All I kept hearing through the she's prices was that Albrecht Autoland is part of a larger entity like it's a perk, but I've seen no example of how. This is my 6th vehicle purchase (the first from them) and I've never had a bad experience before, however this one has been terrible. Every time someone said I'd get a call, it never happened. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone, even with their personal number. The simple fact that there is zero communication unless the customer forces the issue leaves me feeling that customers are not important to their business. On top of that, the salesman was always late to meetings or couldn't hit deadlines and failed to let anyone know. We bought the car because we were planning a trip and couldn't trust our old vehicle. Days passed and we still had no vehicle. We postponed our trip and later cancelled it entirely all because no one could say, "hey we accidentally sent you home with the temporary registration, could you bring that in?" It's beyond ridiculous. It sat there for over a week because apparently no one communicates with each other in addition to not communicating with customers. We finally had no real choice but to take the vehicle because no one was willing or able to do right by the customer. Once they had the cash, no one could have cared less. The unreliability we experienced casts serious doubts on the rest of the process. I'm not sure we can trust anything they did. The air conditioner compressor and wipers were replaced and the passenger side door handle repaired. We noticed that the coolant overflow had been filled all the way up to the top - well past the max line. We wondered why until a couple of weeks later, when we noticed it was completely empty. This tells me they had to know there was a leak and just overfilled it to disguise the fact. So we ended up with a car that didn't get detailed - smelly, dirty, no scratches buffed, a black and soaked cabin filter, disgusting air filter, windshield dug to pieces from the broken wiper, loose radiator because the bushings were gone, airflow dividers under the hood not connected to anything, leaking antifreeze from somewhere, no clips holding the bumper on, and old filthy oil. The ad and salesperson both talked up how well maintained the vehicle was. Obviously not. The ad also said the vehicle has features that it does not. A debacle from beginning to end. Never ever will I consider Albrecht for anything and you shouldn't, either. read more

Easily the worst car buying experience of my life. Made an appointment on line, showed up and they weren't ready, there was an issue with both cars i came to see. The manager or owner (i would assume) passed me off to who i would assume was a high school intern who had about as much hygience and common sense as a box of nails. Couldn't log into his computer, kept confusing the two cars i wanted to look at, kept asking me really stupid questions. I waited, while they sorted things out. They had two Honda Pilots for sale, i think a 2012 and 2013, one was ready to view and the other one wasn't it was getting detailed but again when i got there there was an issue with both and the story kept changing on which one was ready. They brought me the one that was ready, and it had McDonalds trash in it, fries all over the floor, gum all over the front, no gas, significant rust and i didn't even bother driving it. So we took that car to go see the other car that was being detailed, it was easily easily the most disgusting car i have ever seen and when i popped the hood there was about 50 pounds of sand on the engine... The young man that was "helping me" did little more than made me car sick riding to the sketchiest shop i have ever seen to check on the car that wasn't ready getting detailed. I looked at it for about 2 minutes and said it was the most disgusting thing i have ever seen, driving back to the dealership he only said one thing, asking if i would like to test drive that car after they cleaned it. On the whole I liked this dealership. I came here in pursuit of a used 2018 Nissan Rogue.  The sales process was relatively smooth. After I test drove the car, since I knew I had wanted the Rogue, I told the salesperson that I was interested in making a sale/purchase. He politely drew up forms, and we did paperwork right then and there. Salesperson and financial manager both did a good job of explaining the different documents along with what my financial options were. Pretty straightforward/transparent. Some minor hiccups after with insurance and getting RMV form processed but nothing major. On the whole I would recommend this dealership over most of the bigger ones. The staff are much more personal and friendly and you don't have the usual sales pitch that you have to put up with at most dealerships. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they try to sell me a car with many problems and pretend it was amazing, they ran 5 hard credit inquiries without my permission (I said only 1-2 was okay). Then they tried to charge me $4,000 for an "extended warranty" on top of the cost of the vehicle, which they claimed the bank REQUIRED because I was temporarily laid off due to COVID-19 and a credit risk. They kept me waiting 30 minutes running multiple credit inquiries while they came up with this load of you-know-what. Of course, this was on top of $800 in fees and an APR upwards of 30%. My credit score is in the mid-to-upper 700's and I was able to secure a loan on another car later that week for 3.5% APR. This place will try to scam you if they think they can get away with it, so don't even bother walking in the door. read more

