Aldis are popping up all over Las Vegas. I'm a fan of the store and I'm really happy they are officially here. Some of the deals they have really can't be beat. I also very much appreciate the lower prices on produce, cheese, and dairy items. I also always find a new snack to try and most things are great. This location isn't in the best of neighborhoods and there are many homeless folks who hangout in the parking lot.

I got a mailer with a $5.00 coupon to come to the grand opening. So I said why not. I came half hour before the 8am opening, and there was already a long line going around the corner. By the time I got in line, a store worker came by and gave me a card with #85 on it. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones to get some kind of prize. Once inside, I got a free tote bag, a gift card and a key chain. The people are nice. The store is clean and bright. Items are well organized. Produce looks fresh. Lots of people here today and I had to navigate through the crowds. The prices were reasonable, but not as low as the previous store that was here, which was the 99cent store. Regardless, I found the cheapest deal: a dozen eggs for $1.59. I love they have some upscale assortment of cheese and gourmet meats in the back. Their sardine options were unexpected. Overall, finding these unusual items along with some mainstream items makes for a modern, contemporary shopping experience.

The prices on some things were better BUT you have to bring 25cents to get a cart, and there are no bags provided. Not that impressed

Parking can be hectic but they have extra parking in a parking structure in the back. There is a small restaurant inside the supermarket called Big Dan Shanxi Taste which is usually very busy because they serve some uncommon specialty dishes that are not found in other places. Although this supermarket is not very big, it has most of the things I need. I like to come here because it is usually clean and does not have the funky Asian supermarket smell. The aisles are reasonably wide and easy to navigate. Their produce is of pretty good quality. And for the same items, their prices are very competitive. Service is okay, checkout is relatively quick and easy.

Yelp Review 2025 #102:…read more We have quite a few Asian supermarkets in town. There are two SF Supermarket locations in Chinatown. This one is located in a busy strip mall in a 2-storey building. The times I've been here, it always feels old, cramped, messy with a slight funk like a bodega. But they have my favorite Asian snacks, drinks and produce. They even have the bottled jasmine tea I would get from vending machines in China that I can't find at other Asian stores. They have bags of Thai tea a third of the price Amazon would charge you for. Candy, chocolate, chips, cookies, rice crackers, tea in different varieties and forms, condiments, cooking supplies, juices, alcoholic beverages, fresh/ canned/ frozen/ dried fruits and vegetables, fish, seafood, meats, noodles, rice, buns, ice cream, health and beauty products, etc. from all Asian countries. Service is better here than at 99 Ranch Chinatown.

They have friendly staff, ready to help, and they're easy to contact over the phone or just visiting their location. Huge selection of produce, and some specialty items as well, and they are able to potentially get special requests, however, some of it was priced comparably to retail stores pricing. I would definitely recommend if you're needing an obscure/uncommon produce item and/or planning with large quantities as they will be able to accommodate much better than attempting to convince the grocer to part with say... nearly half of their jalapeño peppers ;)

I agree with other reviews that the produce that my restaurant has received from them has been horrendous. David Chu refuses to work with businesses. He tells us too bad or he can't do anything. Mind you this is all done through his subordinates. He won't speak to anyone unless he is tricked into doing so or we have to reach him on his personal number. David is one of the worst business men in Las Vegas. He is rude and will not listen to anyone other than himself. You will never be right even when he is blatantly wrong. He cares about his pockets and not his customers. You'll get better customer service from a child. CWP is one of the worst companies in our industry. Save yourself money, time, and headaches, don't do business with them.
