I am a young mom, and moved to our own place with my partner, that had no wager or dryer, I was so stressed! Washing clothes by hand for the first few months due to not having credit and assuming (albertos's appliances) would been high credit to be financed I didn't even bother, until i finally said "what the heck, you can't lose from trying" so I did just that I called and asked what's the requirements for getting a washer and dryer set though financing, and said "we go though credit, but we also get people accepted who have 0 credit" I was still is disbelief thinking i wouldn't get any money financed..... AND boom I was accepted for 2,700$ in financing! I was in such shock, I went to there store of Todd road, picked out the set I wanted and they delivered to my home the same week of for a 50$ and that included installing and delivery! (I did had to buy the equipment to stack the washer and dryer separately on Amazon) I also put a down payment which wasn't necessary. They have a very convenient delivery range (20 miles) and were able to do next-day delivery for me. They didn't specify a delivery time (they mentioned I could schedule if needed, but I didn't), so they just called me before heading over. The install went pretty smoothly! They brought it up to the second floor for a $40 charge and installed it quickly. You will drive over to their location near the airport, and they have a large warehouse full of available washer and dryers. Their repair shop is also in the back. They have a large selection, and they sell both gas and electric options. A lot of their options are "name brands," as well as many different assortments, colors, and qualities. You can buy sets (like we did), or you can buy singles for some items. Elda helped us look at the selections, and she was incredibly helpful and patient as we looked at multiple options. There were so many good choices it actually took us two trips to decide. She gave us great advice, helped look up information on the computer, and gave us space to search. Within their delivery radius, delivery and install was included. Jairo and his team delivered our units in the delivery window. They did great and were careful taking the units off the truck and installing them. We had some initial issue with the dryer not fully drying, but Luis came and took a look at it. The name "Alberto's Appliance RESONATED with me; it wasn't some BS name like "AAAAAA Auger," making a pathetic attempt to achieve "top billing" through the a silly "alphabetic trick." I called; someone with a VERY pleasant female voice answered and matter-of-factly answered all my questions and gave me general instruction on how to get to "Alberto's Appliances. My GPS did the rest. Soon my assistant and I were off to the races,using the GPS on my Android "device." Although she was on the phone when we arrived, the person at the desk motioned she'd attend to us just as soon as she wrapped up her phone conversation. Before long a handsome, middle-aged Hispanic male came out of the ware-room to "greet" us; he escorted us through Alberto's Appliance "showroom." From the outside, the warehouse appeared just a bit shabby; but, THE MERCHANDISE in than small, long, narrow and enclosed ware-room was ANYTHING but. For all you "tree-huggers" out there, you'll be consoled in knowing Alberto's Appliance is doing more than its fair share along the lines of "SAVING THE PLANET." I made my selection; and, asked to speak with the "owner." The hispanic gentleman politely answered, "I'm Albert." It was at this time I made my usual trite/thread-worn pitch: "Hello. I'[m so and so with so and so tax service, have you filed your tax returns for 2022, yet?" Based on favorable reviews, I recently purchased a washer dryer set and had it delivered. They installed them backwards and created a very difficult problem where the doors open against each other. Also, they damaged the door leading to the laundry room. I called about having them come out to fix it and was told it would cost me an additional fee. Very disappointed and will try and relocate the units myself at great difficulty. I will also need to pay someone to fix the door they damaged as this is a rental. Cannot recommend them. read more

Terrible service. Our ice maker was broken right away. It took them almost 2 months to send someone out, this was back in December. Guy shows up at 9am as I'm walking out the door, no appointment no notice. Guy tells me : I'll bring you a new ice maker back next week. It's been 4 months now..still no ice maker. I call and ask what's up. They tell me they'll call with an appointment. Their version of calling for an appointment is leaving a voicemail at 6pm at night saying "we'll be there at 2pm tomorrow". How about "will this time work for you?" None of that. As I sit here today waiting for 2pm to roll around I'm already dreading it. Update! I really wish I could leave negative stars. On the day of the appointment I posted this review after they were late for the appointment THEY scheduled and lied about it. Shortly after 2pm a person that could barely speak English called and told me that if I didn't take this review down they wouldn't honor the warranty they promise. It would get stuck at the rinse cycle and we would have to manually turn it back around to fill up again so we could get to the middle of the rinse cycle and it could continue. the valve got stuck and we could only wash clothes on cold. They were straightforward regarding the history and quality of the units and pricing. They also did not try to up-sell me anything. The only unexpected thing was their facility/showroom is a barn behind a house in a residential neighborhood. I've been seeing a lot of reviews similar to this, so I wanted to warn others. This company was good at first. Picked out a fridge and was delivered in the next few days no issues. However, we immediately had a problem with the fridge and freezer cooling. The guy said he would come in a few days to fix it because he needed to order a part. After that, I did not hear back for a week and he never gave me a date he would come back and fix it. I had to call multiple times and that process was frustrating. He did end up coming to replace a major part. Shouldn't they check this before selling to someone? Now it has been 4 MONTHS of having this fridge and it is completely broken again. I purchased a washer and dryer from Alberto's last weekend. They do their own deliveries since they are a small local business. The delivery person who came into my home slammed the washer into the wall and put a large hole into the wall. See the picture below. I asked the delivery person for their insurance information, but he did not have any. I called Alberto's next and I was told that they do not have insurance and that they would send someone to fix the hole in my wall. It has been 48 hours and they are refusing to answer my calls. I am clearly blocked, because my calls go straight to voicemail for their main business line. This is an incredibly dishonest business. Oh - also the washer and dryer REEK of cigarette smoke. I didn't even know it was possible for a washer and dryer to smell like smoke. But boy do these ones stink. I'm currently talking with my lawyer about next steps. I have legal insurance through my company, so there are no legal fees for me. I intend to file a lawsuit ASAP. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business. read more

While the repair tech was at my house he went ahead and double checked the washer was working correctly. He was on time, thorough, and really nice to my toddler.