I recently purchased a new/used vehicle for my daughter at Albrecht AutoLand North. We had been looking for weeks for the right used vehicle in what seems to be a crazy market of overpriced and quick-to-sell vehicles. We had called to ask about a particular vehicle and were told the vehicle was available. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a salesman named Ray. Ray is a happy guy with a kind personality. He made us feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. He showed us the car and asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. When returning to the dealership, Ray also suggested we try another vehicle so we did. Then we decided to purchase the first one. The sales process was pretty easy. We had to return to the dealership the next day for financing because it was a Sunday. Ray was great throughout the process, texting and emailing me back and forth throughout the process. Upon arrival, the paperwork was signed and we were all set. A low tire light came on the next day, so I contacted Ray. He told my daughter to go to the dealership and they would put air in the tire. After that, the next day it was low again. My daughter contacted Ray and he told her to go to their mechanic and he would look at the tire to fix it. She went there and was told it was fixed. The next day after that, the tire was still low. My daughter also needed an inspection sticker and when she went to the service station to get it, they told her the registration was expired and one of the tires was bald. I contacted the dealership and was told Ray was on vacation, so the General Manager, Anthony, took over. Anthony was wonderful. He took care of us with getting a new registration issued and then he offered to replace all four tires with brand new ones since the car is all-wheel drive. He immediately called a tire place and we made an appointment for the next day to go get the new tires put on. Even though there were a couple of hick-ups, the dealership made things right and my daughter loves her car. The staff at Albrecht Auto North were the best I've ever had to deal with. I will definitely go back and will tell my family and friends to go there if looking for a vehicle. read more

These folks are associated with Infinity of Nashua. I just bought a car from them. I was treated very well with no pressure. The car was fairly priced and they resolved any concerns I had. Computer readings showed no code clearing/tampering. They provided service history and Carfax. They came across extremely honest. I am over 50 with a family of 5 drivers, so I have many car purchases behind me. These folks were very straight forward and honest in my dealings with them. I was interested in a 2014 BMW that I seen online. I decided to call and inquire further on the vehicle. Sales person by the name of Lionel Santiago picked up the phone, I had asked if there was any wiggle room with price, he swiftly answered with "of course not" in a rude abrupt manner....the customer service should of been a flag. I went in the following day in person and was greeted by Lionel Santiago, I requested a test drive. Dude didn't even come in the car with me to explain to me anything about the car send me on my test drive alone. Car seem okay during my test drive. I did notice a big "AS IS" sign on it which i commented to Lionel hey that "AS IS" sign scares me ..Lionel says nothing is wrong with vehicle but you can purchase warranty. I asked if there was any problems with vehicle and Lionel replied with no. Fill all paperwork and I'm the new owner of a BMW 2 days into driving the vehicle belt is making sqeeking sound, there is a oil/transmission fluid leak. When driving on highway when you press on the brakes the whole car is shakes....I brought the car for a multi- point inspection at the dealers and here is a list of issues that were detected..... needs a new drive belt and belt tension-$596 oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler gasket $1004 oil pan :oil pan gasket$ 0.10 transfer case: transmission pan $1183 engine air filter replacement $ 139 cabin air filter replacement $123 rear rotors corroded ans slightly grooved $896 coolant flush $246 transmission pan gasket $905 I went directly back to Albrecht autoland and showed Tim the the list of problems that needed to be fixed. Tim told me he only made $375 out of the sale. Not sure what this should mean to me. I feel like Lionel Santiago was dishonest he didn't put the consumer first and his only concern was his pockets. Now they brought it to the general manager's attention who states BMW inflates all prices for repairs and states that they are scammers. GM says he will bring to their mechanic. I dropped my car off with their mechanic and the only thing that was fixed was my brakes....which according to GM he paid $520 this was done for me because they wanted "to help me out". But all the other problems it has GM & Tim concluded don't worry your warranty covers that you should be all set In reality I will be fixing everything else who you think paid for the warranty I did .. Went here to test drive a 2019 pathfinder. First, the car was half cleaned. Sticky seats, crumbs. Second, this is the second pathfinder I've test drove and there was something wrong with the steering in this one. Every turn we made the wheels turned the opposite direction of the steering wheel. We both drove the car and had the same experience with the steering. Dangerous. Felt like we were losing control of the steering. Third, my husband and I are on the front lines of the pandemic and we found it incredibly disrespectful that no one working there could be bothered to wear a mask. Lionel's response to the fact that the car didn't work and we felt it was rude that no one could wear a mask "oh ok". He then proceeded to peel out of the parking lot in the car.
