There are two parking garage entrances, one from Old Georgetown Road and another from Woodmont Avenue. We entered from Woodmont, which was a bit confusing since we had to pass through two parking gates. Exiting onto Old Georgetown Road was much smoother and had no gate. Parking is free and plentiful. Overall, this is not a place where I would do all my grocery shopping, but I might stop by occasionally to pick up something new or interesting. It could also be fun to visit a Lidl outside Maryland that sells alcohol. I remember the one in Paris, France had a great and affordable wine selection.

The staff is still the same and everything is pretty much same in the store as far as supplies are concerned. This is a nice small store to get essentials of Indian grocery. The do have fresh produce available once a week and quality of the produce is decent. There is also a small selection of frozen items that covers the most basic products. Staff is helpful and friendly and parking is plenty in the shopping center too. Location is convenient on Rockville Pike.

After weighing the large solid piece of oxtail (weighing 2.35 lbs) I asked for it to be cut into smaller pieces. Folks be careful or pay attention to the the meat cutting process. The "butcher", while facing me cut the solid oxtail where I can see the size of what he was cutting. He cut the meat entirely into small pieces, as I've requested. He then turned his back towards where I was standing to bag the cut meat. I could not see him bag the meat. For some reason, I asked that he weighed the bag of cut meat, and he responded, "huh"? I again said put the bag back on the scale to reweigh and surprise surprise, the bag now weighs 2.20 lbs. Keep in mind the first weight produces the cost of the meat before being cut into smaller pieces -$22. After I noticed the changed weight, I asked that he adjust the cost of oxtail because it is no longer 2.35 lbs. He said the weight changed because the meat is now cut. Absolutely trash and BS! IDK where on earth this thief achieved his logics from and especially the cashier, stating that the price adjustment should come from the meat department. In these trying times of people facing hardship, to be robbed by your own people is despicable! I expected better from this Market and I will now be exploring the Amish Market instead!

Near the cash register there is a stand with loaves of bread that look like sandwich bread but are uncut. They are long square soft loaves and I highly suggest you grab one of before you leave. I used my loaf for everything from making sausage sandwiches, to miniature pizzas. I love thick square pieces of bread, and having just binge-watched Downton Abby (where it seems the servants eat nothing but thick pieces of sandwich bread with butter) I was really craving some good thick bread. I also got Goya powdered chicken bouillon as T had been looking for it but was unable to find it. I also saw a little hot box with what looked to be meat pies inside near the register ( yes, I basically impulse bought everything). Got one of those... cause why the heck not? It was quite good! Definitely would grab one again on my way out. They have everything in this store from a variety of African Countries, and even some British influenced food items e.g. salad dressing ( that looks like it's in a ketchup container), and heinz canned beans. As far as African items, man the list goes on and on: they have frozen meats, a butcher there, different types of starches including cassava starch, rices, all sorts of seasonings, ginger beers, Malt beverages, short breads, different types of seeds ( the list goes on and on). It's not a huge place, in fact it's pretty tight. Maybe about half the size of a 7-11. But they pack a lot in there. I'd highly reccommend you stop by :)
