Brian was very helpful, and one of the sweetest people I've met. He treated us with respect the whole time and helped us with whatever we needed help with. He answered any questions we asked and had super great customer service. I'm super glad I got my car from him, I wouldn't want anyone else's help!

We came in on 7/3/23 to "to kick the tires" on the new CR-V. As we have been driving a 2021 CR-V…read morefor the past couple of years. Well I have to say the new Hybrid CR-V is worlds away better than the previous two generations of the same car. Having owned a 3rd, 4th and 5th generation CR-V this new 6th generation is so much better. It is larger, quieter, and if you opt for the hybrid you get away from the tiny 1.5l turbo and step up to a 2l that is much more responsive. Our salesman Gene Charsha was very patient and worked to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were fully satisfied and setup in the new vehicle before we left the dealership. My only knock on this dealership is financing. They didn't honor one of the Honda programs for loyalty, which should have reduced the bill by $500. And the interest rate was way too high. We will be refinancing with our bank within a month or two. Yeah $11k in finance charges is just too much. And they wanted to sell us a protection package that would have added almost $5000 to the total cost of the deal. Why when you can go online and buy the Honda Care for $4k less? All in all it was a good experience and I do hope that Gene does well in his future sales. Go see him!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Sales Management and No Follow-Up…read more We visited this Honda dealership as we begin shopping for a new Honda Pilot. Our goal was simple -- to understand current pricing and trade-in value so we could compare across multiple dealerships before purchasing by the end of the year. Our salesperson was polite, but the sales manager, Joe Jemley, was shockingly rude and dismissive simply because we mentioned that we planned to compare pricing from multiple dealerships. He actually questioned whether they "wanted to give us pricing" on a car and refused to provide a trade-in value for our vehicle. His attitude throughout the interaction was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After the visit, I reached out to our sales rep and asked for someone above Joe to contact me to discuss the situation. I was told the GSM, Trustin Hampton, would call me the next business day -- that call never happened. I then called the dealership myself and asked to speak with Joe Jemley's manager, Chris Denny, and was transferred to his voicemail. That call was never returned either. This experience reflects a complete failure of leadership at multiple levels. Joe Jemley's conduct showed a total lack of professionalism, and the fact that no one from senior leadership followed up only reinforces the poor culture and accountability at this dealership. We will not be returning, and we strongly recommend visiting AutoNation Honda or Rusty Wallace Honda instead -- their professionalism and customer service were exceptional and a night-and-day difference from what we experienced at Airport Honda.

After calling AAA and having the car towed to Twin City Nissan in Alcoa Tennessee where a nice man named Brown said we could leave it after hours and that they would look at it first thing the next morning. That was so nice, given that we were stuck out of state and were trying to get back home. The next morning we called and spoke with a man named Jodie, who said their diagnostic work showed that we had a blown head gasket. Ouch. That's a huge repair. We decided that we would rent a car to get back home to Atlanta and have the car towed back home a few days later. Twin City allowed us to leave our broken car there for on the lot for three days until AAA came and picked it up. Not only did Twin City Nissan NOT charge us a three day storage fee, but they also didn't even charge us for the diagnostic. (Our dealer in Roswell GA would have charged us $139 for that). They were so friendly and helpful and we can't thank them enough. The kindness and caring nature of the folks here helped make a crappy situation a little better. :o)

They politely offered the same price as online and then when drafting the paperwork, added a $3200 "adjustment" and $1500 for fees in the quote, making the "discounted" vehicle more than sticker. When asking about the mark up, they were honest and said that is their additional profit and that they do not actually sell cars at the advertised price. I went to another dealership and purchased the exact same vehicle without the markup and with reasonable fees. Buyer beware. They will use deceptive practices to mark the vehicle up. Be sure to check your contract.

It was getting dark, guess they were in a hurry. I asked why the radio was coming in clearly, he didn't know. I got the car and have driven it all week, in that time I have figured out that the radio doesn't work because the antenna does come up and it's a convertible and of course it does not go down, the trunk will open but will not stay up on its own. I am unable to even charge my phone because there are no working plug-ins (cigarette lighter) Hydraulics were thrown in the back of the car. The main problem is the brakes grab aggressively, at first I thought it was simply me not used to them but then I realized it's dangerous! I am making a turn and the brakes grab, very unsafe!! I make this known right away, they wanted me to bring it to their service, so I did call and service guy said, I wanted to let you know that you have to pay at least $80 just for the diagnostics, anything else that's wrong, you are responsible for. I did not go, as I am not paying for diagnostic test when they should have done that in the first place. The sales person did let me know today that he only makes $250 off the sale and that he was paying the diagnostic testing out of his own pocket, and he would pay for any issues with the car as long as it's $150 or less. I bought this car as an "As Is" and understand that there will be flaws (there are cosmetic flaws with the paint/worn), but I expected/trusted they'd have every vehicle checked out before even putting them out to sell. I was given 5 days to return vehicle (if the cost was too much for me). I've fallen into the rabbit hole. I am reading all the negative reviews!! should've done it before

Part of the "We Owe" contract was that they would replace the brakes and buff some scratches on our vehicle. We signed the contract, and they told us we'd get a phone call from the mechanic they contract to perform the work. Recently, Jake H (sales) told me that we no-showed for our appointment, even though Jordan (manager) confirmed with me they messed up the paperwork and never even submitted the order. We had to go back and sign additional documents under threat of repossession twice after the original sale. This place is an absolute scam. NEVER purchase from them.

Don't hesitate to walk away if something feels off. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel completely deceived and violated. They lowballed me on my trade-in value, basing it on what I paid vs what it is currently worth. They then charged an outrageous $5,000 over the sticker price of the new car I purchased. I didn't realize this discrepancy until after I had already signed all the paperwork and driven the car home, making it impossible to reverse the deal, though I tried. It's incredibly frustrating to think I could have avoided this if the dealership had been upfront and transparent with their pricing. I understand dealerships need to make a profit, but I expected a fair, honest transaction--not to be taken advantage of.

First I had to wait outside the service bay for 10 minutes due to the backlog in the service bay. Once inside I sat for another 10 minutes before a Serv Advisor could meet up with me. Really .. so after wasting time driving in, waiting in line, waiting in the customer area all for naught. Having worked myself in a like kind dealership it appeared to me there were too many chiefs and not enough Indians - lots of people sitting around .. solution = go to another Toyota dealership for the work.
