind me. I was frustrated because she let me do a mobile order then just took my order in there. It took 20 mins of waiting for me to get that done and because of that, I was late at work. They shouldn't let trainees be all alone at the bar. read more

How to maximize your money: There was a gift card special where you spend $75 from a specific list and you get $15 to spend in the store. Always ring up the gift cards first and then use the $15 towards the rest of your purchase. I used mine on 12 packs of Coke products that were only $4 each!! read more

Worst experience ever. There was a water spill coming from the vegetable area. The water wasn't cleaned up at all my mom hurt herself bad. Messed up her hand and knee. The workers was laughing about the situation and that made me more upset they told me that I was being aggressive when I was clearly upset about my mom falling due to them laughing at my mom. He didn't ask if my mom was ok or nothing. Making my mom feel bad thinking she did this to her herself. Thank god there was other customers that helped me get my mom off the floor and that made the complaint as well when they heard how the guy was talking to Us. In the past 6 months I've been at the deli counter at least once a week. Most often there is nobody present to help. When there is they're always doing something more important than taking care of the customer ( like nagging the precooked chickens or toting salad containers into the deli case. Apparently customer first isn't in their DNA. read more

7/26/22 Disappointed. Out of pure convenience I stopped by this location but I was reluctant to go for starters. It's simple, I wanted to grab these items; fuji apples, cucumbers, huge Skippy pb & tortilla chips. Fuji apples$.99/lb Skippy but it took a few running around looking for it. I I couldn't find an employee to inquire what aisle & asked a cashier, she didn't know where either. They're in the midst of a remodel or moving items around, I get it. I regret coming in already. I couldn't find a hand basket so I was carrying the celery, apples & chips I picked up because I couldn't find any cucumbers that looked decent enough for purchase. Tortilla chips Overall, as I said, I was disappointed. The convenience of this being the closest became an aggravating factor. I should've gone to Ralph's. This is the last time I'm going here unless I'm truly desperate. I've ordered three different cakes from this location and all three were subpar. The first cake I got was horribly made. The decor was faded and sloppy, but I still came back and gave them another chance. It was my son's first birthday. We got a free cake, which was very well done, but when I placed an order for the actual bigger cake, it looked worse than the free cake, the customer service was very poor. Isabelle in the pastry section had a very bad attitude and was very lazy. I will not be returning to purchase my cakes here. I do not recommend! read more

I love this store, I love how friendly the staff is and how clean the store is. I really love the displays in the bakery. The cakes always look amazing and the bakery staff is always so nice and welcoming. Especially Isabelle, she always has a nice tone in her voice. I was doing a uber order pickup. The machine went down and I already payed for the order. But I didn't get a receipt because of technical difficulties. The lady moved to a different lane, left me without communicating, and completely ignored me for 5 minutes. I had to contact uber support and waste a bunch of time. Bridget from the Deli was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. I changed my mind on a cut of meat while she was still cleaning the machine. She replied with a smile and said no problem. She then continued to clean the machine throughly, which I greatly appreciate that. Later, I could tell she was in great pain. It pains her to walk, and yet, she responds to my request, which requires her to walk more with a smile. I could tell that at that moment, she only had helping me in mind and nothing else. It's quite refreshing to have someone like Bridget helping me at a local grocery store while most feel they are underpaid and overworked. I did ask for the manager and told him how awesome Bridget was and thank him. The manager in turned thanked me for providing feedback. All good signs of great customer service. There were times that I had to wait to be served at the deli, but that's a norm now since most places are understaffed. Bridget's service attitude is definitely worth the wait. read more

Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided for a pickup order I placed. The order was placed at 5:30pm and was not ready for pickup until 8:15pm. However, they do not allow pickups after 8pm. So when I tried to check in to pickup my order it said the link was expired. I tried to call the store directly to see if I could still grab my order since it was their fault it was late. But unfortunately, no one answered the phone from the customer service department or any department for that matter. Leaving me with no groceries for my family before a large storm. read more

