Outside of the initial estimate the entire project fell short in professionalism, responsiveness and ultimately in completing the job successfully. This company will happily take your money and go weeks without responding to messages. The quality of service is sub par. When I identified several issues during the roof install I immediately contacted multiple members of the RoofER team. I was assured that these items would be taken care of and assessed during the final walk through. When it came time for the final walk through that turned out to not be true. When they replaced the flashing on one of the skylights it was offset and looks awful. When I flagged this issue, their response was "for the skylight we reflash it we have to take them out and clean up underneath of it and place them back in place. We do our best to make sure it's done seamlessly but in older homes it's very hard. Any interior work is the customer's responsibility, it is sealed correctly." They admit it is not flush, but refuse any responsibility in fixing it. This perfectly sums up the entire experience with this company.

He quickly assessed that it was done by squirrel(s) near the end of a soffit. Soon, a steel mesh was cut and fitted around the narrow gap to prevent any future attacks. He further covered a similar spot on the back site, so that there'll be no worries for me in this regard. Last year, I had a roof vent (not knowing which one) with water dripping down to the basement. After water tests, he figured out the right vent and placed an elbow on it...vent closed and problem solved. I've known Minh for more than 10 years now, and he had helped me in numerous occasions. He is super honest and extremely skillful in what he does, often beyond roofing.....grateful experences for me.

Rolando was able to come over the following day. He performed a thorough interior and exterior inspection of our roof and clearly documented the issues including providing pictures. He clearly explained our options and the benefits and costs of each of them. We chose to have our roof completely replaced. He sent a crew over the following morning to temporarily repair the problem. And, we were able to schedule the work within a week. He and his crew completed the roof in a single day. They were extremely professional. Rolando provide a full set of before and after pictures and the crew left the area around our townhouse cleaner than they found it.
