I use a mix of road and trail shoes and I need "stability" shoes due to my amazing ankles. The young lady who helped me noticed that as soon as I took off my boots, so I figured she'd be helpful. I'm not terribly picky about colors or brands, though I've got some favorites and generally know what I need. I tried on a couple of pairs and purchased some new road shoes during this visit. Simple and fast! (At least one of those describes me.) Can I get shoes cheaper online? Sure. Would I get the same level of service and instant Q&A/ feedback with the opportunity to actually try them on? Not a chance. Should I support a local business? Is that even a question?!? I drove down from Vegas wearing brand new shoes that did not fit, even though they were sized higher than what I normally wear. My toe pain overtook my apprehension and I dragged my formally slender body inside. Monika came up to me and helped put my mind at ease. She spent time checking out what was wrong with my current shoes then took me over to scan my feet. Turns out my left foot is longer than my right. She started pulling out boxes of shoes to find the right fit for me, then we went through what colors I liked. What shoe companies I liked. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that would actually fit me properly...I ended up buying two pairs. One pair was not her store, so we arranged for the shoes to be shipped to my home. I was so relieved, I went back the next day, on our way out of town and bought another pair that I really wanted and my wife came in and bought herself a pair and sliders. Service was great. Friendly staff that love what they do. Prices were very reasonable, even considering shipping. Just go. Go now. You will not be disappointed.

Who knew that finding shoelaces would be so difficult? I guess I should have just gone online to buy them! I first went to REI and then Road Runners and they both didn't have any in stock, so I then tried this store out and they had a good selection of shoe laces, but also many other items too besides running shoes. I liked some of their apparel and checked out some of the hydration packs they have in stock. Three or 4 staff members helped me out and everyone was so nice and really attentive. One guy even tried looking up a hose I needed for my Osprey 3L hydration pack, but they didnt have any in stock or online. But, I did find a pair of shoe laces and I will definitely be back again for my running needs!

From the beginning, he worked with me to get the right size, the right fit, and the right inserts to maximize support, comfort, and even style - something so rare for guys on the job. Asking detailed questions of my guy, so that she could link him up with the right boot for the job. Wish other companies took as much pride in their product as these guys. My husband found a pair he wanted to try on so he got all checked in and then we waited.. and waited and waited. As employees kept coming in and out of the back room just looking out the door with tables in hand and did nothing! The other employees were helping other customers. they have a lot going on there with treadmills to try running with the shoes, they have some other stuff that helps to show how you stand and what kind of support you need. Looking around it seemed like a complete cash grab! Good for them for selling the illusion! So we waited about 30 min before one of the guys was like I'll take care of you guys soon! My husband asked for 3 different pairs of running shoes, he brought out one that was correct the others he said they didn't have the right color but here are these ones! As he tried on his shoes, I let the young man know I just needed the ones I picked out and I wanted to buy them no need to try them on! I feel at that moment he knew there was no up sale for me and he was kind of short after that! So my husband picked the ones he wanted, we went up to pay and he hit us with the VIP package $20 dollars to be able to try the shoes for 90 days and if we didn't like them we could return them! We declined the offer, he kept trying to the point where the other gentleman stepped in a little more FIRM TONED and said " if you do not do the VIP package you will not be able to retain your shoes if put on outside the store, they need to be on brand new shape not worn at all." We said that's ok thank you we understand. They still tried putting us in the system and said it's in case we forgot the receipt if we wanted to return then we wouldn't be able to! It's like you all just told us we weren't going to be able to anyway. No thanks! About$400 dollars later we say thank you and they said Nothing! No GOOD BYE NO THANKS FOR SHOPPING HERE.. nothing We were nonexistent when we didn't take the bait! If I didn't need to head out of town I would have waited on the gift and gone else where. They are not worth the time! I know the shoes we bought were worth it, just wish we spent that money at a facility that would have valued our business and time. We will NEVER BE BACK!!

He literally went above and beyond for us and other customers all at the same time. I watched him as he helped us and greeted every customer that walked in..He didn't make us feel rushed, he had no problem running back and forth to get us different shoes and sizes. One was in the back and the other was up front, but they weren't wearing a worker's shirt and had an AirPod in. They were talking to a friend on the phone. When I went to checkout, this same employee helped me and still had their AirPod in. As they rang me up, they started laughing and said something over the phone. It was like I wasn't even there. The store was clean and organized but I was very disappointed with the staff. (Note, this was about a month ago when I first left a review but I messed up and had to redo it)