This Albertsons is terrible especially if your handicap like my mom is. She likes to go through the self checkout & at times needs help inserting her ATM card and when she asks for help from the worker who is basically just standing there doing nothing, directs her to the regular checkout line.. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. This is my closest neighborhood store. I love the bakery fresh French bread. Unfortunately they don't carry all of my favorite brands. My dad complains that their prices are too high. But, all of the employees know his name and say hi. He goes to Winco for some items that are cheaper. read more

I absolutely cannot believe this grocery store. There is no service and no safety for the customer. I came here first thing in the morning and did my grocery shopping. I had a full cart and headed to the checkout. Not one checkout was open. I was forced to use the self checkout for an entire cart full of groceries. After I scanned my first few items, there was a man who was wandering around the self checkout area. He was walking in circles and talking to himself. He appeared to be intoxicated and under the influence of something. He was also carrying a bottle of alcohol while he was making circles and speaking unintelligible gibberish. He was getting close to me and I did not feel safe. I had to use my grocery cart to block him and put some space between this person and myself! I was looking around for help and there was not one store employee around in sight! He eventually did move to the entry area of the store, where some of the employees began talking to him as if he were a regular! This was unbelievable! They had obviously dealt with this man before. Someone eventually got him to go outside and there he was on the sidewalk of the main entry/exit of the store. So, when I finally finished using the self checkout, I then had to exit the store and deal with this man again! He was outside of the store, still mumbling a bunch of unintelligible gibberish with erratic behavior waving around an alcohol bottle. At the minimum, the store management should have called the police. This man could have easily been 5150'd! But yet, nothing was done. I felt completely unsafe and had to physically run while pushing a cart of groceries out to my car to avoid this man! Absolutely ridiculous! read more

If you want a delicious cake with cream cheese as the frosting. Albertson's has a big selection of delicious cakes. I was recommended by an employee in the baking department to try the raspberry cream cheese with raspberry filling and let me say it was delicious.. the bread was soft and fluffy, the flavor balanced out. read more

Lots of other option around with better management. My grandmother's phone was stolen in the store at the same time as two other women....and the store acted inconvenienced by her request for some kind of help to either watch the tapes or even help by pretending even a little bit to care. Really a bummer, sometimes a good business is about more than just the bare minimum. I definitely didn't expect them to shut down the store for an hour or anything.....but a little effort would've at least felt like they cared. read more

So I ask an associate and he says it'll come off when I pay... so I go through the paying process and nothing happened. Three times in the past month I have had to battle with these people over overcharged from their system not having product pricing loaded. The first time it was an issue with their 'Buy 4 - Mix & Match', where I had 5 of those items but didn't get the promo. The Customer Service Manager who 'helped' me told me I had to buy 4 of each item and then proceeded to refund the items I had purchased. I was treated as if I was an idiot. The second and third times it was for deli snacks that we signed '2 for $5' which came up $3.98 each. The last time I got the items adjusted, but the cashier gave me attitude, as if he was doing me a favor by giving me the price shown. Someone from Albertson's corporate needs to fix the pricing issues and also this culture which disrespects customers. I am not going to tolerate this. read more

The worse coordinated effort for all from COVID-19. Nobody monitors the masks, only one way in and one way out, one way aisles (ok), no express line, only one line with someone telling you which cashier is ready for you and the line does not honor 6' apart, WTH. We frequently go to this grocery store, but after today, I doubt we will be back. A lady walked through the store with two dogs, unleashed. I said "your dogs need to be on a leash (thinking they may be service dogs). I told the manager, who did speak with her, but she continued to shop. Upon checkout we were told that she frequents the store, ignores requests to leave, her dogs have pooped in the store more than one time, and she says it's not her dogs (but she's the only one with a dog). This is a HUGE HEALTH concern for this market. Next stop the health department to make them aware of this violation! read more

I was going to a dinner party tonight. I was asked to bring garlic bread. I stopped into Albertsons thinking they had a bakery so the bread would be fresh. I arrived at the party and opened the package and the bread was covered in mold. Very embarrassing. I checked the expiration date and it had the 22nd. Three days before the last sell date. What the heck is going on. Maybe they want the bread to walk away on it's own. I was the joke of the dinner party. Thanks Joe Albertsons for making it a memorable but not pleasant evening.
