It's a great little place a stop at. The people who work here are so nice. It is a very convenient place to have in our little town.

The new florist Manager (Meredith) is absolutely amazing! She's so great that we have followed her…read morefor several years from her previous store location across town to this location now. I specifically always go to this store now for all my flower needs. I know how much love, care & attention Meredith always gives to all the beautiful flowers and her customers. I highly recommend having Meredith personally make an arrangement for you. Ralphs made an excellent choice in making Meredith their florist Manager.

I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 years. I have purchased hundreds of bouquets…read moreand countless other items here over the years. Yesterday's experience was so frustrating and upsetting that I honestly don't feel like returning anytime soon. I needed flowers for my niece's preschool graduation. Unfortunately, most of the bouquets in the floral department looked semi-wilted and far from fresh. After searching, I found one bouquet in a bucket that looked acceptable, but it needed wrapping. The bouquet was priced at $35. I asked the employee in the floral department, McKenzie, if she could add wrapping paper. She told me she could, but that it would be an extra charge. I was confused because every other bouquet in the department already had wrapping paper. After I questioned it, she reluctantly wrapped the flowers, but the result was rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional, with visible tape making the bouquet look unfinished and unattractive. I politely asked if she could at least add a short ribbon to cover the tape and make the bouquet look presentable for a graduation gift. She immediately said no and told me she would have to charge $5 for a small ribbon and send me off to front checkout although I always pay for flowers in the floral register . Throughout the interaction, her attitude was dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming. At one point, she even instructed me to stay behind the line in a manner that felt unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. I asked her to check with a manager. She spoke to someone and returned saying the answer was still no. When I later spoke with a manager myself, I initially received little help. I was ready to leave the bouquet behind and walk out of the store when another manager stepped in and asked what had happened. I showed him the bouquet. To his credit, he immediately agreed that the wrapping was unacceptable and apologized for the experience. He personally escorted me back to the floral department and asked McKenzie to rewrap the bouquet properly and add a ribbon. Even then, McKenzie remained visibly annoyed. The way she handed the finished bouquet back to me felt almost as if she was throwing it at me. That was my final straw. I left the store feeling upset, shaken, and deeply disappointed. One employee's poor attitude can undo years of customer loyalty . I want to thank the manager who stepped in and resolved the issue professionally. Unfortunately, the behavior I experienced from McKenzie was some of the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Employees like this can seriously damage the welcoming atmosphere that has kept customers like me coming back for years.

I still like this store, it can help save you money and eat healthier…read more I keep an eye on the flyer because they have a great selection of yogurt, labneh and cheeses and if you can get it when it's on sale - even better The store must be getting more popular because lately it's been crowded - I need to figure out when the off times are I always get pita here - a deal of a price - and I Pair it with labneh and veggies for my healthy roll up sandwich lunches for cheap! Love their selection of fetas- the nice lady even let me sample a piece of one I had not had before so I could make sure it would work in the dish I was making They have a wide variety of items - last time they had my favorite brand pickled green tomatoes so I treated myself I even noticed they have graffeo coffee in the deli section so now I can pick that up locally and don't have to have it shipped to me

THE WORST customer service from any grocery store in the Santa Clarita Valley…read more On Sunday, I went in and Frida was extremely rude. She had no sense of urgency when assisting customers. While I was waiting at the register for her to ring me up, the least she could have done was acknowledge me and say she'd be right with me, but instead she kept talking with her coworkers. Once she finally started ringing me up, she began grabbing the hand basket on the conveyor belt and mumbling to herself, seeming upset. I mentioned that everything I had was already rung up and that the basket wasn't mine. She then started shouting at me, saying she knew that. Then, when it came time for payment, she began shouting at me again because apparently I was "taking too long," even though the screen was prompting me to wait for the cashier. She kept yelling that she was waiting on me and telling me to "go." When I called the store to complain, the floor manager said she would pass the message along and that the store manager would reach out. Well, here we are four days later and still no call from the store manager. I have only visited this store a handful of times, and every experience has involved awful customer service. I will never shop here again. That was the last straw. If employees don't want to assist customers, then please consider adding self-checkout stations.

The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard!
