While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some…read moresmall changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. The faucets were priced competitively. Many thanks to folks at Tri-Supply!

What took so long was figuring out and getting the correct part from Whirlpool/KitchenAid. Try-Supply has been nothing but apologetic about our experience. So much so and they've tried so hard that they would again be our first for buying new appliances. I don't know what went wrong before, but their recovery has been great. Thank you for caring and getting it done!

PROS: (1) Some of…read morethe deals are great. (2) 3 month warranty (3) Warranty actually works, at least for me. I've called, they came quickly. (4) They also repair for hire even if you didn't buy from them. CONS: (1) Prices not marked anywhere. You have to ask about the price for each and every unit on the floor. (2) Some units are overpriced. It's up to you to figure out whether the price is right. Help figuring: Figure a new appliance will last about 12 years. If it costs $500 new, that's $42 per year of life. So an appliance that's 7 years old should be worth 5 x $42 = $210. But the 7-year-old fridges I saw at 3PA that would be $500 new are priced around $300, and are all banged up, and come with only a 3mo. warranty vs. 1Y new. So, those fridges weren't a good deal, at least when I went, but the price on the range I bought was fantastic. YMMV.

Repair man said it was because it was tucked too close to the wall and melted t something/caused a short 2 weeks ago the dryer went out again, repair man said it was due to not cleaning lint trap (we clean lint trap all the time) he repaired,I PAID additional repair fee, it worked for 2 cycles, same problem. (Cost of repairs alone is already more than I paid for the dryer) I called and asked that they replace the dryer because clearly there was something else going on and I have already paid the cost of a replacement dryer. Manager said he would talk to the boss and they agreed to replace. After the delivery and replacement the delivery guy returns and says we owe $75 for the replacement. This wasn't told to us in advance and I had already paid more than enough to have a working dryer. Will not be using again. They had a repeat customer that would have continued using them. Now they don't have a customer at all.

We all make mistakes and I was glad to hear that they stepped up by admitting there was fault. My part came in, they got installed and did a good job. ***Update*** I failed to mention the best part of our…read moreexperience. We contacted them on a Saturday morning, and they were able to visit us the same day. That exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of difficulties with our Samsung washer and dryer and have had to have both repaired, several times, over the past 4-5 years. A few months ago, Greentek repaired our dryer, and most recently, they came out to assess a persistent annoying problem we've had with our washer. Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. They are prompt, professional, offer reasonable prices and do everything as agreed. Call them.
