Flan. Chef Paco's mama's recipe

The food here is amaziiiiiing!! Anyone in Vegas must stop by here. The ambiance is beautiful, clean and tidy. They also have live entertainment on certain nights. The food is tasty and the portions are satisfying. The flan is soooo delicious! I loved the entire experience. Chef Paco is super friendly and if you are lucky you may get to meet him at the greeting station at the entrance. He and the staff are very friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing fajitas and cocktails Food is my favorite on Fremont. I always bring friends to Alebrijes for an incredible view of the Fremont St light show. Great for pictures to share and post. It's clean and the vibrant colors are amazing. Service is good as well. A must stop for locals and visitors...

Alebrijes is located on Fremont, if you park at the Neonopolis parking take the elevator up to the 3rd floor you're there! Very convenient and easy to find. The moment I walked in my breath was instantly taken away. This spot is sooo beyond beautiful from the vibrant colors to beautiful decor. The staff is so sweet and inviting and Chef Paco is a true gem you can see how much passion he has for what he does and it shines through in his establishment, his staff and his food. I've come here a couple times already and the service is exceptional and the food exceeded above and beyond any expectations I had. Being part Mexican I absolutely love that Chef is highlighting different Mexican cities each month on his menu. They are such unique dishes and so delicious! I had the tortilla soup and the broth was the best I've ever had. The chips and mole was something I haven't had before but the mole was perfectly seasoned, chips nice and warm and perfectly salted. If you choose to do their 5 course meals, they pair it with an amazing drink through each meal which I thought was really special. Both times I've come here I've had amazing experiences. The space is very large inside, they play lively music, have a stage if you want to get up there and sing live music and sometimes they have performances as well! They have booth, table and bar seating. I cannot say enough good things about this spot, they deserve more love because they have made me feel at home each time I come! Thank you Chef Paco and staff.

Margarita and a view

Came here before a show next door. It was a weekday and we basically had the place to ourselves (5:30pm). They have a nice outdoor patio that overlooks the Fremont Street experience so we sat there. They provide free tortilla chips with mole. Mole is not my favorite thing so I would have preferred salsa but I do appreciate a place doing something different. I got the chicken enchiladas and my boyfriend got the mahi mahi burrito. They were both pretty good. The enchiladas had 3 which was maybe a bit much with rice/beans. The entrees were about $20 each. We also had the tropical and berry margaritas which were good but a bit weak on the alcohol. The service was excellent. They also have very large bathrooms so definitely not likely to wait there... seriously, it absurd on the amount of stalls but I'm guessing this space was originally something else. I'd say it's a nice option for the Fremont area.

This place was top tier!!!! My group and I were visiting Fremont st and looking for a place to eat. This restaurant popped up and we decided to give it a try and let me tell yall it did NOT disappoint! This restaurant is located away from the craziness of Fremont, it's a lowkey spot , fresh inside & beautiful decor. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food is 100% authentic Mexican food. Taste like home. AND don't forget to order the flan...thank me later

What a wonderful find on Fremont Street. A friend and I discovered this unique restaurant that overlook Fremont Street. The food and service were phenomenal. The ambience is great you're able to sit at the top of a building overlooking the iconic Fremont Street.

The food, ambiance, service, and the Flan!! 10 stars if I could. We sat at the bar as soon as they opened. Our bartender was the best- not only were his margaritas on point, he also gifted us with a flan and we don't usually order dessert but omg I'd get that over and over again.

High quality food and great service! Beautiful, clean restaurant. I attended an SBA business event here this evening. There were well over 100 people and the staff handled everything perfectly! They were friendly, accommodating, and able to validate parking (NOTE - Google Neonopolis Underground Parking for the garage). We also had a buffet that included chips and salsa, salad, chicken taquitos, chicken and beef fajitas, beans, fluffy white rice, and pork. Everything was flavorful, fresh and so good! I highly recommend this restaurant when looking for authentic Latin flavors in Downtown Las Vegas!

Oh my god this place has the most delicious food! I had the cheese enchiladas the a spicy chocolate mole that was heavenly. And the beans and rice look plain yet are buttery and flavorful and honestly could be an entree themselves.

Flan

Make sure you find this place! Its on the 3rd level w elevator or escalator access! Bright and cheerful with open air views. But come for the FOOD! Steak and shrimp tacos seasoned and cooked perfectly and great portions for reasonable prices! And OH the Flan! The chef is so friendly and is the real deal with great dishes!

Carnitas Burrito

Absolutely perfect! We were the first ones in at exactly 11 and was greeted by Marvin. The service is one of the best on the Fremont Experience and the food was outstanding! The views from the outdoor patio is something you cannot find unless you are here. When we arrived it was nice and quiet so you can really enjoy your meal and have a conversation. The carnitas burrito was excellent, the meat was perfect size and very tender. The duck tacos are excellent but the habanero hot sauce makes it top notch. I had the habanero hot sauce for the burrito and it really kicks the flavors. Will definitely be back, hope all of the servers are as attentive and friendly like Marvin!

Have such a great menu

The food is absolutely amazing!!!! And the service is fantastic you will greeted by the sweetest people. And feel so special. The ambiance is so pretty and has great music. The drinks are sooo goodddd!! You will not be disappointed when coming here I would highly recommend !! Even gave us a free flan!!! Love this place!!

Food is something I think and yearn for until I come back. The seasonal oysters are better than the big ones they got. We usually get a spice of level 6. Nothing crazy but nothing bland. Ambiance changes based on who you sit next to. It can be chill and quiet but one time, there was a loud man who was fibbing amuck. He made this intimate 16 seat oyster bar into a comedy show. So yeah, depends on who you sit with. The people in Vegas are always so interesting.

We waited in line for almost 2 hours, but somehow it didn't even matter once we got inside. The second we sat down, our food came out in what felt like 2 seconds. Everything was hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. Every bite lived up to the hype. The chefs kept everyone entertained, cracking jokes and making the whole experience fun while they cooked. You can tell they love what they do, and it really adds to the vibe. The wait is definitely long, but now I understand why. Great food, great service, and an overall unforgettable experience. I'd happily stand in that line all over again!

From the outside, the restaurant appears fairly unassuming, but once inside, it quickly impresses with its outstanding food and exceptional service. The ambiance is both lively and elegant, with tropical touches including large palm trees in the center of the dining room. Dark wood accents, white tablecloths, and the energetic atmosphere create a classic steakhouse feel with a touch of Las Vegas flair. My friend ordered the crab cakes and broccolini and said they were the best crab cakes she had in years. I chose the salmon with a baked sweet potato topped with praline butter, and both were outstanding. The salmon was fresh, perfectly crisp on the outside, and incredibly moist inside. The sweet potato was soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. A complimentary breadbasket was a nice added touch. My friend ordered key lime pie and I sampled it...delicious! What truly set the experience apart was the service. Our server, Armand, was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. From excellent menu recommendations to perfectly timed food delivery, the meal was polished from start to finish. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a wonderful dining experience.
