Also the table was charged for water (still "bottled" water). That is just bizarre. I totally get charging for sparkling or whatever name brand water but seriously. First, the food was excellent, as it always is at this location. That's honestly something we've come to expect whenever we dine here. What really stood out this visit was the staff, especially our server, Jonathan B. We didn't have reservations, and we didn't make a big announcement about celebrating a birthday. Somehow Jonathan picked up on it and went out of his way to make my daughter feel special. Nothing felt forced or scripted. He was attentive, funny, personable, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had a great evening. Turning 21 is one of those milestone birthdays, and Jonathan helped make it memorable. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and you could tell everyone genuinely cared about the guest experience. I also believe great staff are a reflection of great leadership, so credit is due there as well. Teams don't provide this kind of service by accident.
