Aisles of food
Lexi S.

Aldi has some great items! Think of it as a specialty store, I don't come here to do all my shopping but they have the majority of beta you want and need. Fantastic selection of pastries, wine, cheese, ham, charcuterie items etc! They have some delicious frozen items as well, their pizzas are an amazing deal! Workers are friendly, they charge 25 cents to use their cart and once returned you get your quarter back. Bring bags! Store is clean, aisles are long, be sure to check produce, sometimes it's great, but fruit turns quickly during summer!

This Aldi is about the size of other Aldi's I've been too. I've found that Aldi is bright, spaced out nicely and usually fully stocked of most items. My only wish is that they had a larger selection of fresh fruit and veggies. I found some cherries last weekend and they were surprisingly good, even though not in season (February)! If you're looking for a wide variety of different deli meats, cheeses and other items you won't find in other regular grocery stores, you'll find it at Aldi. Yes, you pay a quarter for a cart but you get it back. Yes, have to bag your own groceries but we've been doing that since the pandemic..so we all should be used to that by now.

Bug

Did not honor twice as nice policy when I returned bug-infested oats purchased the previous night. I poured some out for breakfast and would have eaten it until I saw what was crawling in the bowl.. Their policy is written on all products yet they don't honor it .

It's like a clean, well-organized small Smart and Final... but with an aisle of unique household items. The is a huge parking lot around the store so parking is extremely easy. I did a few price comparisons and prices were good, better than Target and Sprouts for the items I checked. Really not much else to say. Rounding up from a 3.5, I gave it a 4.

OMG!! I am in LOVE with this store...Where can you find food cheaper than Costco and Smart & Final...HERE! They also have other household items, pet food, paper goods..you name it! I found this awesome wall clock for only $6.99! Unbelievable deals here. I love the system they have with carts also. You put a quarter in to get a cart and the quarter gets returned back to you when you return the cart. What an awesome system. No carts all piled up in the parking lots. This is going to be a regular stop for me!

Moldy cheese

I just bought a block of cheddar cheese there yesterday. I tried to use it this morning and it's MOLDY!! They literally just open en this store a couple of days ago!

I'm going to go into this with a four star rating due to the costs for the items that are in the store. The store (as noted from others) took over an old Ralphs and has been renovated to make it nice and open. Aldi has carts that you rent for a quarter and then when you return it you get the quarter back....which means likely as I saw, no carts to ding your car in the lot. There are a lot of non-name brand items but so far what we have bought there has all been good quality and cheaper than the name brand items. Definitely making Aldi the first stop on weekly shopping. Other items that can't be bought here will still need to be purchased elsewhere, but stopping here first makes sense and cents....lol.

Affordable, fresh produce. Works for my family. If you can get over no name brands, bagging your own groceries then you'll like Aldi too.

As for the cart deposit, this is a complete norm in EU, we have a cart deposit due to people leaving their carts all over parking lots.

Wow. It had been a…read morecouple of years since I first became aware of Bloom Ranch. I'm not originally from California, but in the spaces I've moved through, I've always done my best to support Black-owned businesses whenever possible. Unbeknownst to me, I had no idea Bloom Ranch hosted a jazz brunch experience on the property. I was reminded about Bloom Ranch by someone whose opinion I trust deeply. She had traveled all the way from San Diego for the experience and left without words. She couldn't quite explain the levity, the love, the light, or what she had felt there. That was all I needed to know. I immediately booked a Sunday brunch and came with my partner and another couple. The experience begins long before you arrive. Driving from Pasadena into Acton, the landscape slowly transforms. The city gives way to rocky hills, rugged peaks, and wide-open skies. Then suddenly, you turn into Bloom Ranch and find yourself transported. Lush gardens, lavender, herbs, fruit trees, and rows of vibrant greenery welcome you onto the property. It feels as though you've stepped into another world entirely. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not only by the Bloom Ranch staff, the people who steward and cultivate the land, but by what genuinely felt like family. From start to finish, we were cared for, supported, and guided through an experience that felt intentional in every way. The soulful jazz music would periodically pull you out of conversation because it was simply too beautiful not to fully absorb. The food was prepared in-house, sourced from the land, and served by people whose care and intention could be felt in every detail. What surprised me most was how spiritual the experience felt. There is something profoundly grounding about being surrounded by people who genuinely love the land, nurture it, and share its abundance with others. In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, Bloom Ranch offers something increasingly rare, presence. It invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember your connection to nature, community, and yourself. I am filled with immense gratitude for having experienced something so special, created by people who look like me, people who feel like me, people who are intentionally cultivating peace, connection, stewardship of the land, and community. I was also filled with an incredible sense of pride. Bloom Ranch is the largest Black-owned ranch in Los Angeles County, and its existence feels both meaningful and necessary. Dr. Bill Releford is a beacon, a pillar of optimism, wisdom, and possibility. To witness someone carry the values and lessons of his upbringing through a successful medical career and into the creation and stewardship of Bloom Ranch is truly inspiring. And then there is Debra Releford, the Matriarch, whose warmth and presence seem to illuminate the heart and soul of the ranch itself. To say that I will return almost feels inadequate. It makes it sound like Bloom Ranch is simply a venue where one has an experience and then goes home. That is not what this felt like. What it felt like was being welcomed into a family. Into a community. Into a frequency of love, joy, nourishment, and belonging that has been needed for a very long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Dr. Bill Releford, Debra, and the entire team who made this experience possible. What you have created is deeply meaningful. Forever grateful.

Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly as well! I loved the entire experience and found myself smiling throughout the store! Haha! It truly was an excitable experience! International | What a variety of seasonal and exotic produce! I was amazed by so many items that I've never seen or even heard of before, including green almonds with the outer shell, which felt like velvet! I also saw some of the biggest heirloom tomatoes ever! I felt like a kid in a candy store, however, it was delicious and colorful fruit instead! I enjoyed every moment of discovering of new items! Variety is key | There was definitely a variety of price points, some higher than others! You choose what works for you! Inside | Neat and tidy! Many items were lined up ,which I love! The prices were clear, front and center! I absolutely loved that! There was also a sign showing where in the world the items were from, so cool! Sightings | While exploring the store with my Chef friend, I was introduced to another Chef and she was fun to speak to as well! It was fun, checking out the large tea section with her! Also, fun running into a recording artist that I listen to on a regular basis and chatting, as well as being invited to her upcoming event! What a fun & popular store! Checkout | Customer service was incredibly friendly, helpful throughout the store, as I interacted with several people who answered my questions easily, and with a smile! I ended up getting delicious, stuffed dates, sesame cookies, a fruit called mamey sapote & another exotic fruit, which I can't think of the name of at the moment (Total $26)! My Chef friend got watermelon water & the recording artist got coconut water! Overall | Yes, please! I'm grateful that my Private Chef friend introduced me to this market!
